what arnav did was because she didn't want to scare her as he knows how his dear wife would react in these cases... and khushi? she's threatened to say anything to him... and obviously to her the most precious thing is his life. and if 'not telling arnav' about it prevent him from this risk then obviously she wouldn't tell him... it's not lack of 'trust' , i think...
