Part 11A:

Smiles which were alien to him were becoming a frequent happening when she was around...or rather when she talked such nonsense! well nonsense also sounded funny when it came from her!

Arjun: [instantly snapping out] teek hai...tum jaakhe le lo...main yahi hoom...phir ghar drop karunga...

Sakshi: nahi nahi usski zaroorat nahi hai...main chali jaavungi...

Arjun: tum boli baali abla naari kaise akele jaavogi??

Sakshi scratches her head as she was trapped in her own words while he added.."Ab jaao aur jaldi waapas aavo...tumhe yahaan beech raaste pe chodhke jaane ka risk main nahi lena chahtha...Samjhi ya samjhaavum?"

Sakshi nodded and got off while he parked the car towards the side in the parking lot of the store and waited for her!

He saw her walk away into the apparel store and then his mind slowly wandered back to the past...

Now when he looked back, he wasn't able to hate her so much as he did at that time...perhaps having known the other side of her now had helped him change his opinion about her...

Now that he knew her good side, he could never get himself to hate her! She wasn't that bad after all!

In the past, he had seen her through Roshni's eyes...he had known and formed an image of her from Roshni's words...He had detested her due to that image which was obviously not so good!

He had so far had an image of a girl who would do anything to snatch him away from his love! He thought that by hook or crook, she just wished to separate him and Roshni!

But this Sakshi whom he knew now seemed so distant from all that...

She was completely a changed person now...perhaps time and her experiences had transformed her...but to what extent? Well he wasn't sure...Could he trust her now? Perhaps, yes...

Now looking back, he could only name all her deeds back then as sheer childishness and an act of complete immaturity!

His thoughts snapped abruptly when a speeding jeep came to a screeching halt right before the store into which Sakshi had disappeared...He felt that there was something completely wrong about the whole scene...

No it wasn't just a feeling...something was definitely wrong...He was quick to react...he jumped out of the SUV and took his gun out...

He realized that his intuitions were right when he saw a gun pointing out of the jeep...the guy's face wasn't clear...it was hidden from him...He looked at the aim where the gun was pointing to...The guy seemed to be waiting for someone to step out of the store...

"Sakshi" his lips muttered mindlessly...yes they were waiting for her to step out...

He mentally made a note of the number of people in the jeep...they were just 2 of them...the gun man and the driver were the only people in it...and it was absolutely doable for him!

He didn't think twice...He aimed at the hand that held the gun...

In a quick action, he shot the hand and sprinted towards the entrance of the store...The gun fell off to the ground from the guy's hands...

Before the man could even realize what happened and revive back, Arjun was inside the shop...

Arjun knew that there were only two of them in the jeep but he wasn't sure if there were more from the same gang around the place...may be there were more and could be hiding!...so he had to be alert...

He couldn't risk anybody's life...Once inside the shop, he closed down the shutter instantly...

He alerted everyone "ETF...everybody stay where ever you are!...Don't panic!"

There were hushes from all sides about "WHAT THE HELL!" "HUMEIN BAAHAR JAANA HAI", "WHATS THE PROBLEM?" etc etc

He looked at the security guard "jab tak police na aa jaaye kisi keliye bhi uss shutter ko kholna matth..."

Arjun rang up the ETF and called for the backup to bring things under control...

Once done with that, he scanned around to check where Sakshi was..."SAKSHI..." he called out loudly...

Hearing no response from her, he walked into the store and heard a humming of "kuch na kaho" song from the trial room...That could only be her... He instantly realized that she was inside that room!

He wondered, "How crazy can this girl get! Itna badaa hungaama ho raha hai aur yeh ladki yahaan aaraam se gaana gaa rahi hai!"

Arjun banged on the door, "SAKSHI...nikhlo baahar...jaldi!"

Sakshi let a sigh of anger..."offo ARJUN! aap yahaan??? Isiliye aapko jaane keliye kahaa tha...i know you are impatient and cant wait till I finish shopping!"

Arjun: [furiously] Sakshi...get out right now!

Sakshi: [rolling her eyes] ARJUN, I am changing...aise kaise baahar aa jaavum??

Arjun snorted angrily...controlling his fumes, he realized that she was obviously right..."OKAY...jaldi kapde peheno aur baahar aa jaavo...we have a problem!"

Sakshi: Problem?? [then adds casually] Haan woh toh humesha hai...whats so new today?

Arjun: [flaring up] Sakshi, I am not in a mood to hear your silly comments...koyi tumhe maarne keliye baahar kadhaa hai...So stop your nonsense right now and get out!

Sakshi gets out in less than a minute in a new dress looking so pretty and casually replies..."yeh baat pehle bathaa diya hota na? Itna sunaane ki zaroorat hi nahi padtha!"

He had just told her about an attempt to kill her and she was acting so cool and casual as if it wasn't a murder attempt but somebody was there outside waiting to take her for a film!

Arjun wonders from which planet, had this crazy specimen come from...Without wasting a second more nor waiting to reply to her, he grabs her wrist and rushes out of that place...

He enquires at the counter, "yahaan ka emergency exit kis taraf hai?"

The sales person replies to his query...

Arjun warns him before leaving, "police force bas paanch minute mein paunchega...usske baadh hi shutter open karna...ok?

Saying that, Arjun sprints to the direction of the emergency exit tugging Sakshi along...

She keeps protesting, "Arjun, mere dresses...mujhe woh lena hai...usse bhi lekhar chalthe hai na...plzz"

When she keeps pulling him back, he pins her to a side corner...

Glaring into her eyes, he gestures to keep quiet..."Chup bilkul chup...not a word more Sakshi!"

But Sakshi manages to just voice, "lekin mere kapde..."

Arjun doesn't reply but just pulls her along...On the way, his other hand pick some random clothes effortlessly and thrusts them into her hands..."yeh lo..."

Sakshi, while on the run, keeps looking at the dresses he had given her and keeps ranting on the various dresses he picked, "yeh sab main nahi pehen sakthi..aur yeh mere size ke bhi nahi hai...

But he didn't utter a word back till they were at the exit door...He made her stand hidden towards the side of the door while he cautiously broke the glass of the emergency lever...Pushing it, he opened the door slowly...

Making sure that there was no one around outside that door, he dragged Sakshi and sprinted to the parking lot...He ducked up and down and keenly observing the activities all around, he reached the SUV along with her...He looked at the direction where the jeep stood earlier...It seemed to have disappeared now...

He shoved her into the passenger seat, and he got to the steering as quickly as possible...

He quickly called Aisha and informed, "Aisha, koyi sawaal matth poochna...but just hear me out...don't open the door to any stranger...Aur haan Sakshi aaj ghar nahi aayegi..yeah don't worry, she is with me...You just take care ok?"

Aisha was confused by this sudden turn of events...what was happening? She wondered but she knew that Arjun wouldn't instruct her all these without a valid reason...So she just nodded, "Yes sir"

Arjun knew that it was possible that whoever behind this sudden attack also knew that Sakshi stayed with Aisha...So their next destination could be Aisha's home!

He also messaged Rathod about it and made sure he went to Aisha's place as soon as possible...

He steered the SUV out of the parking lot and his mind was in deep silent thinking...meanwhile, Sakshi was going on and on about all the confusions...She appeared quite cool about it...perhaps she was used to all such crisis situations of life and death! And such running around was her favorite pass time!

He noticed the police force entering the compound as they left...

After a long moment of silence, he turned to her side and enquired,

"tumne uss store se kisse call kiya tha Sakshi?"

He was quite sure that she called up someone from there and had informed the person about her whereabouts and obviously the person, the traitor himself had in turn let it out to the gang who were behind her life!

All along, he was thinking about the whole attempt and could judge that it wasn't a result of a big planning...it was all planned instantly...and he was sure that the entire plan came into light in a matter few minutes...

So here begins a new game altogether...So far she played a hide and seek with him and now they play a game of life and death...where a win means life and a loss means nothing but death!
