Hola to all Sadda Haqians and SanDhirians. My name is Mariya and I have been on this forum for quite a while now. Well its the first time in forever that I have written something. Trust me, SanDhir have evoked a hidden writer in me (😃😆). Please do give it a try. Please please try and ignore the mistakes that I have made. Thank You 😊
Chapter 1: Run for Life
After running aimlessly for a long time, Sanyukta flopped on the ground. It has been almost 3 hours since she was running for her life. The weather was freaky, thunderstorm at its fullest, rain just around the corner, and the horrifying light purple steaks of lights flashing from the clouds were making the surroundings freakier. It was nearly 7.00 PM and the harsh December winds were draining the warmth out of her blood. The place where she rested now was a terribly dark forest, and no life was to be found anywhere nearer. Surely she was out of Rorkee.
Tears had dried up and her eyes were as dry as the sand. Her head throbbed due to the fall that she had faced an hour ago, while climbing the hill that she once used to admire seeing out of her window. Her feet were horribly injured and her hands had deep cuts following up to her elbows while the right shoulder was still bleeding lightly.
Her favourite slippers and the handbag had disappeared soon after she started running away from that stranger, all covered up, chasing her with a huge sharp dagger, ready to take the life out of her as soon as she weakened.
She did not know who they were and what they wanted. She left FITE to get some books from the market 30 minutes away from the college. She stopped 2 stops before her actual destination due to the bus being packed when out of nowhere, someone started following her. She did not notice until something hit her hard on her right shoulder. Sanyukta cried out due to the pain and placed her left hand on the shoulder only to notice blood oozing out of the shoulder due to razor pin that rested right inside her skin.
Right at that moment, she turned only to notice a person fully masked, pointing a pot of razor pins towards her. Another was fired that missed Its aim, nearly puncturing her left eye. As soon as she started running, the person took a huge dagger out and rushed after her. This was going to be a game of life and death.
