Hmm...so they managed to still communicate somewhat over text at least...ohh I was so sad when Arnav was driving on Halloween thinking of his son...the utter loneliness that would propel him to forget all else and dial Khushi up, shows just how much he needs her to be with him in that time of grief...and even Khushi understood without him saying anything...
But his son is no more :-( that is too sad...but at least now that he is confronted with this, Khushi is right there in his embrace

Awesome update dear...Its really painful to see arnav

in so much pain...last scene of this update took my breath away..

That was very very heart touching moment...Arnav is back...

Now arshi love story will be bloom in saffron fields..

Oh no... It was so sad to read about their child. Lavanya, Arnav, Astha and Khushi... Everyone is hurting. Arnav is back in Shantivan. Hope there is some relief and happiness in the coming chapters. Nice update.

I am left with a lump in my throat at the end. The song is so appropriate even more so after this update. You just described how distance makes the heart grows fonder but also adding the agony that they are going through knowing that there is something huge that needs to be overcome before they can be together. She is his hope to get out of the depression that he sunk in after his son's death. There is a clear difference in him after his return to the States as it feels like he can see the light at the end of the tunnel as opposed to be drowning his sorrows in alcohol. He is trying to get back on track by going through the divorce, getting rid of his alcohol dependence and living again is what I can deduce. I am glad he appreciates the reasons why she is holding back and sent that text. His pain on Halloween night was so deep. The phone call was so sad as it was a troubled man trying to find some solace but knowing he could not burden her with it, he hung up. I think she felt his worries miles away across the oceans. That was such a touching, loving moment by the water when he got back. He finally gets that support he was looking for on Halloween night in the hug she gave him.

I am sure Lavanya is suffering too. Having your child snatched away after you have experience the joys of parenthood is unthinkable and it feels like they were not able to save whatever was left of their relationship after this loss.

Losing a child is every parent's worst nightmare. It is heart wrenching and heart breaking. To recover from it would be the hardest. Being a mother, my heart aches for Lavanya and Arnav.

They say, the strength of any marriage is shown by the way the couple stand by each other during crisis. Clearly, that is not the case here.

I am unable to express what I feel in words coz I'm finding it difficult to get past the loss of their child.

Look forward to where this story is heading.

Thank you for excusing my sorry ass comment frequency so far :)

Lovely chapter. I liked the texting between the two.

I feel extremely sorry and sad for both Arnav and Lavanya...losing a child can never be easy and im really intrigued to know their whole story. And the part where Arnav called her up, didn't speak and she understood, was beautiful. And so was the last scene.

Ok and I'm glad I realized this (the comment by Meera made me notice Arnav's age). I somehow like reading about couples with few years of age gap between them :) So yes, yay. Haha. Somehow Dr. Raizada just got hotter.

Waiting for the next part :)
