I read this update few days back, and didn't comment yet, as I am not getting words. I am already in loss of words...😔...last chapter of AAA... the only string which kept us connected..😔...Now, I wont be able to say Update soon...or waiting for a new update..😔

Beautiful update...it gave me the effect of epilogue.. 😊... I am thankful to Lazyleaves for recommending your work and I must say, you are a fabulous writer..😉

Will be waiting for the time when you will be back...and you had told me that you will let me know first when you decide to write..😊

I am a bad, BAD girl, and I know that. I have been plagued with guilt for not having commented on your stories that I had read, postponing it because I wanted to write something long. And then when I finally sat down to write it, I came to know that you've removed all your stories. I just saw your note, and I am with you. It's your choice after all, and even if I wish you would write again, I won't ask you because I know you might just come back with a bang when you've the inspiration to do so.

Nevertheless, it does not absolve me for my utter laziness. I'll try to make up for it in time. :)

'An Apate Affair' - just the title is so intriguing to set anyone on to reading it. And the fact that this is your tribute to the show we all fell in love with is a cherry on top! Not everyone has the ability to incorporate everything IPK in their work, and you did it so effortlessly! ⭐️👏 Reading through the 21 chapters made me happy and sad at the same time' it was like walking down the memory lane. 😊 Thank you so much for this wonderful story. :)

So many people made banners for this story - it is enough to tell how much this is loved. Aapka ghamand bhi jayaz hai ab toh. :)

The way you took all the small small things about the show and put them in a comical scene was mast! What I liked the most was how you portrayed Anjali - the love for her brother, her meddling nature, the kind and devout woman - I loved all of her! And the love-struck Shyam was a cherry on top. 😃

Arnav and Khushi... uff! What do I say now? From two complete strangers to a couple hopelessly in love, the journey was terrific and very unpredictable. The points where I thought you would give a certain direction to the story, you took it a completely different one, not that I am complaining. Especially the part where they both quarrel and Arnav says who wants to marry Khushi anyway, I thought there would be a tiff and Arnav will try to woo her back, but then BAM! The marriage was still definitely on! Ladai ladai mei bhi shaadi na ruke! 😆

I loved the crazy Khushi trying to bend Arnav to confess and his unrelenting nature. He confessed it first to none other than Buaji! Quite a favourable case of role-reversal! 😆

You said I love you!
I did not!

That was the most epic and fun part of this story. And the way they finally confessed it to each other!! Haaaye!!! It left me all gooey and mushy!! I want Arnav Singh Raizada for me yaar! The search is definitely on.😆

Payal and Akash were a surprise package! Their stealing moments and their wedding! I loved the way you portrayed the relationship between the two sisters. It was just so happy. :) The way they teased each other, looked out for each other, forgave each other, and being there for each other... I loved all of it!! Siblings are gems to be treasured forever! :)

I don't know why but I have always wanted to see Arnav and Khushi have a daughter. Girls are special, and it would have been a treat to see Arnav caring for the two most special ladies of his life. But the fact that you made them have twins to pacify both of them was a bonus! 😆 Pink! Blue! Yellow! 😃😳

I once created a rather pathetic poem, rather a stanza, on yellow. Here it goes -

Yellow, yellow, dirty fellow
Did I say hello?

Ignore the above bakwaas. 😆

Chapter 16

Khushi sexy thi, Khushi sexy hai, Khushi sexy hi rahegi!

Now this was what I was waiting for. The sexy challenge 😎

So Khushi didn't lose heart when he declared that she was not sexy & she even talked to him on phone 😲 That's news! A girl whose fiance rated her too low on the SQ happily had a midnight chat with him. Unbelievable!

Arnav was being really mean to Khushi 😒

Pehle toh he told her that she's not sexy.

Phir he didn't dance with her.

Phir he sent NK as his replacement (though his plan backfired. In your face Raizada!)

Phir he chose that not-so-sexy outfit for Khushi.

Phir he refused to accept defeat even though his heart was screaming 'Sexy. Sexy. Sexy' after seeing Khushi in that outfit.

Ek sexy ladki ko jeevan mein kya kya sehna padta hai. Uff! 😆

Though I was a little disappointed with Arnav but at the end of the day I love him dammit! 😳

He melted at the sight of Khushi's tears. Called her sexy. Danced with her. And did all inappropriate things to her in front of their families. Aye hayye!

I love Aakash. Bas.

NK and Lavanya are made for each other. Double bas!

Chapter 17

ARNAV! You idiot!

Khushi occupies your thoughts, encourages tender emotions in your heart, you want to claim her body and soul, you can't see her tears, you almost die if something happens to her, you touch and kiss her all the time, you feel warm and fuzzy when she dances on a song composed on you, you dance with her, you make out with her, you are still not breaking up with her...and then you ask where did love come from amidst all this?

You fool! This is love. Yehi pyaar hai. You ullu ke patthe!

*takes a deep breath*

And Khushi, you? You are dumber than Arnav. You want him to confess that he loves you but when Payal told you that you love him too, you actually had the nerve to question yourself about it? Pagal!

*takes a deep breath again* *Phew*

Hayye! I loved the Haldi scenes. They finally resolved their issues and Khushi spilled the beans about Sangeet. I knew Arnav will throw a few What the's and then forget about it. But I'm still trying to absorb the fact that Arnav actually said these words- 'Agar itna sochenge toh samajh jaayenge ki hum kahhan honge'

Really Arnav? Dude, you need to learn a lot of things about your family. Your family is a dimwit. They won't be able to guess your whereabouts even if they rack their brains for thousand years. No kidding buddy but this is the truth of their lives *sob sob* 😆

And Payal is one the best sisters on this planet. For Payal- 🤗

So sorry for the late comment, just read the last update (busy because of Ramadan)

Wow that was a perfect end to this phenomenal and mind blowing story.

The update was amazing and simply fantastic,

Loved the update, definitely a brilliant read.

Your remembrance part was superb, loved it.

Thank you so much for writing this story, each update has been a wonderful read and written exceptionally well.

Your last story on this forum, will definitely be remembered as you being a outstanding writer.

Coming to your note, so sad and such a shame you are not going to be writing anymore, your talent and writing has always left me in awe, so beautiful.
