ive just 2-3 more parts lined up. like i didnt have an actual story in mind when i started...i just wanted to dream that taani and rey were back together ...😊 but thanks for replies and likes and views ... made my dreaming worth it

Part 21

Taani s college

Taani happily walking in the almost empty corridor , banged into XXX .

"hi! All okay?" she smiled," acchi tho lag rahin ho and khush bhi" she tried not to smile too wide," waise main tumhe hi dhoond rahaan tha, sir ne kahaan ki tumne apna project mein changes kiya hain "

"haan, itni jaldi aapko bata diya"

"yes, kyunki he wanted a few of us to do your project together..tho ab hum wo karenge but why did you opt out ?"

"bas aise hi."she avoided answering him and caught sight of Natasha with rey coming towards them. her heart leapt up seeing rey, she had to tell him. he would be so glad. They came nearer and Natasha was telling him,"...today was off par yeh(pointing to XXX) is a workaholic. So we r here to complete the reports." rey had given a huge smile to taani, she blushed which was very obvious , " so taani dekho yeh parking lot main akela wait karrahaan tha tumhaara and i brought him to you. You ve to thank me dear.."

"thanks' rey turned to XX," kal ke liye" XX smiled," and generally as well ...taani ne kahaan ki tumne uski bohot help ki hain..." no jealousy in sight , taani haf smiled

"she s just being sweet.." he smiled and brushed it off while taani smiled at him.

" btw tum kab jaa rahen ho?"Natasha asked rey while giving one arm hug to XX.

"aaj" taani replied before rey could," aaj hum jaayenge tho main apni..."

"actually mujhe bhi nahin pata tha ki main aaj jaane waala hoon" rey smiled at Natasha and raised his eyebrows to taani and suddenly realised what she had said," wait , hum matlab?" Rey looked surprised while the GS chap frowned

"tho isiliye tumne ..." GS began but taani continued looking at Natasha with a straight face though she was dying to jump in joy. "wo maine permission li hain , for some days. main apna project ki start up ke liye wahin jaarahin hoon. aur agar sab teek hua tho main Mumbai mein 6 months tak rehsathi hoon. i have to work that out, tho aaj main bhi..." she was engulfed in one big hug. She was taken aback but couldn't resist the warmth that the hug had, the happiness that she also had in telling him that reflected ten, no hundred times more in his hug .he left her still holding her ," taani are u serious? Matlab tum sach mein phir se ..." and hugged her again thanking his stars

Natasha looked surprised for a sec but then started grinning , exchanging glances with XX who also smiled. She cleared her throat and taani moved gently out of the hug, blushing .

"sorry for disturbing , i mean i love u guys together par yeh public corridor hain u know..." rey still held her hand "chalo tumhara tho goal successful hogaya " rey grinned at Natasha," kab jaaoge?"

"reports ke baad " taani began and looked at rey

"kya? " natashe frowned ," Yeh XXX...he is actually smart darling, tum jao. Yeh karlega" rey looked at her thankfully," bolo" she nudged XXX

"haan. its fine taani u carry on, u deserve the break."all three of them gave her the same look and she said," i ll get my bag" and went to the locker

Rey turned to Natasha," so bye see u sometime"

"umm next time jab aaoge tab apna team lekhe aana" and gave him a quick hug," nice meeting you"

Taani came back and with a smile and bye to them left with rey.

"kya hua?" Natasha asked XXX catching his frown

"u know taani has changed her original project - her naya project is not going to be useful for her now " she frowned and then understood

" ooohhh, so that wo Mumbai jaasakhe?" he shrugged," thats ...but u know what wo kitni khush thi yaar . i mean ive actually understood her the past 2 days- she ll be happy " she put her arm around him .

he shrugged her off," i know but...uska khudh ka idea tha yaar..wasted...such a fool.." still grumbling

" but a happy fool " she grinned at him. he grinned back and shook his head.

Rey and taani in car- rey driving

Taani laughed suddenly," mujhe yakeen nahin ho rahaan hain ki aap mere saath hain"

Rey laughed ," yakeen karlo darling . abhi ke liye nahin future ke liye bhi.This is for a lifetime"

"hamara future?" he nodded," saath saath?" he nodded again," aap mujhe propose kar rahe ho?"

He raised his eyebrows , she looked at him seriously though her lips were smiling," u mean mujhe propose bhi karna hain? "

"aap nahin karenge?" she asked mock seriously

"what taani? Phir se ? propose, shaadi and all.." he replied , frown on his face but eyes naughty

She immediately became serious," nahin rey i was just ...mazak kar rahin thi. Main aapse kuch bhi expect nahin karrahin hoon, phir ..."

"wowow wait wait...i was joking.itna serious mat ho.. Just forget the whole stuff" she looked out of the window. He clicked his finger in front of her ," okay listen i didnt have time ki main tumhaare liye kuch gift lekar aaoo, actually i didnt know ki main aaya kyun hoon..but i still have something for you. Borrowed from you" she looked confused. He handed her a small cover from his pocket and gave it to her . she opened it excitedly and stopped- it was the same chain that he had given her on valentines day .

"i found it hanging on your dressing table " she held it tight in her fist remembering how much she had wanted to throw it off and had never been able to and felt her eyes moisten," taani?? If you don't want to wear it...its fine. maine bas... see don't cry taani please. tumhe nahin pehna hain tho its okay" he placed one of his hands on hers and squeezed it.

"rey main yeh baad mein pehnoo?"

"ya sure, or if you don't want it.." his eyes met hers

"nahin bas abhi ...mann nahin hain. aapko bura nahin lagega na?"

"of course not" his eyes went back to driving," waise bhi as of now im worried ki main tumhaare bhai ko face kaise karoonga"

"achha ab wo mere bhai bangaye? Aapke best friend nahin?" she asked wiping her tears

"actually abhi he s just your brother"

"kuch nahin hoga, aap itna darthe kyun ho?"

"tum nahin jaanthi swayam ko" she raised her eyebrows, " no seriously" and had a flash back of swayam threathening shivam- sat sat ke maaroonga-and thought- rey u r so dead today

"rey! Kuch nahin hoga. Bhai khush the. Thoda gussa aayega par...let me handle it" she said confidently.

He saw her enthusiasm and laughed...she would never speak in front of swayams anger.

Message..." aashi ka hain." taani smiled ," wo aapko bhi congrats bol rahin hain!"

Message...reys mobile. He indicated taani to check," Vicky - where the hell r u dude?" rey smiled ,"tell him ki main usse raat ko miltha hoon"

"done...aap sab bohot saal se friends haina?"

"Vicky? Haan..aur sharon, nil..." and they went on talking about a whole lot of things, sometimes nothing in specific but happily.
