This is one of the best short stories on ArHi that I have read. I enjoyed reading every bit of it. Thank you.

The end made me feel Awww...!!!

Oh wow this was superb! All of the 6 parts were amazingly written and I loved the ending

Oh dear! How...i mean how on earth could i miss such a brilliant piece of work!??

It was awesome! The way u portrayed their varying emotions with such finess...it littery took my breadth away! I swear!

And the episodes which u decided to write in the beginning were awesome! And i m suppper duper glad that u decided to give your own sweet but drastic turn to the story!

The end was awesome ! It was fantastic! Just gr8!

This is the first time i have read a story from first person point of view and i must say i am totally awed and floored after reading it. I happened to know about this story through the Newsletter and i read your one shots thinking that this is a sequel of sorts ...


Now to the story :

Both the one shots were too poignant highlighting their point of views justifiably. As u had mentioned, one must try to live and approach life like Khushi with respect and hope even after suffering humiliation and that too from the loved ones. I admire her indomitable spirit and the zeal to live.

I think this SS handled the sensitive issue of hate marriage and exposing the truth of Shyam very maturely unlike the show and u have given a proper closure by covering all the characters without any loops and giving each one a better role and a happy ending. What i liked the most is that u have used many scenes from the show and narrated their point of views and feelings through it and u have stuck with the person's original characteristics and thereby making the readers feel it as if all these happen in reality.

Their inner turmoils, insecurities , care , concern and unspoken love have been described wonderfully and making us empathize with their plight. The "Garima House" scenes were truly enjoyable than the show especially the times when garima woke him up and he addressed her as Amma and spending time with Khushi's babuji and assuring him that he will protect his little doll and take good care of her. As in the show , their spending time with each other at Khushi's place had enabled them to understand each one better and take baby steps in taking their relationship ahead. The unravelling of Shyam's truth and the aftermath followed by his heartfelt confession and regret and her assurance of being at his side and making him a better person are some of the classy moments. I loved your take on ignoring the suicide track and exposing the truth of Arnav's deeds towards Khushi and their contract marriage to both the families which the show failed to do.

So atlast his anger management has been dealt and in turn he is been afraid of others and has turned into a roadside romeo along with being filmy !!!!! I think Sanka Devi's sanak has taken a toll on her Laad Governor too and made him a Sanak Dev !!!! A beautiful ending with them becoming parents and him accepting that there is some one above us who writes our destiny and ASR is also one among them who only with the help of Devi meiyya is writing his destiny as pointed out by Khushi in the temple scene . Or may be a thank u gesture for giving him such a colourful angel in his colourless dull life ??😳😛
