And the suspense part is that it is going to be based on cricket! That does not mean there will not be any love in it, but cricket is going to play an important role in the development of the story.
Another important part is that , this is only going to be based on Virman and no Virika will be there, sorry to Virikians, but if I get good response for this story, I will surely write one on them soon.
Now onto the story :) Please forgive my mistakes and typos.

The bat held tight in the muscular arms hit the ball hard. It flew past the boundaries and into the gallery. The crowd stood up and cheered for their only star Virat Vadhera.
Being the handsome hunk of Delhi Ranji trophy cricket team, each and every girl died for him. But the one who was lucky to get him was Misha Malhotra.
As always she was there for the match, cheering for his each and every move. She ran into the ground to congratulate him for his "Just- achieved milestone"! He had completed 1000 runs, in regional cricket in just 6 tests, becoming the fastest and the youngest one to achieve it.She has become the encouragement and strength for him.
But there was one who always fumed in jealousy and anger, when they both were together.
It was none other than Virat's friend cum reporter cum photographer, Manvi Chaudary. She had a secret crush on Virat since ages. She knew him better than anyone else and he knew her better than anyone else. But he had never imagined their relationship to be bigger than friendship.
She was a journalist and now the reporter of the sports newspaper, "Run and Run". She was appointed in the cricket section and that is why, she was there in the stadium on every Ranji-Trophy match. She enjoyed cricket and loved analysing on issues based on cricket. She was the one who told Virat that he will have a huge future in the field of cricket. Following her advice didn't disappoint him. There were only achievements in his carrier and no flops. Each and every fan of his knew that Virat was going to become the star of Indian Cricket!
Manvi was running fast to the ground to click some snaps of Virat. She and Misha reached Virat together. When she was about to extend her hand towards Virat to congratulate him, Misha hugged him.
She didn't like it. Whenever she has looked into Misha's eyes , she always saw fake love. She has always wondered if she was the only one who has noticed it.
Virat loved her like his life. But it seemed to be impossible for Manvi to accept the fact that they were lovers. Does occassional hugs and kisses prove that its true love? She never thought so. True LOVE had a special meaning in her mind and she could never agree that Virat's and Misha's was true love. There was something hidden behind the smiling face of Misha which no one except Manvi has noticed. Virat was like blind for her!
