Khushi remembered the accident because of the jealousy and the anger on arnav and she remembered the same thing happening to her parents do or means when ever something happen that has happened in herr past will trigger that bit of memory and she will remember it

Loved It that how khushi went to his mothers place to find solace rather han goin to siddhu

Arnav didn't had his medicines and dinner - pointing towards some some Heath problems for him
