Taani is so hurt that she can't even look and talk to Rey properly
I hope Rey don't give up on her this time and try his best to win his Taani back

hi thanks a lot for the likes and replies..😊sometimes while writing i miss taarey so much.

Part 9a

Taani trying to move about in the front room silently as rey s still sleeping soundly. She was dressed and ready to leave when she saw him and stopped...how many times had she seen him sleeping in bhai s room, each time she had had the urge to ruffle his messy hair...the msg beep woke her up from the staring session- c u n 5- the guy.

Taani aaj fest hain, you just cant loose focus today. Itna kaam hain. hey krishnaji, aap rey ko aaj hi kyun bheje? She looked back at him as she picked her bag, achha hua ki kal raat ko baat nahin ki maine , pata nahin itna gussa kyun aarahaan tha mujhe unpar. Itna gussa tho kabhi ladayi ke time pe bhi nahin aayi thi. Aur itna rude thi main...wo tho mujse milne hi aaye the na...par kyun? itne mahino baad? Kuch problem...? kahaan tho nahin.jo bhi hain baad mein .abhi bas kaam... she shook her head again and moved to those boxes ,

The bell rang LOUDLY...taani ran to the door to open before it could disturb reys sleep but rey got up with a jerk and looked around wondering where he was. He caught sight of Taani at the door and remembered ...

"HIII" a loud voice came in followed by Natasha and the guy," ready, main bhi aagayi. Boxes zyaada haina? Kahaan hain?" and looked around," wow taani nice place, kitne ache ache stuff hain tumhaaa..." and stopped catching sight of rey sitting up on the floor bed sleepily," Hi!"

Natasha looked back at taani in complete surprise and taani s embarrassment showed on her face," sorry i didnt know u had company..." now her voice becomimg all gossipy

Before rey could reply," nahin wo mere bhai ke dost hain" making rey look at her his expression clearly saying - subah subah lies! " kal aaye the"

" okayyy, " she turned to him," me Natasha"

"rey"

The guy came in," tum ladkiyaan jaldi jaldi kaam kyun nahin karsakthi time sense hain ki..." and stopped looking at rey , his eyes moved quickly in surprise from taani to rey and back and waving his hand to rey," hi! Ab chale girls cmon " and picked a box," Natasha pick this now fast..." and walked out.Natasha frowned after him and picked a box with taani helping her, her eyes still on rey," u know maine tumhe pehle kahin dekha hain!"

Rey grinned," early morning hi line?" she grinned back," line nahin seriously dekha hain"

Taani got irritated at the flirting and cut in ," rey main..."

" tum jao... main wait karoonga. No prob"

"agar kuch kaam nahin hain tho fest aajao" Natasha invited him and smiled. Taani frowned at her. He smiled looked at taani...taani looked back at him," waise bhi main fullday college main hi rehnewaali hoon agar aapko bore lage tho..." his smile widened

Taani walked out quickly literally forcing Natasha out of the door. Rey got up to close the door when taani suddenly came in-"aapkeliye breakfast table per rakha hain, agar kuch chahiye tho call kardena" and she disappeared.

Reys smile widened- he knew why he was here!

9 b Taani s College ( for this part imagine them like they were post shivams exit and pre rasiya...GS/AGS time)

Rey walking along the corridor searching for taani, he met some volunteers and asked them about her. they pointed to some room , he walked towards it and banged into Natasha and another girl.

"Hi !! main abhi abhi isko tumhaare baare main bolrahin thi rey!" she gushed

"Hi ! " he smiled at both," kya bolrahin thi?"

"yahin ki tum taani ke friend ho and mujhe laga ki maine tumhe ..."

"rey...U R Reyaansh ...St Louis waala dance team ka Reyaansh?!!!" the other girl recognised him...natasha had the batthi jali look. He nodded," maine tumhaari team ko goa india fest main dekha tha last year. U guys are superb! Hi me anjali is college ka dance team member...this is great meeting you ...tum saare team ke saath ho kya?"

"nahin main taani se milne aaya tha, mere team saath nahin hain" and he caught sight of taani inside the room. Taani looked up at exactly the same time and saw him. she had thought he would turn up and she had also made up her mind to be nice mannered . she smiled at him and walked towards him. his face broke into a huge smile and he didnt understand what the girls in front of him were saying.

"so rey tum karoge?" dancer girl asked him oblivious that he had lost track for a moment

" kya karna hain?" Taani had walked towards them... Natasha nudged anjali and gestured to Taani. Anjali stopped talking and saw taani next to her with her formal smile.

"solo performance ? karoge? agar tumhaara team hota tho i would have asked you guys for a performance! Evening? theres free time between two drama acts aur hum soch rahe the ki kya karein us time par?"

"i don't know, main prepared nahin hoon and ..." looked at taani questioningly and raised his eyebrows, taani pretended she didnt know what was happening. Natasha and anjali looked from one to the other- Natasha obviously gossipy , anjali in anticipation. When taani didnt reply, "offo taani, wo tumse permission maang rahaan hain, yes tho bolo" Natasha patted taani on the arm.

Taani ignore the comment while anjali," taani ko kya problem hogi rey tumhaare dance se? " both of them remembered exactly the same thing- taani convincing rey not to go to the NDC . rey saw taani expression changing from formal to unhappy and as she tried to move away quickly rey replied ," ya okay..kab karna hain?" she stopped and turned back to face him, rey looked at her smiling reassuringly.

"great... " anjali gave a hi fi to him her face all smiles that she had found her performer for the evening," tumhaara number dena , jab time fix hojaayega main msg kardoongi aur tumhe kuch chahiye ...matlab costumes /music ya kuch..tho taani se poochlena wo coordinate karegi"

"my mobiles off, tho tum time taani ko msg kardena. Main uski saath hi rahoonga"

anjali turned to taani ," taani tumne bataya nahin ki tum reyaansh singania ka girlfriend ho"

"main inki girlfriend nahin hoon" taani shot back," aur main aapko" she turned Natasha," batachuki hoon" anjali said sorry, gave a thumbs up to rey and ran to inform others .

Natasha," yes of course rey tumhaare bhai ka dost hain" and burst out laughing ," kyun mr reyaansh singhania?" and winking at him walked off. Rey grinned at her unable to control himself at that girls words..taani got back her anger all over again.

Catching it he tried to console her ," yeh tumhhari friend hain?"

" nahin yeh mere XXX GS ki friend hain " phir se mere GS?

"tho wo tumhaara friend hain?" rey tried fishing for information

"kaun? " she looked at him ," XX , nahin, matlab itna nahin..bas mere GS hain" taani answered back not realising what he was asking her.

"tum usko mere GS kyun bhulaathi ho?" rey irritated

"GS hain tho..."

"saare college ka GS hain, sirf tumhara nahin" he snapped , taani made a whats wrong with u face and opened her mouth to argue when..

"Taaani" that guy came along caught sight of rey," hi and taani wo sab...blah blah blah.." he went on about some work and taani patiently made note of everything that he was saying and discussed with him smiling ," so all done! Morning ke saaare competitions hogaye hain and ab evening tak kuch zyaada nahin...umm. tumne lunch kiya?" his voice held genuine concern.

"mujhe bhook nahin hain"

" kyun, nothing doing ..ab Chalo, gimme a minute" and walked towards another group patting her on the shoulder. It took all of reys control not to hit the guys hand off..instead he quipped,

" agar itna dinner karogi tho bhook kaise lagegi?"

"aap mere dinner ke peeche kyun pade ho?"

"tum pehle tho itna nahin khaathi thi"

"rey! Mujhe jitna khaana hain main utna khaaoongi" and picking up another bag ," agar aapki dance ke liye kuch chahiye tho bolo warna mujhe aur bhi kaam hain," she turned to go," waise bhi main surprised hoon ki aapko yaad hain mere khaane ke baare mein" she taunted.

Before he could reply, the guy came , gesturing her to follow him went away talking over his phone.

"itna concern?" rey s voice held all the sarcasm that it shouldn't have had. Taani turned to him now understanding the meaning, not bothering to hide her annoyance at the comment,"GS hain, unka duty hain" she replied

"GS ke duties main bhi jaantha hoon. itna concern tho sab ke liye nahin dikhtha " rey knew he was overreacting but something was edging him on, he wanted her to fight with him. unluckily for him , one of the guys screamed - cmon XX ne kahaan hain ki lunch college ki taraf se , so all of you volunteers , quick to the canteen.

Taani looked at rey , rey wanted to curse the guy.
