Chapter 4
"Okay. I am coming to office" Asad told his secretary in a dazed expression.
He pinched his bridge of nose, totally frustrated. He was a man of principles and rules for long period of his life. He never loses his senses when problems are ahead of him, but this time he was equally messed up in his personal and professional life. He did not feel this much helplessness and clueless in his life for many years. He really did know about what to do or how to take steps for solving these problems. He was always weak to initiate a step in his personal life. So, he concentrates again to solve the problems of his professional life.
"What it could be? Who is behind me? This is really getting worse, first Mr. Mishra got stabbed and now this threat. I need to go to the bottom of this and finished it from the root. Someone does not want me to do this project. But why and who? Anyway I need to go to office and check that matter first" Asad thought about the whole incident from the last night.
He told Dilshad that he needed to go to the office and Dilshad glared at him.
"It is urgent Ammi, otherwise I know my responsibility. I will come back soon" Asad said in a sheepish yet firm tone.
Dilshad remains silent and nodded to him. Asad looked at Zoya's pale face with pain. She was in her deep slumber once again.

After half an hour he reached the office. Prasad and his office law year Mr Ajay Mehra were joined him immediately in his cabin.
"Tell me what happened?" he asked Prasad impulsively.
" Sir, Mr Mishra was attacked again by someone in the hospital" Prasad said hastily.
"What? Who.." before he could finish Prasad blurted, " we could not find him"
"Why were you so irresponsible about this delicate matter? It is a life depending situation for the company. One wrong step will ruin our reputation to the dust" Asad shouted. He suddenly stops there as he also did the same thing with Zoya last night. Uff... why he just can't forget those words. He was totally frustrated.
"By the way there is any call from the police station about this incident? I want to find that criminal as early as possible" Asad changed the topic abruptly.
"No sir, we can't to that" we... before Prasad could complete,
"Why" Asad burst out.
"Sir, now there is a big problem, those foreign delegates want to cancel this contract. They actually want to talk about it with you. So you need to go to Mumbai as early as possible" Said Mr. Mehra.
"Why they want to cancel it?" Asad was impatient.
"Who..sir they got some unusual news about you." Prasad stammered.
"Check this mail sir" Prasad turned the computer monitor towards Asad. His face was flushed.
Asad looked at it and what he saw makes his eyes to bulge out from their sockets. What the...Oh my God. That was a set up..Ya Allah.

The night of the Nikaah At the hospital
Asad was waiting at the outside of the operation theatre. Mr. Mishra's condition was very critical. He was waiting for the finishing of the operation while he dozed off.
Suddenly a woman about 25 years old stumbled over him, directly landed on his lap. He held her as a reflex; gave her the time to get back on her feet.
"Are you ok?" He asked.
"Yes" she smiled shyly. Asad looked at her quizzically. "Why is she smiling? May be she is embarrassed."
He was going to ask her about it but doctor called him for arranging blood and he left her there hastily.
He was again in the waiting room after that and the girl came with a cup of coffee. He looked at her with confusion. She said she was observing him from sometimes and he looked tired.
"I wanted to say thanks" she said.
In a normal situation Asad never took that coffee but today he is really upset and badly needed this coffee. Whether he missed that the coffee was black and bitter just the way he liked. In hospital like other public places, normally coffee is served with milk and sugar.
The operation was successful but patient is needed to be observed. So, he was transferred in intensive care unit.
Prasad came there and take the charge on himself. When Asad tried to stand up and his head was pondering. He ignored that and left for home.

There were photo shopped images of Asad with that girl. He was holding her from the waist and she was smiling. The walls of the hospital behind them are vanished from there. There was a line written under those.
"Nikaah kisise or suhag raat kissi aur se..wah Asad Ahmed Khan. Don't try to make fuss about this case. Otherwise these will go to the media."
Now Asad also observes that the girl was also wearing a heavy dress not the usual ones.
The color of his face drained. It looked he was not there anymore.
"Sir, they sent those pictures to the client, that's why they want to cancel this deal" Prasad told in a low voice.
Asad snapped out from his dream and roared "I don't leave you this time, Mr. Rashid Ahmed Khan".
"Go to police station and told to carry out the investigation with full force. I want that criminal in jail as early as possible. I will go to Mumbai and convince them. This is my dream project and I am not going to lose this. Prasad please send the driver home to bring my accessories and book my ticket. Mr. Mehra you are also coming with me" Asad concluded.
"But, Sir! They will go to the media, if you..." Prasad told him.
"I don't care. I am not wrong and I will prove it in any either way. You also increase the security guards around my house and hire a private detective. We will also carry out this investigation in our way." Asad said with a stern tone.
"Okay" Sir.

Asad called Dilshad and told her that he is leaving for Mumbai for a week. He said to give his necessary things to his driver. Dilshad wanted to ask what happened suddenly but he cut her saying he will tell her later.
"Errm, how is Zoya now? Where is Nazma" He asked.
"She is okay, but sleeping. Nazma is in the college, why?" Dilshad asked.
"Nothing, Ammi. Take care of youself and also Zoya. I know I hurt her and I will seek forgiveness.I will talk to her after I return and clear everything with her I promise. Be cautious for sometimes and please forgive me and pray for me, Allah Hafiz" Asad finished.
"Allah hafiz, beta" Dilshad said. She was worried. Something was big happened for sure."Why his voice was shaking" She thought.
She made her way to kitchen, it was time for making launch for Zoya.

Zoya opened her eyes slowly. She sat up with a jolt and tried to get away from his bed. He humiliated her last night without any reason. She cannot live here with that humiliation. She made up her mind and started to pack her suitcase.
"Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan what he thinks about himself? He said he knows my type. I will actually show him what my type is. Wait and watch." After that she left the room and was going to the main door when a voice called behind her, "Zoya! Where are you going, beta?"
