Hi guys, sorry I took so long to update. I am finally feeling a little better. For those of you that did not know, I was in and out of the hospital for tumor biopsies last couple of weeks. I am still waiting for the results of the bioposies but I am defintely feeling much better. I am on break now from school too so I finally had a chance to write the update after all these surgeries and school work delaying me. Thank you guys for all your wises. Enjoy😊

Chapter 17

Manvi woke up cuddled into Virat's arms, she turned around to see his face buried into her neck taking in her scent with a smile playing on his face. She smiled and ruffled his hair and slowly got up. "Phir se chod ke ja rehe ho, maat jau na, I am really sorry?" he said holding her closer. "I missed you yesterday when I came home, why did you leave, I thought I would never see you again?," he finally asked still holding her tight. He had a sadness that lurked behind his voice and she knew how much she had hurt him now. "Vvvirat I am sorry, it's just you yelled at me, kitna bura laga mujhe and you didn't even talk to me. All I wanted to do was make you happy and you just yelled and yelled at me," she finally confessed hugging him. Virat sighed, "I am so sorry Manvi, please ab maaf kardo?" Manvi smiled, "this is not fair, I love you so much that I can't even stay mad at you?" she said frustrated that her heart melted so soon. Virat smiled, "that's because my heart is with you baby, how can my own heart stay mad at me?" he asked pecking her cheeks. "Thik hai, drama band karo, go take a shower," she said pushing him off the bed. Virat had picked her up and was headed straight to the shower. "VIRAT put me down this is not fair," she said fearing his intentions. He placed her in the shower and smirked turning on the water. Her clothes were soaked now and she was breathing hard seeing her husband take off his shirt as he came closer to her. In no time all their soaked clothes were on the floor and they were joined together as one just moaning in pleasure. Virat was on the floor of the shower on top of Manvi tired and completely spent, "I missed you baby, I am so sorry. I promise I won't do it again," he said beginning his kisses all over her face again. Manvi blushed and pushed him off, "I missed you too Virat but I am going to be so late today," she said turning the water back on as she took her shower. He smiled and pulled back, "thik hai not now toh we will continue this tonight meri pyari biwi," he said finishing his shower and leaving Manvi to hers. She walked out wearing a pink and silver saree and Virat just gasped at her. He pulled her close and smirked, "raat ka kam abhi karle, I swear to god you have to be trying to seduce me?" he asked as she just pecked his cheek. "abhi this will have to do, rest will be for tonight meri shamless pati," she said giggling as she left the room. She stopped in her tracks as she saw Virkam ji coming towards her. She didn't know him but she had seen his picture in the albums at the Vadhera house. She shivered as he cupped her face and looked up to see him sniffling. "Mmmanvi right?" he barely asked. She nodded her head and he just hugged her tight, "I am so sorry beta, first for making Virat go through so much pain and second for giving Karan my traits. Please maaf kardo. I am so ashamed of what happened," he said caressing her hair as his hand came down to her stomach. "Hi baby, mein tumhari dadu hoon," he said before Manvi abruptly removed his hands crying. "aap ki bete ki vaja se meri baby nahi rahe, aap ki vaja se meri pati itne dukh mein hai, my child is nothing to you, NOTHING, AUR DADU TOH AAP TAB BANOGI JAB BACHA HOGA, HE HAD ME ABORT MY CHILD!," she screamed as Virat ran out to see what happened. He saw Manvi broken on the floor crying and closed his eyes as he heard her finally speak, "mera baacha," she said feeling around her stomach. It has been a month and a half and she still could not get over the fact. Virat hugged her tight, "Manvi, sshhh, Manvi he wants to help, he owns a rapist institution where they help rapsits become better people, I should have told you earlier I am sorry I just got distracted with...you know," he blushed remembering their moments in the morning and pulled her closer. "You know I did deliver a couple doses of gifts this morning, I am sure one of them will give you what you wanted," he said making her blush. She wiped her tears and walked up to Vikram, "Namaste uncle, sorry, its just," Vikram smiled and hugged her tight refusing to let her finish her explanation. "Beta, I am just happy Virat is with you, hamesha kush rehena," he said patting both Virat and Manvi's faces as he hugged both of them. Manvi stared at him when he took out two chudi's. "Manvi, I had made these because I really wanted a daughter when Swamini was pregnant with Karan. I don't know why but I feel like these are destined to be yours. Virat ki dulhan meri wese bhi beti ki samaan hi hai, yeh rakhlo," he said placing them on her hands. She smiled and stopped him. "yeh sirf ek chudi meri hai, uncle Karan will also get a nice wife too. I have full faith in your program, he will become a better person. When he gets married yeh uski biwi ko dena," she said handing one back to him. He smiled at her understanding and kissed her forhead, "uski biwi bhi bilkul tumhari jaise ho," he said patting her face. Virat clenched his fist, "USKI JAISE, PAR I AM SORRY UNCLE, MANVI AAP KI BAHU NAHI BAN SAKTI," he said still remembering Swamini's hard words to him about Manvi belonging to Karan. Vikram shook his head, "nahi, Manvi toh already meri bahu hai, Virat you are no less than my own son, sachai hum dono jante hai, I know I will never be the dad that bhaiya was but I want to repent," he said guilty. Virat nodded his head and just asked him to continue to breakfast and drop the topic.

It was a weeks later and Manvi walked in to see Virat just cyring with Vanshika Ma and his Dad's picture. Her heart was literally bleeding seeing his state. She walked over and held his shoulder when he got up and wiped his tears, "woh bas, its just," Manvi shook her head hugged him, "Virat, shh, chup,its ok I understand," she said hugging him tight. Viren walked in and just closed his eyes when he saw Vanshika and his dad's picture. Manvi can I talk to Virat please he asked not wanting to disturb the couple but also not able to bear his brothers state. Jeevika walked in holding his hand and smiled at Virat. Manvi was about to get up when Virat held her hand ,"wwhere are you going, please don't leave me like they left," he asked. Manvi just looked at Viren and he signaled her to sit down. "Virat, chote, listen to me, tuje papa aur mom ki yaad aaaya na, Virat you always have your dad and you will never lose him, yehi toh hoon mein he said smiling as he held out his hands to hug his brother. Virat finally hugged him tight and started crying harder. "I miss them bhai, I miss them so much," he finally confessed as tears began streaming down his face. Viren looked and Jeevika and Manvi and signaled them to leave so he could talk to him alone. "Virat, listen to me, you can't break down like this, I need you to be strong, for Manvi please. We need to file the case so that Vikram uncle gets custody of Karan. I have a feeling Bua will be very upset but I don't want to send Karan to jail, Vikram uncle is right, Karan will benefit more from his program. Virat you don't ever have to feel like you are alone, mein hoon na. I have and always will be with you ok. Ab rona baand kar," he said wiping his tears. Virat smiled and looked around, "sorry bhai, I just got so emotional he said finally calming down, aap ko toh pata hai na today is the day that they," he just looked down and wasn't able to say much more. Viren'e eyes filled with tears but the tears were not of sorrow, they were anger, "Virat I promise, whenever I find whoever was responsible for that accident, I will not let them ever live in peace, vahda hai yeh mera," he said firmly as he wiped his own tears. Virat finally smiled and nodded his head.
