Read the first part. I hope Khushi will be able to show the papers to Arnav this time. Last time in IPKKND, when Khushi decided to show the papers to Arnav, Shyam was already sitting in Arnva's chair in Arnav's office and blackmailed her again. I was so disappointed then.

Mami made Khushi wear the gold bangles. I am sure Arnav will taunt her as a gold-digger once again.

Looking at the title of this story, looks like Khushi will be in trouble or kidnapped in this story. And Arnav is going to save her. Waiting for next part...

Lovely choice of scene to start your new story... and thank you for giving Khushi the sense to doubt that slimeball, Shyam, and his motives for interesting himself in Arnav's business and properties rather than foolishly doing as he says and opening herself up to more suspicions. Loved how she rationally sifts through the options before her before choosing the hard task of putting everything before Arnav rather than tricking him into signing the papers. Her acceptance that he would, in all likelihood, disbelieve her and that she has nothing more to lose anyway is heart-rending to see. She is desperate to speak to Arnav and disinterested in the jewellery displayed for her. Her only concern is her Arnavji's wellbeing, which she knows is in danger from Shyam. Wonder if her accepting those heavy gold bangles chosen by Mami will be misconstrued by Arnav... hope he'll at least hear her out rather than leave her standing alone, in tears [as in the show].

Shyam's fear and worry about his plans being foiled thanks to Khushi's suspicions is nice to see. Just loved how Anjali stops him from going after Khushi, and possibly harming her in his attempt to relieve her of that piece of evidence of his guilt. That Anjali's cloying voice has an underlying note of steel is a nice touch. Hope this respite will give Khushi ample time to reveal the contents of the file to Arnav.

Arnav's conflicted emotions are a treat to watch... he has noticed how quiet and shattered Khushi is and this has given rise to doubts in his mind. The loneliness implied in the image of Khushi confiding in the goat is heart-breaking. Thank you for making her sad and broken, because the chirpy Khushi depicted in the show was difficult to digest. Arnav missing the fiery girl who didn't hesitate to stand toe to toe to him is a nice moment. Wish he would put that image of Shyam and Khushi together on the terrace on the backburner for the time being and let his heart rule his mind!

The title seems to suggest that Arnav would believe Khushi's version of events if shown the file and then together they might work to free Khushi, but nasty surprises do lurk behind corners!

Loved the new VM on your blog, Smita... hot, as you say!
