Suhaani flung her mobile & herself on the bed holding her pounding head. She was really tired after college as she didn't got a chance to rest like always... usually she took a hour or two break before she heads for the painting classes... where she used to teach painting, to kids, teenage kids, even some youngsters too after her college timings...& with herself being a art student it also enhanced her artistic skills...today she directly went for the school & top of that now she had this HUGE problem. What would she do now? Even Massi is out of reach...the maidservant back in Chennai just informed Anjali has gone to an ayurvedic treatment camp in some remote village...& now for nth time she received same message again of unreachable number... .Now what she should do under such circumstances, the mess created here ...even if she gets to contact massi...how she will inform her knowing she is already tensed with Mausa's illness...
She recalled how today evening she received a letter from Kapoor group of companies...She was surprised when a person earlier in evening as she ended the last class, handed her a notice from Kapoor groups, that she will have to vacate the building... the person even made a call to his Boss ...& passed on his cell so that she can talk...

For a moment Dev was stumped the voice sounded so familiar...but he cud be wrong...its been months to be precise 5months...he had heard her...or may be he has gone crazy, he is hearing same voice in every girl's voice...he never tried to search for Suhaani...as it wud be really foolish to just find a girl by only knowing her name...
Dev was already pissed off as he had good disagreement with his father & now his assistant Sudhir is informing him that notice he has sent to the lady who happens to be a tenant ...refusing to vacate the building...
Dev (sternly)"Dekhiye Mrs.Saxena its very simple ...you will have to vacate the building mere assistant ne aapko papers dikha diye honge...yeh meri building hai & I want it vacated soonest
The moment she heard the voice...her heart skipped a beat & started thudding she had heard this voice before it seems familiar...but at the moment her mind was too disturbed to recognize the voice... it sounded so familiar was it the same person she was thinking him to be... But He was not a such hard guy in talks like this man sounding on call ... This man seem to be arrogant guy born with a golden spoon in his mouth! The voice sounds so rude...
Suhaani (corrected)"I'm not Mrs.Saxena who yaha nahi rehti...she has moved to Chennai...
Dev (interrupted)---what Chennai?? Phir meri building mein yeh school kaise chal raha hai... meri information ke hisaab se its still running...
Suhaani"Main chalati hoon...Anjali ji meri Massi hai...
Dev scowled in disapproval...their company's lease of 20yrs was with Anjali Saxena ...if Anjali wasn't here, & she has moved to Chennai so technically building should be empty... why was her niece occupying HIS building and running this school here?
Dev (surprised)"Aap?? Aap chalati hai...
Suhaani"Ofcourse main chalati hoon...Pichhley 6 mahine se mein yeh school achhi tarah se chala rahi hoon...
Dev (shocked)"what?? 6 mahine se...
This interloper was occupying his building for the last 6months and he didn't know about this? SHOCKING! ...One thing which he cud not tolerate was someone illegally occupying his property...its literally encroachment...He is a businessman & always goes as per contract...& prefers the people he deals with also follow same ethics of abiding by contracts
His father had told him about completion of the lease of this building much before his bday ...but him being tied up with other projects was not able to give any attention... & now knowing someone illegally staying in his property angered him...
Suhaani"Ji haan 6 mahine se, Maasi Chennai jane se pehle school ki responsibility mujhe dekar gayi thi...
Dev(Sighed)"Whatever!! ...aapko yeh building khali karna padega...
Suhaani (shocked)"kya!! What do you mean...
Dev (repeated)"I said aapko building khali karni hai...
Suhaani"par kyun!!! Aap aise kaise achanak... how can you...
Dev(angrily)"because I'm the owner...yeh building meri hai... aapki personal property nahi hai...
Suhaani"I know, Yeh property Yashwardhan Kapoor ki hai...unhone Massi ko di thi...
Dev (corrected her sarcastically)"Exactly!! Aur who mere Dadaji the, unhone yeh building daan mein nahi di... Aapki Massi ke saath Kapoor Industries ka lease agreement tha 20saal ka jo 6 mahine pehle poore hogaye... Aur ab humari Company ko yeh Building wapis chahiye...you will have to close down this school...
It was too shocking to think straight! This school was her Massi's dream, & she herself loved painting... Massi cudn't continue with school as her husband was suffering from illness & she needed to take care of her...handed this school's responsibility to Suhaani... These kids come from nearby locality who cudn't afford joining any big institutions...Anjali had started this school to nurture the talent of kids & maintain their intrest in painting...When Suhaani shifted here in mumbai to stay along with Massi... after her parents death she started enjoying the classes along with her ...Now she started loving this...teaching these kids & handling school responsibilities has become part of her life... How could she give it up to this insufferable, arrogant grandson of Kapoor about whom Massi used to speak so highly, how could his grandson be so mean and rude, so greedy and grasping...how can he just simple ask her to shut down to school out of the blue...
Suhaani(sternly)"aisa kabhi nahi hoga...I will not close down the school, won't leave this building...
Dev laughed suddenly his deep baritone sending sudden shivers down her spine:
Dekhiye, main koi behes nahin karna chahta...Papers Sudhir aapko already de chukka hai... aap chahti hai toh apne paas rakh sakti hai...aaraam se dekhiyega...ek ek line padhiega & yes, phaadney ki koshish mat keejiye...koi fayda nahin hoga...iskey aur copies bhi hain!
Suhaani had already gone through the documents she cud make out He's speaking the truth...the lease did expire 6 months back! But how could she move out? Where would she go with her more than 30 students? She would never get such a sweet deal of paying only 1500 a month for a building that size! Did that mean she would have to shut down the classes? NO! NEVER!
Dev (breaking her thoughts)" Now can you arrange to vacate this building as soon as possible...
Suhani - Mujhey apney Massi se baat karni hogi...unsey poochhey baghair main koi decision nahi le sakti... Yeh school unki amaanat hai... Unki permission chahiye. Lekin aap jo kar rahey hain wo theek nahin! 30 se zyada students yahan classes ke liye aate hai...unka kya hoga? Hum kahan jayengey?
Dev (heartlessly): Who aapki problem hai... meri nahi ... I am a businessman, already is jagah pe jo project shuru hoga...who finalise hochuka hai...just because of ur 30+ students main apne kaam nahi rok sakta... I want my property BACK!
She opened her mouth to argue with the callous owner...but just then Dev had to leave for his dinner appointment lined up...
Dev (before disconnecting the call)"Gotta go...Sudhir aapko mera number de dega... Aap kal hi phone per mujhey bataa deejiyega aap kab move out ho rahi hain" so that my engineers can start their work...
Suhaani (his heartlessness angered her) : Mainey kaha na...main pehley apni Massi se baat karungi...uskey baad aapko contact karoongi! So, abhi se apne engineers ko takleef dene ke zarut nahi hai...
Arrogantly disconnected the call...
Dev (smiled at her attitude) - Well Bring it on Madam!!...Building toh khali hokar rahegi...Main bhi dekhta hoon aap kaise nahi karti...
Suhaani spent majority of time tossing and turning, worrying, pondering about her pressing problem. What should she do? Agree to vacate the building? But what after that...what will happen to the school...& if she doesn't agree will she be forcibly moved out...Sighing she thought of asking for some time from that heartless man...kya naam bataya tha?? Whatever... will tell him my problem...also he has no right to throw out such old tenants at such short notice. ...Massi has been here since last 20yrs... she had more rights to it than the arrogant Heir! Agreed he is the owner but he cant just throw us out... How dare he can simply ask her shut down school? Without any notice or anything ??

Next day
Dev almost shouted "What?" in shock admist of the meeting...when Suhaani called him to inform that he had to wait for few days for her decision...Dev moved a little aside seeing all members gazing at him... Dev had already started the procedures...he has planned to build big art gallery in his grandfather's name & he is planning to announce same on Dadaji's death anniversary few weeks later ... as he was great art lover & already decided to inaugurate it on Dadaji's bday ... The gallery wud bring together famous painters all around of world... He had already called a Board meeting to discuss the Art Gallery ... & he had even contacted an architect for drawing up building plans... Now this girl is just delaying the matters
Dev(angry)"what ?? What do you mean you cant ?
Suhaani (firmly)"stop shouting Mr... you heard maine kya kaha... main massi se contact nahi kar pa rahi hoon...as soon as it happens I will inform you... so you will have to wait. I HAVE TO talk to her, ask her about the lease and about her deal with your grandfather! Unsey baat kiye baghair I just cant take a decision...
Dev took few deep breaths to calm himself down...he cant be stuck like this...he needs the building as soon as possible...will have to deal with matter smartly...at this point he cant afford to mess it up
Dev (calmly)"Dekhiye Madam...get this for once & for all mujhe who building chaiye ...& I don't have much time...main wait nahi kar sakta... (sighed) we need to sort this out... Meet me today to discuss this... Meet me for Lunch at Royale!!
Suhaani"Sorry...Have a Interior designing class at 1...main nahi aa sakti...
Dev (shocked)"kya?? Aap designing bhi sikhati hai...don't tell me...meri building mein aur classes bhi chalti hai...
Suhaani (controlled her anger)"sikhati nahi seekhti hoon...aapki building mein nahi... college mein... The Wilsons...ab yeh mat kaheiga who bhi aapki building hai...
Dev"ji nahi...meri ek hi building hai...jo mujhe aapse khali karwani hai... And I want to discuss this RIGHT NOW...Merey paas itna time nahin hai waste karney ka...
Suhaani(angrily)-aur mere paas aapse milne ka time nahi hai...Bye!!! (angrily disconnected the call)
Mumbled to herself this man is so insufferable! What does he think? The whole world revolved around him and his stupid business plans? Well, too bad! He will have to wait till she spoke to Massi...& headed for her college...
Dev fumed at his phone... he was damned if he was going to let this little spitfire give him the runaround. He will have to meet her today at any cost...
He called up Wilsons college & asked about their class schedule. They informed him that the 1 PM classes get over at 3
He smiled to himself : Ab dekhta hoon Madam, how you avoid meeting me!!!...

Dev scratched his head on reaching Wilson's ...seeing groups of girls coming out as classes got over , wondered how the hell he gonna find her who the girls is, in his anger he didn't asked her name...& It was better if he wud have brought his assistant Sudhir along... still not giving up...he thought of seeking help from reception...
He was about to move forward... when his gaze fell on something...infact someone...he was shell-shocked! He hadn't expected her to here of all places...standing a distance apart ...the same b'ful face...he had been searching for since months... she was looking equally b'ful as she has been months back on that party night...dressed in pale green jewelled Kurti enhancing the creamy, glowing perfection of her skin dangling pearl earrings kissing her graceful long neck... But it was her eyes that captivated him! Her wide expressive eyes were a deep chocolate brown, velvety in their depths...there was something in him which attracted him today too like it was on bday party months back..
He covered the short distance between them and stood right before her...
Uptil now Suhaani had been just gaping at him in shock...how on earth did they meet again...is world really small or there is something wrong ...Why he is here?? Is he following her?? If yes, then why??
Dev (smiled)"Hi!!! Aap yahan... A pleasant surprise...
Suhaani (composed herself)"ermmm Hi!..infact I am surprised aap yahaan??
Now, Dev was sure enough he is here to meet this girl only...he cant be wrong second time in recognizing the voice...Yday he dismissed the similarity thinking it to be a mistake...but No...he is not wrong today... if she is the girl he talked yday & today...that means...the realization stuck him hard...it means she is the one occupying the building...she is the tenant...he is here to ask her move out...she is illegally occupying his building...
It didn't took a moment for Suhaani to realizing the same thing ... this is the same man...who wants to move out... He is the ruthless man who asked her to shut the school & asking her to vacate the building...

As Suhaani stirred sugar in her coffee...she came straight to the point...it was her who suggested him to walk down to coffee house in next lane of her college...she didn't wanted to draw attention in college...
Suhaani---Mr.kapoor hum who building khali nahi kar sakte...Hum kahin nahi ja rahe...
No matter he might have liked the girl at their first meet at the party...or he might be infatuated to the girl...still he cant afford to mix his personal & professional life...He gets what he wants... Building art gallery is his dream...he wants to do it for his grandfather...just because he likes the girl or felt attracted to girl cant let go his dream...
Dev (amused)"Excuse Me!!! Aap kehna chahti hai...main apni hi building wapis nahi maang sakta... Meri company ko who building wapis chaiye ...! We are the owners, hum decide karengey kab aur kaisey humein building khali karani hai...
Suhaani (sighed)"I know aap owner hai, but aise achanak out of the blue you cant ask us to leave...mere 30 se zyada bache...kaha jayenge
Dev(almost spat out his coffee)"what?😲 Aapke 30 bache hai??
Suhaani (rolled her eyes)" I meant ...waha par itne bache painting seekhne aate hai...& mind you tenant ke bhi kuch rights hote hai...hum waha 20 saal se school chala raha hai...you just cant throw us out... without any notice or anything
Dev"Oh...so you want to go the legal way...dats gud...lets do it...laws bhi sach ka saath dete hai...aur sach yahi hai...Mrs.Saxena I mean aapki massi ki lease puri hogayi hai...aur building khali karni padegi chahe aapki marzi ho ya na ho...
Their eyes clashed in a silent battle of wills, challenging, demanding. A current of awareness streaked between them, like a flash of lightning...Suhaani's heart thumped loudly...she looked away, breaking eye contact first...whats wrong with her of getting lost in his eyes...
She cant just shut down school in one day & walk out ...its about the future of the kids, she knew this argument isn't heading anywhere...this guy is just stubborn businessman...who will not bend...she will take a back step...
Suhani(calmly)"Fine...aapko building khali mil jayegi...but you have to be a little considerate...atleast give us enough time to vacate... we just cant move out ...
Dev narrowed his eyes at her softer tone...Is she trying to fool me? Aisey hi delay karvati rahegi aur chhodney ka naam nahin legi...He had heard of tenants playing that trick... asking for time and never leaving!
Dev (sighed)"Let me be frank with you...Time is money, specially is project ke liye...mujhe waha art gallery banani hai before Dada ji's bday ...already architects have chalked out the plan we need to renovate the building... First exhibition bhi scheduled ho chuki hai...Painters have already given their consents to be part of it & work exclusively for our gallery...& our company will have a share in every painting sold... Board has already passed the plans...everything is decided, Now we need that building ASAP... before I make official announcement to start off the project!! The least I can do apne risk pe give you a months time...nothing more...
She was livid! She had swallowed her pride and requested for more time and all here he is concerned about was his money & explaining her business plans!! To HELL with HIM!
Suhaani (angrily)"Mr.Kapoor for you aapke liye who bas ek investment hai, jaha aap ek art gallery kholenge aur paisa kamaenge...par abhi waha bache ...usi art of seekhte hai... I appreciate aap ek art gallery khol rahe hai par jaha yahi art sikhayi jati hai...aap use hi band kar rahe hai...Have u ever thot kitni mushkilo se bache sikhne aate hai...you just took a second ki school band karke gallery kholenge & you will earn money...but you forgot, aap bachon ko usi art se door kar rahe hai...
Dev wasn't unaffected by her pleas, he knows what it means to stay away from something you love... he himself loved to paint which he had stopped just because his father didn't wanted him to be a useless painter ...He wanted to learn so much about the b'ful art of painting wanted to play with different colors...He wanted to capture every b'ful view on his canvas...wanted to present his emotions, feeling through his art... this Art gallery gonna be something close to his heart... through his art gallery he gonna relive his incomplete dream...With great difficulty he has convinced his father for opening this gallery... by explaining it will be a new leaf in their business...it will increase their company's fame, uptil now they have come up with just commercial buildings, hotels, malls ...his father just needs one reason to close down this project ...once again he cant let his father ruin his wishes... Coming this far now he cant back out...
Dev (sternly)"I have already given you 1 month... Aap koi doosri jagah dhoond leejiye, Im sure you can find something within a month! ...
Suhaani looked with disdain at this Dev kapoor, he was soft, polite back at the party...She really wonder if he is the same person... this man in front of him is a ruthless businessman...what he thinks finding a building this big a joke ?? dat too in just 1 month !!...if she goes on a searching spree what will happen to the classes...
Suhaani (pissed off) "I was so wrong dat night, aapne us din jo madad ki...mujhe laga chahe aap ameer hai but still you are being helpful...& your grandfather... Unhone is school ke liye itna kuch kiya...aur aap... How can you be so callous? So unfeeling?
Dev"aur main unhi ke naam par yeh Art gallery khol raha hoon... If I had been unfeeling...meri company ab tak aapse sirf 1,500 rent nahi le rahi hoti...its just because aapki massi aur aap ek acha kaam kar rahi hai... (smiled ) aur rahi baat party ki, toh usdin aap Dev se mili thi, but today you are dealing with Businessman Dev Kapoor... shayad aapko pata nahi hoga, jis building mein aapka school hai, It's a Commercial Property, if we rented it out on a daily basis toh ek hi din ke 1,500 Rs se kahi zyada milte...infact much beyond that...
Suhaani cud feel her temper rising ! What a greedy, callous, unfeeling, insufferable cad!! My first impression have been right he is just a rich arrogant person...us din party mein acha banne ka sirf natak ho raha tha...I was thinking so good of him the way he helped us...but yaha...
Suhaani"Oh!! Toh kiraya aapka problem hai...you have a problem with 1500 Rs rent...fine aap shauk se rent badha sakte hai...but badle mein hume move out ke liye aur time dena padega...
Dev -Madam, baat rent ki nahi hai...aur kitna rent badhaengi...4,000-5,000 bass...but this art gallery with be much beyond that...It wud be in crores..
Suhaani (stood up) -fine...aapke liye paisa sab kuch hai...so be it...apne saare paise lagaiye hume waha se bahar nikalne mein... aapse sharafat se time manga...toh aapne kamzor samajh liya...
Many people at the Restaurant turned to look at the good-looking couple arguing loudly at the window table... Dev flushed with embarassment and suddenly placated her
Dev (looked around)"will you just calm down...& plz aise tamasha karne ki zarut nahi hai...lets discuss this like civil people. (His eyes pleaded with her)
Looking into his eyes was a wrong move from Suhaani... the dark dreamy eyes made her loose herself again...she felt strange emotions as she felt in party...its seemed there was some magnetic pull in his eyes... She just broke her gaze away... didn't want to feel more disturbed by those eyes and their disconcerting gaze. ...
Dev"I have already explained you...main ek mahine se zyada time nahi de sakta... aap ek mahine mein dusri jagah dhund lijiye...& also take opinion from Mrs.Saxena...Happy!! & yes at the same rent.
Suhaani (mockingly)"Thank you so much...itni kindness dikhane ki...Main koshish karungi...but yes I am not committing anything...
Dev scowled at her noncommittal stance...then relaxed...What could she do? A mere teacher oops just a college going student...who was occupying his property? She would have to vacate eventually...afterall, he is the owner legally
Driving back home took a deep breath. What an EVENING! This was much tougher than bargaining with his company's Union Leaders because they didn't look so damned beautiful! Inspite of the whole argument they just had...he likes this girl...he appreciates how confident &passionate she is about teaching the art...Cant help but feel attracted to this girl...she still manages to effect him in same manner even after months...she has that charm & innocence that makes him like her... only if this mess sorts out soon...wud surely like to date her, want to have him beside her...make her part of his life...

Suhaani discussed the matter with her sister & friend Shruti... they suggested it to fight it legally but Suhaani refused & asked them to look out for some alternate space for the school...
Dev's father was surprised to know the project of art gallery getting delayed...everytime he used to ask Dev...he just gave some lame excuse...somewhere he felt something is surely fishy...when tried to dig in the matter he came to know about whole issue ...he was appalled Dev just simply allowed the girl to stay on at the cost of delaying the project... before discussing matter with Dev he just sent eviction notice...
No wonder Dev was shocked when Suhaani barged in disturbing him in the middle of meeting...& questioned him... seeing her creating a scene in the boardroom he just dragged her aside towards his cabin...
Suhaani (freeing her hand)"yeh sab kya hai?? Mr.Dev kapoor... afterall you proved aap businessman hi hai...jab aap ek mahine ke liye maan gaye the ...toh do hi hafte mein yeh legal notice bhejne ka kya matlab hai ?? if you wanted to fight it out in court toh us din sharif banne ki kya zarut thi??
Dev (confused)"what the hell?? Kaisa notice...maine koi notice nahi bheja...& once I have given a word I do follow it...
Suhaani"Really 😡 aapne notice nahi bheja!! in dat case,ya toh who building aapki nahi hai...ya aap Dev kapoor nahi hai (passing him the notice) Notice Kapoor groups of Industries ki taraf se hi aaya hai...
Dev was shocked ...who & when sent this notice...
Dev (going through the notice)"I am sorry...guess koi misunderstanding hai...we can sort it out...don't worry ek mahine se pehle no one will ask you to vacate building...
When they heard a voice... "She will have to Dev, who building ek mahine se pehle iss ladki ko khali karni padegi...already yeh illegally 6mahine se usspe kabza kiye baithi hai"
Dev's father Nishikant joined their conversation... Now Dev understood everything so it was he who sent the notice...His father never left a chance to prove him wrong... whatever good he does...this man can never be happy... no wonder he never understood him ...He has tried everything to please this man ...did everything he asked him never ever disobeyed him ...Inspite of him being his step father he has given him as much respect as a father deserves...
No matter how against he was seeing her mother marry Nishikant, still just for his mother's wish he agreed to keep all differences aside & accept him as his father...never complained any of his decision...even gave up what he loved the most Painting...
Dev (firmly)"Sorry Mr. Nishikant Kapoor par yeh art gallery mera project hai...& I know how to handle it...So, plz stay out of it...
Nishikant"Dev, tum apne dad se baat kar rahe ho...
Dev"I know dat...& this art gallery is about my Dadaji... aur main yeh bhi janta hoon aapke liye yeh art gallery kitni profitable hone wali hai...no wonder you want it to start off soon...& don't worry it will be completed soon...bas aap beech mein taang adana band kijiye...
Nishikant"as long as project gets complete on time...main interfere nahi karunga...so make sure it starts on time... aur agar tumhe zyada mushkil ho rahi hai gallery banane mein toh time waste karne ki zarut nahi hai... gallery banana itna zaruri nahi hai...company has many other projects.. (he left in a huff)
Suhaani wondered how a father-son were chatting in such a way...& cud it really be possible that Dev wasn't aware of the notice...afterall he also wants the building asap...what if he just faking up of ignorance... Her thoughts broke as Dev apologized...
Dev (guiltily)"Mr.kapoor ki taraf se I'm sorry...
Suhaani (interrupted)"ofcourse you shud be, aapke is notice ke wajah se mera pura din barbaad hogaya... whole day I stressed out...aapki galti hai...aap apni company, apne dad ko, aap bata nahi sakte the ki aapne mujhe ek mahine ka time diya hai... aapko pata bhi hai...kitna time waste hua mera
Dev (interrupted)"& Do you realize, is tarah beech meeting mein aakar mera kitna nuksaan karwaya... (walked towards her) ya tumhe gatecrashing ki bimari hai...(teased) pehle meri party mein...(Suhaani moved back) phir meri building mein...& ab yaha meeting mein
Suhaani -what?? Mujhe koi shauk nahi hai gatecrashing ka...aap apni galti manne ke bajai mujhe hi attitude dikha rahe hai...
Dev(smirked) -excuse me!! Apni hi cheez wapis mangna attitude dikhana hota hai...
Suhaani"Nahi...par ek cheez ke peeche pad jana is surely attitude... (taunted) aapke paas us building jaisi hazaro building hongi...par aapko wohi chaiye...aap art gallery kahi aur bhi khol sakte hai...Do you realize 1 mahine mein dusri jagah dhundna is next to impossible...
Dev"matlab abhi tak aapko koi aur jaga nahi mili...

Dev thought about her all night her fighting spirit both amazed and amused him. He couldn't help but admire her spunk and audacity in barging in the meeting...she had almost shouted him in front of all board members...He chuckled softly how with time she is proving his first impression of her wrong...How on the party night she had been so timid & shy, nervous...conscious of closeness...& now she is answering him back...& facing him strongly... He sighed at the irony ... being illegal occupier she is practically an enemy for him ...he shud just throw her out...if it wud have been someone else he wud have dragged the person to court ...but somewhere his heart doesn't allow her to be harsh with her...she had the logic that he cud make art gallery at any other place...but this building had been his grandfather's first building...its here where it all began...he started off with a small business in this building which is now a big Kapoor empire... Also, if he build art gallery at any other place it wud be just more time & money consuming ...this building is just perfect, spacious...just needs a little extension & renovation...But who will make his spitfire understand his logic...He didn't know why he took such pleasure in making her angry...(smiled) he found it entertaining in a strange way watching her get angry lose her cool...She was really causing havoc in his life and heart! He cud realize he was falling for her harder everytime he meets her... If all this is called Love, then he surely wants to have her in life, & If they two are meant to be together he will do anything to bring her in his life... before that he will have to do something to gain her trust...& they will have to move beyond from just being a owner & tenant... for that first he needs to make her vacate his building...so that she is no longer his tenant...
He thought of something...& smiled...He has perfect way to make her vacate his building... 😛
Next day...he was right standing before the art school "Aakriti" ...
