Its a bit touchy update dr.

Wow Arjun got so busy with Aliya that he forgot about Riya's check up.

Awww Riya tried to behave indifferently with him as she was hurt.

Arjun listed the convo btwn Riya n her taai n realised that he somehow ignored her unintentionally.
