Precap: Zoya in a train towards Mumbai. The fellow travellers take her too alongwith them to visit Haji Ali Dargah. Asad goes to meet Ayan and he says sorry to him and asks him to help him find Zoya, Ayan says "theres is only one way, her story will bring her back, she will come back to complete it." Asad is advised by someone to visit Haji Ali. One month time has been passed now. Zeenat was still kept in dark since she was entering her 6^th month of pregnancy. Asad finds Zoya after one month. He confronts her and apologises. She refuses to comeback. Asad tells her that she has left her story incomplete and that she should not punish the children who are eargerly waiting for their story for his mistakes. And most importantly her api too needs her now and her condition is very cirtical. Zoya agrees to comeback but keeps a condition.

PART 26

Asads House, Zoyas room, Zoyas POV

Zoya got up from her bed, sweating profusely and panting. She just woke up from a nightmare, wait what did she see this time, something more. Her mind already tormented by Asads words couldn't take any more began searching for a release and Zoya got up mechanically from the bed, dragged her feet, opened the door of her room to find nobody, she didn't care for anything, she still dragging her feet and her weight got to the front door, unlocked it, went out and started walking aimlessly on the road.

On the Road

Zoya was looking a leaf which had fallen from a tree in autumn season, her hair dishevelled, her clothes out of place, her whole body was moving mechanically somewhere without any aim. In no moment she was surrounded by some young guys returning from a bar. All were in bikes and they rounding about Zoya making wierd noises by their bikes. Zoya was not in a situation to understand the gravity of the moment. She still tried to steer herself but one of the guys caught her and pulled her to kiss her. But at that moment some passing by car stopped. Seeing the car stopping, the guys backed out and accelerated the bikes and disappeard into nowhere. A kid came running out the car, the kid was telling ,"see mama, park wali aunty". And the kid's mother came out to see her. Seeing her condition she understood that she was in a helpless situation. She asked her about her whereabouts so that she can drop her. But she remained silent without any emotions on her face. She was not responding to any kind of circumstances. The lady took her inside the car and dropped her at the nearest Madrasa as she had to go somewhere urgently. Zoya was taken in by the madrassa in charge. They were trying to talk to her but Zoya was like a statue, blank face, her eyes devoid of any expression. They made her to sleep. Next day morning some ladies were going to visit Haji Ali dargah in Mumbai, seeing Zoyas condition, the madrasa in charge requested them to take her also. They knew she was in a state of shock and may be a visit to a dargah will give her peace of mind. Zoya was given a sponge bath and she was given a new set of clothes too. Next day morning everybody boarded a train to Mumbai.

In the train

Zoya was sitting beside the window, but she wasn't enjoying anything nor she was admiring the natures beauty. She was in a kind of shock state that where she is going also was not in her mind. The TTR came and asked for her ticket. She didn't turn her head. She was still looking into vacumm outside the window. The other ladies said she is with them and they had to take her with them becoz of some urgent situation and told him to give a ticket to Mumbai. The TTR obliged seeing her state. Zoya was offered food and water but she didn't respond to it. One of the ladies said, may be she has lost her senses and by visting the dargah she may get it back.

Asads House (Background song - Tadap Tadap)

After coming back giving a Police Complaint, Asad could not even stand properly, he went to his room and slumped on the floor. Anwar thought to give him some space for the time being. Asads hand was beside the pillow and it touched something, he pulled out to see the lion mask and remembered how she had told not to throw it away as she liked it. Asad could see Zoya smiling face telling this on the mask. He was now hallucinating Zoya every moment. He saw Zoya sitting on the couch and offering him a cup of black coffee. He saw Zoya barging into his room without knocking and then going out. He went after her. He saw her going into her room .He opened the door to find her sitting on her bed with a pizza. He came near her she vanished. He caressed the pillows and her bed with his fingers. He again saw her in that mehndi attire at the entrance of this room asking him how she was looking. He came near to compliment her she vanished. He saw her with her mehndi hands pouting cutely asking him a glass of water, he took it and gave it but the moment she was gone. He went outside to sit on the bench and again she sat him beside him. He said sorry to her but she disappeared. Asad was going on mad in this hallucination he came into the house to find Zeenat coming out of the room. He at once remembered that the truth cannot be disclosed in front of her and he suddenly made a happy for her and helped her to sit. Zeenat was repeatedly asking about Zoya to Asad. Asad was dodging her questions very cleverly. And by that Anwar came and handled the situation by taking her away. And Asad now thought seriously that things have to be made correct and he cant sit and hallucinate her any more. He needed her back. He wanted to say that he loved her and trusted her now blindly. With a determined mind Asad decided to meet Ayan and he knew more about Zoya than him or rather he never tried to know more about her and only misjudged her in every situation. He now knew that Zoya had more to herself and was not the one she presented to the world. He called up Ayan.

At Haji Ali Dargah, Mumbai

The ladies went inside the dargah. The atmosphere was very divine with only sound of waves in the background. The ladies dragged Zoya also with them .She was still walking mechanically only. She didn't have any emotions on her face. The moment her feet entered the dargah, she felt the cold chilly floor under feet and inhaled the scent in the atmosphere. She was getting back to her senses gradually. But still her blank expression was not replaced by the regular emotions. She was not even crying. The ladies made her bow before the dargah and as soon as her forehead touched the cold floor she felt chilly sensations in her body. She looked up to see where she was but couldn't decipher anything. She identified it as a dargah. She sat there looking at the dargah staring at it, by that time tears was coming to her eyes and it started to flow like an river. One of the ladies told that zoya was getting her senses back since she had started crying now. She looked at the surroundings and found some stranger ladies around her. She was rotating her eyes to find someone familiar and her eyes wandered from one corner to another. She was fidgeting with her dupatta now and started to sweat also. Her sobbing started to increase as she took that she was somewhere not in Bhopal and how she came here. She got up and went upto to the mazhaar and touched her forehead. Now again she was remembered of what happened that day but still confused how she got here. By that time one lady came to her and said now we should go for the lunch which had been arranged by the Dargah people. Zoya asked how she got here, the ladies told how she was dropped by a stranger at the madrasa and she was not in a situation to tell anything so they thought to take her with them to this dargah. Zoya now somehow got she wasn't in a wrong place or with wrong people. The lady asked whats her name and she told it. She was now fully back to her senses almost and was getting peace of mind in the calm serene atmosphere of the dargah. She was sitting in a corner and recollecting things that had happened over the past couple of days. She suddenly remembered about her Appi and Jiju. She asked to herself that what mistake she had done, how did she leave her appi and jiju at this phase of their life, what will happen if appi finds out everything, that is sure to affect her baby, she will not allow that to happen, after so many years her appi and jiju was having their share of joy which they compromised for her and now she cant let anything happen to them. And what about Phoppi, she was also not well. Zoya wanted to get back and got up immediately all that Asad said came into her mind ringing that how she had two timed him and Ayan and that he doubted her character etc. Her feet automatically stopped. She thought going back is not a good option but she will inform her appi and jiju that she is okay and now safe too. She thought she will stay in the madrasa adjacent to the dargah for sometime and then will do as Allah tells her. She went inside the madrasa and asked the manager to allow her to make a call. She called on the landline, Asad took the phone. The moment she heard his voice, she disconnected it. She called again, this time also Asad only attended, she had no strength and she disconnected again. After sometime she called again, this time it was Dilshad. She was so happy to hear her voice. She spoke and told that she is fine and is in Mumbai now and they should not worry about her. She also talked to Zeenat and told her that she had come here for some urgent work and will let them know when she is coming back. All were happy to know that zoya is safe.

Asads and Ayans regular meeting place

Ayan was already there waiting for Asad. Asad came over to him and hugged him but this time Ayan didnt hug him back. He said "Kya baat hai, aap mujse milna chahte the, aur vo bhi urgently" Asad said "Ayan dekho mein jaanta hoon ki maine iss bar bohot hi sangeen galati ki hai, lekin main dil se pachtha raha hoon. Mein apni iss halat ko tumhare saamne ek khuli kitab ki tarah bayan kar raha hoon, muje yeh bhi pata hai, ki maine tumhe bhi bohot chot pounchaya hai, kya apne iss bhaijaan ko maaf nai karoge, bachpan tumhari kitni galatiyon ko meine andekha kiya, aaj is ek galati ko tum maaf nahi kar sakte? Mei Zoya ko vapis lana chahta hoon, phir se hum sabki zindagi mein, kya tum meri maddat karoge?" Ayan said " bhaijaan, mai apko maaf kar bhi diya tho bhi jo apne Zoya ke saath kiya vo to kam nahi hojega, phhir bhi, galati insaan se hi hoti hai, aur galati sab karte, apne jo mujpe shak kiya, main uske liye apko maaf kar deta hoon, kyuni meine sachai bayan kardi, ab hamare beech koi galatfaymi nahi hai, par jaisa meine kahan, ki jab muje mere purana bhaijaan miljayenge, tab mein khud chalkar apke paas aunga. Aur vo tabhi hoga, jab aap zoya ke sari galatfaymiyan door karke phirse ek hojayenge, uss din Ayan ageya apke nikah mein shamil hone ke liye. Aur rahi Zoya ko vapis lane ki baat tho uska ek hi tareeka hai, uski kahani jo vo adhoora chod kar chali gayi hai. Agar Anshuman bhai, use vapis bulayenge,tho vo zaroor ayegi, vaise bhi Anshuman bhai ko Zoya pe bohot bharosa hai aur vo bhi unhe bohot man thi hai aur vo unke bharose ko thodegi nahi. Aur sabse ahem baat yeh ki yeh kahani vo apne dil se likh rahi thi, aur jaldi uss kahani ka CD version release apne office opening ke saath plan kiya tha. Tho vo zaroor ayegi, apni iss adhure kahani ko poora karne ke liye." "Khuda Hafiz bhaijaan"

At Haji Ali Dargah

Zoya was asked by the ladies with whom she came whether she is going back with them. Zoya says she wants to stay a little more here and wants to have peace of mind for sometime. All the ladies bid her farewell. Zoya went inside. She asked the manager there whether she can stay here for sometime as her mind is still not at rest. He obliged. Zoya was happy now

Asads House

Asad got a new lease of life, when Ayan told that about her story and that she will come back to complete it. He discussed the same with Anwar. Anwar called Anshuman and told him give a paper advertisement on the CD relase on a specified date and give it in Mumbai local paper so that it may be noticed by Zoya somehow. Asad meanwhile had enquired about the phone call he had received and confirmed that it was from Mumbai and the address also. He told Anwar about the address but Anwar said she might have called them from there but now she will be still there, he was in doubts and told him to wait for the newspaper advertisement response. Asad agreed. Days passed by

Simultaneously I am giving Bhopal and Haji Ali (please switch the scenes)

Zoya was now habituated to the routine of the madrasa. She goes everyday to the dargah and prays for the well being of her sister and jiju and all others including Asad as she never could hate him. And she comes back, she taught the children at the madrasa, then she goes to distribute the offerings made to the poor, in the evening she spends sometime besides sea shore watching the waves splasing on the rocks and withering away. She comes back and makes food for the people at madrasa. This had became a routine for her.

Asad was now on a mission, he planned to design Zoyas office as per her tastes and to welcome her when she comes back after seeing the paper advertisement. He wanted to give zoya all the inspirations to write and complete the story by designing her office as per her colours and tastes. He was busy right now in designing the office. In the meantime he took out her story also and read it and found that it was their story which she had made into a fairy tale for the kids. Asad started to engage with more kids and found out that he was enjoying and reliving his own childhood which was devoid of any fun and frolic. He started to realise that life is something to be happy and not to be shut up in a shell. Asad had become more expressive now and he now doesn't hide his feelings anymore. Asad went to buy all the later versions of asya games from a mall and there also he could see how zoyas characters of Assi and Yah were famous. Every kid wanted that particular game only and now the attires have also started to come. Kids were flaunting the characters imprinted on tea shirts, bags,wrist bands, clips and bands, and all kinds of child accessories. Asad in the first time realised how he had under estimated Zoyas inner talents, never acknowledged them and always misjudged her for being irresponsible. Asad after watching all these took a deep beath and sighed "Kahan ho tum Zoya, please vapis ajao, dekho tumhare kitne chahne wale hai, and i feel jealous now ki yeh sab tumhe chahte hain and you are not mine now. Ek baar vapis ajao, I swear I will bring happiness again into your life, I promise never to hurt you, i promise to believe you, I promise to love you, to love you till my last breath, To stand by you in each and every good and bad, Please come back."

Days had passed Zoya never got an opportunity to look into papers and she was busy in her routine activities. She never quit her job but she wanted some peace of mind. So she was staying. She had full faith in Allah that one day he will lead her in the right path. It was not that she forgot her responsibilities, but she needed some time to settle after this storm in her life. And also she was getting frequent nightmares now, almost each and every night she got up sweating and panting. And also now she was able to see something more than fire, a hand which pulls her out of the fire a hand which had six fingers in it. She was not able to see the person but only the hand. That hand was now disturbing her very much. As much as she wanted to go to Bhopal and search her father and her past but due to her disturbed mind she was not able to do it.

It had been almost a month now, still no response from Zoya, Asad became more worried. He told Anwar that now that he is feeling that Zoya is somewhere in some hellhole and cannot comeback. Anwar advises him that may a visit to some dargah will give him peace of mind. Asad was as usual going to his office but screeched his car when a kid ran out of nowhere. He got out of the car and immediately picked up the kid and dusted his clothes and made him sit on the bonnet of the SUV. He wiped his tears and took out a chocolate and gave him. By this time the kids mother came running and said "are kitni baar samjaya hai, ki haath chod kar bhaga mat karo, lekin tum kahan sunte ho, aur yeh kya strangers se kuch bhi lene se mana kiya tha maine" and she was going to slap that kid, Asad held her hand." The woman looked at him. Asad said, "Its okay pyar se samjaye, please vo bohot dara hua hai." The kid by the time now stopped crying and smiling looking at Asad, "Are jhoola wala uncle," Asad didn't understand, "he asked aap muje pehchante ho?" Kid said "yes, park, aunty, jhoola, kuch yaad aya,uncle." Asad remembered that day when he was swinging Zoya. The kids mother told him that day she saw the girl who was with him in the park on the road some street guys were trying to misbehave with her and if they didn't have come then they might have even taken her with them." Asads body stiffened, jaws clenched and eyes shooted anger at that moment. Asad asked "Do you know where she is, is she in you house?" Woman said "no i had to go somewhere urgently so i dropped her at the nearest madrasa on the way and told the address also." Asad said thanks to her and looked up thanking Allah that he has given a way to search Zoya. Without wasting a second he landed there. He was told by the women there that when she came her she was not in her senses and they took her to Haji Ali dargah and the girl was alright after visiting dargah and told them to return as she wanted to stay there a little more time. Now she is staying there they don't know. They advised him to visit Haji Ali once for the sake of her. Asad also correlated the address which he got after enquiring the number. She was somewhere there only he concluded. He decided to visit Haji Ali

Haji Ali Dargah, Mumbai ( all can imagine the first dargah scene btwn asya)

Zoya was now more at peace by staying there but something was stopping her from going back to Bhopal, may be she didn't want to face Asad again. She could never hate him and she loves him but also couldn't forgive him for what he said and did. He not only blamed her for being characterless but also his brother too whom he loved so much. Zoya thought unknowingly she had become the reason for separation of two brothers. She was as usual walking to the dargah in the morning with all these thoughts going in her mind. She again and again cursed herself that she is a bad omen in everybodys life, her ammi lost her husband, she lost her life, her api and jiji who adopted her never planned a kid in their life, and now Asads family too is suffering becoz of her. She stepped inside the dargah and seated herself in a prostrating position and closed her eyes. Unknown to her Asad was sitting at the other side offering his prayers. Asad opened his eyes by this time and he saw right Zoya across the mazaar at the other end with closed eyes. (Tu hi re, tu hi re, tere bina mein kaise jiyoon playing in the background) Asad thought since it was only Zoyas thoughts in his mind he was hallucinating. By the time Zoya too opened her eyes and she too saw him. She was already clouded by some confused thoughts, so she too thought it was her imagination to see Asad here. Both were looking at each other neither want the image to get disappear. Somebody walked through between them and then Asad saw that Zoya was gone. He became sure now that he was hallucinating again. Zoya had gone outside to distribute the offerings to the devotees. Asad was also told to get the offerings and he went there. Zoya was standing with the head down, she was clad in a pure white simple attire with the dupatta over her head. Asad came and stood in the queue and moving ahead in the queue. He came in front of Zoya, something struck him that zoya was somewhere near him. He bowed his head to receive the offering and Zoya in the process of giving it touched his hand accidentally which made both of them to look into each other. And boom, Asad found Zoya and Zoya was yet shocked again. Asad said he wanted to talk to her, Zoya asked him to wait at the seashore and she will come after finishing the distribution of the offerings.

Seashore ( splashing of waves sound in the background)

Asad was waiting for her watching the waves splashing over the rocks . Zoya came and stood behind him and it was not needed to call him, he sensed her and looked back at her. He didn't want to mess up again with his twisted words and nonsense talk as now he had learned to express his feelings quiet well. Asad said "Zoya, muje maaf kardo, main ne apni galat soch ke vajah se aapko bohot chot pauncha hai, muje pata hai ki iss baar aap muje itni asani se maaf bhi nahi karnewali, aur mein chahta bhi nahi hoon, mein bas itna chahta hoon ki, app vapis ajaye, apno ke paas, phirse apke is chehre pe muskurat dekhna chahta hoon, phirse apko vo pehliwali zoya bane dekhna chahta hoon jo meri vajah se kahin khogayi hai, please ghar vapis chalo, zoya, sab tumhara intezaar kar rahe hain, specially tumhari appi. Humne abhi tak unhe kuch nahi bataya hai, jo kuch hamare beech hua, kyunki doctor ne unhe stress aur tension se door rakhne ke liye kaha hai. Unki khatir vapis chalo."

Zoya "Mr.Khan pata nahi kismet baar baar yeh khel mere saath khelti hai, meine hamesha apni zindagi mein sab kuch khoya hi hai, jab bhi kuch pane ka bari ati, ek hawa jhouka sab uda deta hai, mein aise hi hoon, manhooz hamesha sab ki zindagi ko kharab karne wali, sabki musibat, bachpan mein meri ammi ko mere abbu chod kar chale gaye, phir ammi ko apni jaan gavani padi, phir appi aur jiu jinohe muje god liye mein unke liye ek bhoj bangayi, meri vajah se unhone aaj tak apni aulad ko bhi bhula diya, aur phir phoppi, muje dukh hai mein unki yeh arzoo puri nahi kar saki, aur apke aur ayan beech ki dooriyan ki vajah ban gayi, please Mr. Khan muje yahi rehne dijiye, mein vapis nahin ana chahti, mein bohot hi manhooz hoon mera saya jispar bhi padtha hain vahan sab, tabah ho jata hain, main yehi teekh hoon. Please app vapis chale jaye, iss mein sabki behtri hai, mein ek yatim hoon, aur yatim hi rahoongi."

By this time Asad was not able to take the harsh words which she was inflicting on herself. He shouted by holding her on upper arm "Zoyaaa, bakwas band karo, aur chalo vapis Bhopal, mein tumhe dikhata hoon ki kitne log tumhe chahte hain, aur vo bacche jinke liye tum vo kahaani likh rahi thi, vo iss intezaar mein hain ki kab unhe yeh kahani dekhne ko milegi, and he showed the paper ad which Ashuman had given. Tum iss aadmi ko to pehchanti hogi na, Anshuman Mittal, bohot bharosa karte hain tum par aur iss bharose ke vajah se unhone tumhe yeh naya project diya tha, ab unka poora future iss par depend karta hai, tum unhe girana chahti ho, jinhone tum par itna bharosa kiya. Aur tumhari appi aud jiju din raat yahin soch the ki, Zoya kahan hogi, kaise hogi, specially tumhari appi, jinhe iss halat mein tumhari fikr hai and tum yeh kya manhooz laga rakha hai, agar tum manhooz to mein bhi manhooz hoon, mere ammi ko bhi uss insaan ne chod diya tha, agar mein aisa maan ke chalta tho zindagi mein kabhi iss makam par nahi pounchta, Aur ek baat tum agar vapis nahi ayi to mere aur Ayan ka rishta khatam hojayega aur muje yeh afzoz rahega ki, meri vajah se do dost bhichad gaye. Kya tum aisa chahti ho? Zoya tumhe hum sab chahte hain aur tum kabhi manhooz nahi ho, tum vo roshni ki kiran jo sabki zindagi mein khushiyaan lati ho. Please Zoya mere saath vapis chalo apni kahani poori karo, mere liye na sahi, un baccho ke liye jo iss kahani ka besabri se intezaar kar rahe hain."

Zoya was trembling like a leaf, but she found truth in Asads eyes, he was really repenting for what he did and said. She was seeing that now also he was pacifying her only and making her understand how everybody loves her and not jusfying what he did or why he did, he had already apologised. After all everybody deserves a second chance, becoz mistakes are done by humans only and Asad had a small misunderstanding about her which from his talk is not all there now and now everything is okay between him and Ayan too. Zoya had really forgotten Anshuman also in this runaway process. She never thought about him and the trust he had instilled on her. Asad was waiting for Zoyas answer his eyes were looking at her only, at her face, to see any kind of response. Zoya thought Allah is giving her again a chance once more to recreate everything she had lost and took this as a second opportunity, after all they found each other in his Holy place. But Zoya being Zoya wanted to give a tough time to Asad this time and thought will not forgive him so easily although she had already forgiven him in her mind. She really wanted to test whether Asad had changed or not Hence she kept a condition

Asad was taken aback at zoyas condition but nevertheless he wanted her back at least she will be in his vicinity even though he was banned. He just wanted to get her back in everybodys life. Although he wanted her for himself but now seeing Zoyas condition it was she who needed everyone and everybodys support now, to make her feel that she is not rejected and unwanted. So he agreed. He was happy that Zoya was going back with him and that was enough for him now.

Tanveer comes to claim her money from Razia and tells her that she pushed Badi bi into a well in the outskirts of Bhopal and she drowned. Razia believes her and pays her. Firoz is found dead in the Gudiya Factory and Hasina bi says that Asad and Ayan had already once beaten him so they will be behind her brother's death. Now that Asad had become the owner of the factory, everything gets messed up.
