The opening paragraphs were blissful. Arnav, somewhere expected Khushi to confess that she reciprocated his feelings. A few chapters ago, he was afraid to think that what if Khushi reciprocated his feelings. Now, like any quintessential Lover, he wished it, too. Great!
Khushi was surrounded by "over-courteous 'men' " like dogs encircling their feast.. And Arnav got enraged, while very conveniently forgetting that he also did something of that sort in the Past..
Arnav's efforts to make Rohan see sense i.e. make him see that how random guys were ogling at his Bachchi, were great. But he failed to notice the fact that, as Payal and his Di were married, they were
off-limits to the 'men'.
Rohan's line, where he talked about the significance of sindoor and Mangalsutra, I felt that it was very much necessary..
I suppose, Arnav understood that how the signs of a married woman makes them out of bounds to ogling 'men'.. And then he might understand that marrying Khushi is the best possible solution to ward off any unneccessary and unabashed attention from 'men'.
I felt that this was a very crucial chapter , for Arnav.. He can't move on from the memories of his Past and the deeply ingrained idea that he might break his Promises.. On the other hand, every other person present were busy thinking about Khushi's marriage.
He is just going through a turmoil.
The demons of his Past do not let him move forward.
Anjali. What's wrong with her? She wants to go to that place which holds bad memories.. I've nothing to say about her.. She always spells Trouble.
The Kaleere had to fall on Khushi. Hehe!
