Above two quoted lines are the ones which stood out in this whole update for me. Are you by any chance a shrink? Because your approach towards human psyche is so positive and understanding that I might want to sign up with you. Seriously :)
Guilt, how the guilty perceives it and guilt how it is perceived by people around them. These two quotes are wonderful examples of it. Arnav is right in his place and Khushi is trying her best to pull him from drowning in that dark place. But however strong and valid her arguments are, I can not fault Arnav. He will need time to recover.
From the way this story is moving, I am getting a hope that the tigress that Khushi is, she will not let Arnav ruin his life in self doubt. She will fight with him, for him. Can it get any better? Nah.
One thing I want to mention is that I love your Arnav and Khushi. They are different from the rest. Arnav though a sweetheart, is the weaker one here. Not just emotionally, but career wise too. And as a person too. It takes a strong woman to stand by a man like this. A woman deeply in love and confident in her skin. I admire you for creating a Khushi like that.
