On the boundaries of central kolkata nd in da lap of the ganga lies bagbazar.. A place still engulfed with tradition and reminisences of the past kolkata better to be spelled Calcutta.. This is da place where the holy mother Saradamoni Devi dwelled in da early 20th century.. The ganga with all its divinity and holiness is a bliss for the people here.. And not far from da dancing ganga stood two palace like buildings -"Ganga ashrit" and "Tulsi nivash" proudly. Two friend from rajasthan who moved to Kolkata seeking job under da east india company dwelled here for nearly 100 years and 4 generations.. Bishambar man singh and Vijay pratap singh were the first among the immediate family to be born in kolkata, their fathers came here with some dreams of better life and started living here and began their own bussiness of textile and fabrics. Bishambar and vijay were chuddy buddies and with increasing age they took on the family business.. Later got married and their children to shared the[/COLOR][B]frndly relation. Bishambar and his wife kaushlya had three sons- mahesh, mridul n madan nd one daughter- kasturi. Vijay and his wife urmila had two sons- jiten nd inder. Along wit bishamber livd his three other brothers whereas vijay was da only child as his mother died aftr his death and he was brought up by bisambar's mother.
