Part 12:
After a tiring journey they reached the hotel. The bellhop escorted them to their room. It was around four in evening.
"Have a pleasant stay madam and sir." He wished them and left after placing their luggage inside. It was a luxury suite decorate wonderfully for a newly wed couple. Kriya and Rey were quite impressed with the way the room was decorated. The ceilings were mirrored. Orchids and roses were used along with various fragnances spread across the room. Different types of candles and lanterns were placed in the corners.
The aura of the room was perfect for a romantic deeply in love couple. Admiring the beauty of the room they wandered across the room checking it out. Kriya entered the balcony and was mesemerised with the view it offered. The whole view of Rome could be seen through it since their room was situated on the top floor.
Following her steps Rey reached there. Even he was astonished on seeing it.
"It's so nice." He said.
"More than nice...It's beautiful." Kriya said.
Kriya's hand was placed on the railing. Rey accidentally placed his hand over hers. Both of them looked at each other. They shared a very short eye lock.
"Umm...let's freshen up and then stroll around the hotel." Rey suggested.
"Yeahh..."
Kriya and Rey were heeding out to stroll across the hotel. They passed through the garden admiring its beauty.
"Wow, it has so many rare flowers." Kriya exclaimed.
"Which one do you like?" He asked.
"Um, that pink one."
Taking a closer look at the board in front of the flower plant they came to know its name. It was 'Middlemist Red' flower a species of 'Middlemist Camellia'. It's one of the rarest flowers almost equal to being extint.
"You want that?" Rey asked to which Kriya nodded a yes. Making sure that no one was noticing them, Rey plucked the flower and handed it to Kriya.
"Thank you." Kriya said happily.
Rey took the flower from her hand and placed it behind her ear. Kriya was confused as to why he did that. She looked at him confused expression.
"Uh, you look nice like this...so..." he tried to reason and moved ahead. He himself wondered why did that. Kriya liked his gesture and moved ahead along with him.
The explored the rest of the hotel. There was a pool and the backside of it. Beside it was the adventure place which contained lots of miniature adventures. It was around 8 in the night and they were feeling hungry. So both of them proceeded towards the restuarant. As they entered inside, a waiter asked their names.
"Mr and Mrs. Singhnaiya." Rey replief.
The ordered the starters and drinks. They were talking casually trying to know more about each other. They found that their tastes were almost similar. Their conversation was broken due to the manager of the restaurant. He was annoucing something.
"Ladies and Gentleman, since it is saturday night let's start our famous show 'Dance and Dine'. We've collected the names of all the couples and now we'll randomly pick each couple. All you have to do is perform an impromptu dance." The manager explained in his Italian English accent.
Two performances had completed. It was the chance for the third couple. The manager randomly picked another chit.
"Please welcome on the floor Mr and Mrs.Singhaniya." The manager announced.
Kriya and Rey were shocked on hearing their names. Having no other option, the proceeded towards the dance floor. The music started playing which was apt for salsa. Taking a deep breath they started swaying according to the tune. They were surprised on realzing that the other was an extremely well dancer. Their moves were in perfect syncronization. And the chemistry they created was just magical.
Once they ended, everyone applauded for them.
"Wow that was an amazing performance." The host praised them.
"You are an awesome dancer." Rey said.
"Even you are a wonderful dancer."
"Another addition to our list of similarities." Rey said and both of them laughed at it.
"I guess we'd make a good dancing pair apart from being good friends." Kriya said.
The rest of the evening they spent getting to know more about each other and enjoying each other's company.
