NK too finds it odd that Shyam turning up at Circle-R so often! And NK's pertinent does it have anything to do with Anjali or Khushi makes Arnav wonder is everything so obvioys. Things do have a way getting around!
Arnav sells cattle at the right price whereas Shyam skips it and goes in the easy way to keep himself close to Anjali when Arnav is away! Is Shyam after the family holding Circle-R and Box-Lighting other than lusting Anjali?
Anjali and Khushi are on the same side as far as their siblings are concerned! Akash's continuous attraction to go to Box-Lightning is the butt of their joke.
Arnav has instructed for Khushi's safety and the stable hand Rusty in charge? Well after all, she is his shi'aad.
Well, Ela seems to be a good friend. Egging Akash all the way.
So Shyam hasn't met Khushi and doesn't know her yet. But this line is quite omnious.
They'd learnt their lesson, though, he thought with a grim smile. They wouldn't be doing anything to anybody close to Miss Anjali in the near future. Not unless he said so...

So at the end of the day Arnav gets relaxed with his memories of Khushi at wigwam.
