HEROINE
Scenario:
The whole gang is busy with the dancing rehearsals and its at that time it comes to the notice of the authorities that a post for the head of dramatics department is left free.. neha was the first choice but she rejected as she was busy with the dance practices ..
Tayaam house
Taani lay on her bed thinking of the days activities when she remembered the issue for selection of head of dramatics department ...her fingers played switching on and off the bed lamp while her mind was full of thoughts .. her memories took her to her school days ...
"Bhai eh dekho , my first award .. I became the best actress" a twelve year old taani smiled in glee, her eyes twinkling in joy on her 1st achievement...
"congrats my princess " swayam hugged taani expressing his happiness for her... she ran to her ma , her baba , her dadi and hugged them in joy showing them the award... she raised it in her hand being proud in her achievement
Taani kept switching on and off the bed lamp...still engrossed in thoughts of good old days...
She loved acting, and she did it perfectly whenever she made an attempt, she remembered herselves doing different roles , the applause from audience , judges and all...She was crowned the best actress of her school for 5 successive years.. then her college in jodhpur where she studied only one year, there also she was recognized as an actress... Then... Then what happened ...she came to St Louis ... she tried dancing but she couldn't make into the tears..she became the GS of the college... a perfect student ... A lovable girlfriend...but in between all these , she forgot her passion..
Taani sat straight supporting her back on the bed rest... 'its time that I give myselves for my passion , I love acting and I have gained applause many times , I am confident in my talent then How could I leave it just like that ..how could I keep my dreams aside ..'her mind kept asking her questions and finally she decided ... she is going to do it..
Next day
Soon after reaching the college taani met the concerned authorities and expressed her interest in becoming the leader of the dramatics department.. the authorities called a meeting of the members from students in the dramatics department for discussing the issue..and then everyone agrees and they select taani as the leader. Soon a notice was pasted on the notice board regarding the new change.
Rehearsal hall
Nil came running into the rehearsal hall " guys the dramatics department got its new leader .." he said panting
Rey: " its good but what's there for us to bother.. we don't have any connection with dramatics department" he said as if not interested
Vicky : "right "
Simmi: "yaa..why are you bothered about dramatics nil???" she said staring at nil with a confused expression
Nil: " guys but the leader is "
Amar: "ale tum tamatics k leader k peeche kyu pade ho yal"
Neha: "ha neha thinking same "
Nil was getting irritated now .. no one was allowing him to speak "but the leader is" he again tried to say but this time it was aashi "ab hume dramatics mein interest types nahi hai to why should we bother"
Rinni: "ya..."soon everyone joined again ..
"its TAANI!!!" nil said being irritated to the maximum with his friends
" taani??" everyone exclaimed ... rey was shocked to the maximum ' taani and the leader of dramatics department??? How is that possible... I mean she had interest in acting??? But she never said anything about that ' he had several questions in his mind
Sharon : " swayam.. all are shocked here and you are smiling " she said giving a doubtful glance to swayam
Swayam continued smiling while the others went near him
"abe tu itna has kyu raha hai" bharat asked and everyone supported him..rey went near swayam and signaled him with his eyebrows 'what??' swayam smiled again and said " I smiled because I am happy for her , finally she gave a chance for her passion..."
"passion???" Sharon asked in doubt
"ha , acting was her passion since childhood , you know what guys??? She was crowned as best actress for so many years while we were in school[swayam continued with a smile while others were still hearing open mouthed , shocked to the maximum].. she had won many awards outside school also...I used to wonder why she kept acting aside since she joined St Louis...but then I thought may be she is too busy with the GS duties and doesn't want to stress herselves..but finally she gave it a chance ... I feel so happy for her "
"ya its nice she realized her passion " simmi said breaking the silence from among the rest of the gang
" neha happy for taani too " neha said smiling
'taani and acting??? Best actress ???' rey kept asking questions to himself , he felt ashamed .. he never knew anything about her passion , her interests , her talents ...he never made an attempt to know about her but on the other hand she knew everything about him..he felt low...

Same time in another corner of the college
The dramatics dep members were a having a meeting.. it has been informed by the authorities that St Louis is hosting an event on dramatics and that they have to perform for the same..taani noticed all team members were tensed.. they seemed to lack confidence..she stepped forward "so guys now we will have to start preparations for the event .. I want our team to give the best performance " she looked at her teammates and smiled .. but they still looked worried and tensed ..suddenly a girl from the team named smriti shared her view " but St Louis haven't staged even a single drama.. this department had been very badly ignored all these years... "
"ya we never had a complete team " sid joined
"I am not confident at all, how will we practice within such a short duration..we haven't worked together " teena said
"ya me too worried " laya joined
" I am also confused " arjun said with a confused expression " how will we manage everything within such a short duration"
" whats there to worry so much??? Practice nahi kiya hai to ab karenge ..." samrat gave a playfull , carefree smirk "am I right leader ?" he smiled as he looked at taani
"ya samrat is absolutely right" taani smiled and went near the girls and held their hands " we didn't have a team all these years , but now we have one , we will work together and will put our best into it ..and and I believe that whenever we do something from our heart, with full passion ,automatically it will be the best, only thing is that we need to be confident in our skills .. " she walked from one to the other holding them "and we need to work hard.. we are together so we will help each other , correct the others mistakes and try to improve ourselves and I am sure that if we do this our performance will the best one...so how many of you are ready for it??" she smiled and looked at the others ..pleasant smile appeared on the face of all team members ...
"I am in" sid said first
" me too" laya joined
"and me too" teena said
" I will be always with leader" samrat grinned and everyone glared at him " I mean I agree to her points" he corrected
Soon they all hugged each other and started discussions
Taani: "guys .. St Louis is the host college and it's the 1st time St Louis is doing something like that for drama and ours will be the opening performance , so[she started walking, signaling with her hands [I hope you can imagne taani]]what I was thinking was that we should do something classy' something like '.ummm... what about Romeo and Juliet???"
Laya : "wow taani .. that would be perfect"
Teena : " ha yar , since it's a love story audience will also be not bored "
Sid : " ya its one of the all time favorites of all drama lovers"
Smriti : "I too feel the same lets go for it "
Taani extended her palm forward " so that's fixed right??" the gang said yes and
Smarat : "romeo k liye I know that theres no one better than me .. but who is gonna be my Juliet ...hey what about you leader... can you be my juliet " he gave a naughty and playful smirk as he extended his palm forwards to her
"waise DRAMA mein teri Juliet banne mein mujhe koi problem nahi..." She smiled while she stressed the word drama .. the entire gang chuckled seeing samrat's deflated face
