BBC headline: it stated the bad weather warning by the pacific ocean.. And one plane was stuck in the middle.. Of course it was viren's plane..
Jeevika's heart sank reading the headline.. She dialed the airlines n try to connect with them about te flight.. They said pilot was trying his level best to return back..they will come back or not no guarantee... It was a cyclone warning, So they couldn't give a surety of saving te lives.. miracle can happen if prayers r strong enough...
Where prayers n mantras were echoing vadhera mansion for viren's safety return, there in L.A hospital, Damon was digging the grave n going deep inside the case.. Resulting a frustrating n tension filled atmosphere for Raj..
Each time Damon finds a clue to save virat, it gets against him..And supports the accusation stronger...
Raj gave up all the hopes... He was waiting for Viren's return but there was no news from him too..

Jeremy woke up lazily, looked the other side but didn't found Krist there, so he got up and freshen up. Head toward downstairs.. He found her sitting on the balcony chair, sipping green tea, enjoying the frontier view.. The sun shine
Jer- good morning baby doll.. He bent down n try to kiss her but she halt him right away..
Krist- not falling into ur trap once again.. I don't repeat my mistake twice.
Jer- ouch don't hurt this innocent heart.. U were really good last night.. Way better then last time.. More passionate n energetic.. I like the wilderness in u.. U made me feel so tired.. But it was a pleasure treat..

Damon- hello Mr. Vadhera, I'm Damon Salvatore, ur defense lawyer

D- oh really? Then Y were u locked up in jail n fainted inside the cell? Any particular reason? I'm sure an innocent person don't go thru those experiences that u had.
V- his eyes got red.. Look Damon this is a fake accusation.. I didn't do anything.. Manvi is lying... She is a bitch...
"oh really ?? then u weren't inside the garage that night right?" a strange voice came across the cabin door. Everyone looked back n there they saw the venoms smirking n entering his cabin

Klaus- hello everyone, myself Klaus.. Manvi's Prosecutor..
Raj was sweating.. He knew Damon already got enough proof for virat and on top of that the real prosecutor is here... Now how will this work??
Kl- u didn't answer me Virat.. Were u inside that garage with manvi that day??
Virat- looked at everyone.. Damon was eagerly waiting for his answer.. Although he had enough proof to send him jail but he had a little Hope that Virat was innocent.. Raj also crossed his fingers.. Praying to god that let this case be a fisco case...Lisa was hoping the same too.
But nothing was like that.. Virat's answer was "yes"

V- crumbled his fingers into a tight fist and answered Klaus in loud voice "Yes, I was inside the garage with manvi" he lowered his eyes..
Damon's face turned shot red, he was gritting his teeths.. He so wanted to punch Virat n break his nose... Raj was shock to te core, his lips formed into a O shape.. He became speechless, dumb folded actually.. All this time he was fighting for him n all the effort for saving him got ruined.. The man himself accepted his fault that He was guilty n raj was hating the fact that Virat was his best friend... Lisa reacted with a "What.." Thn went numb
Kl- appreciated this honesty ...Thank u.. Works for me.. He turn to Damon n said "it's been a long time, since I have fought with u.. Prepare urself to accept the honor of " best advocate of 21st century was defeated by the super talented advocate, Kalus, before the case reach to jury trail session" he gave a evil laugh, Jeremy smirked n said "U do wrong.. U pay the price" I think I heard this before.. Didnt I?
V- looked at Jeremy with vicious glare.

V- his blood reach to his brain.. He will accept all the charges against him but won't hear a word against his family.. Specially his bhai.. "don't u dare to say a word against my brother..." he shot back at him, tried to get up but his back shoulder was hurting.. He flinched in pain...
Kl- ooo.. I'm scared.. Don't ever threaten me okey...u don't know how bad ass lawyer I'm.. I will add more charges against u n will make u suffer inside the bar till u last breath.. Got that? Am I right? Or am I right Mr. Salvatore??
Damon- he have never felt so helpless before... All the insults he was baring from this crooked lawyer,Klaus, was just cuz of This Virat... His pride n ego were crushing... 15 years of record breaking winer becaming a loser... On top of that the case didn't even reach the courtroom.. How pathetic defeat is that??? So... u can imagine how mad was this Damon Salvatore...

Damon- his anger was reaching its peak.. He wanted to strangle virat right away...

He was repeating the sentence againnn again.. Finally Virat spiltthe bean n said it "Manvi did"
Kl- phewww manvi did... Good.. But why did she do that Mr. Vadhera?? I'm sure she is not a monster nor a vampire who will bite n eat ur flesh...

Damon- grabbed a scissors n hold it tight attempting to stab Virat...today he failed miserably.. For the first time he took this case from his heart instead of his brain.. N now he was proved wrong... Defeat never existed in his dictionary but now its yeh Main word of his life...
Kl- "because I stopped her from escaping .." he repeated virat's word making Damon go more furious on each word...

V- didn't move nor looked at her..
Krist- got up from the stool n sat beside him on the bed... She decreased the distance between them...
