t is evening now...sujal is driving home..lost in the thoughts of the court case.......when suddenly he sees a truck in a still motion parked infront........woh breaks laga ta hai..............screeching sound and turns the steering wheel on a full turn so that it doesnt crash into the truck.......the car turns around three times and then gets hit into a tree and stops...............phewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
sujal:..mein kon hon...kahan hon...hehehhehehe.......lolzzz. ....kidding!!
the car comes to a halt!..and sujal comes back to senses,...he gets a small scratch on his forhead that starts to bleed......sujal gari se neeche utarta hai and goes to the truck....usse sabak sikhane keh liye....yeh bhi koi tareeka hai sarak keh beech mein truck rokne ka........par jab woh wahan pohanchta hai and opens the door there is no one there.....he looks around....
sujal:...koi hai?......yahan koi hai??....yeh truck kiska hai??????
but there was no reply!!!........sujal thoda sa pareshan hota hai par waapis apni gari ki taraf jata hai.......he opens the door....and is about to sit down when he sees a piece of paper on the seat.....he picks it up and reads...
"aaj kismat achi thi tumhari....par yeh hamesha tumhara saath nahi degi...

sujal:....(scrunches the paper)...kon ho sakta hai.....kahin yeh sawaym aur tuushar...............(he feels angry..)..........but nevertheless he sits in and drives.......
meanwhile....the camera focuses on someone who is standing behind the tree.......neeche se shuru hote hain..............attractive and pointy sandals...(its a girl).......an over coat with smart pants...(lol juhi yaar description ke saath help karo...heheheheh).........shoulder length hair aur ek khatarnak music.................she takes out the glasses from her pocket and puts them on.(lol...raat ko sunglasses...how dumb)......aaahhhh mein ne dekh liya kaun hai..........par aap logon ko abhi nahi bataongi.....bus thodi der baad!!!
she says:..(the women behind the trees).....yeh to shuruwat hai....agaye agaye dekho mein tumhare saath kya karungi!....ek ek baat ka badla longi.....ek ek baat ka.....(then she flips her hair and khartanak music.......oye bachon dare to nahi.....lol)..................
ok....yeh ek aur chota part......next part raat ko post karungi.....more of sujal kashish in it and ..............other stuff tooo....par tab tak keep guessing about the lady.......aur bachi jalad (kiran)...apna mun bandh rakhna...warna awal darjye ki ghatiya harkat ho jayegi...heheheheheheh.........

kashish:...sujal!!!! tumhare sar se to khoon bhe raha hai....(she runs and gets the first aid kit)...
sujal:..touches his forhead and finds blood....
kashish:..yeh sab kaise huwa?..kahan gaye the....itni chot....kaise lagi...kyun apna dehaan nahi rakhte...agar kuch serious ho jata to.........sujal yeh....
sujal:..(holds her hand and brings her down).....kuch nahi huwa....mamoli si chot hai...
kashish:..isse tum mamuli kehte ho......
sujal:...kashish.....chota sa accident huwa tha..
kashish:..ACCIDENT????
sujal:...haan...par zaida nuksaan nahi huwa....mein biklkul theek hon...

kashish gets up to leave...when he holds her hand...she turns around....

sujal remains silent
kashish:....tum chahe kuch na kaho...kya mein tumhari ankhein nahi parsakti......koi to pareshani hai.....swayam??
sujal:..(looks at her)...kal court case ki sun wayi hai.....kuch samaj mein nahi araha...........kya karun......kaise is sab ko sambhalon......
kashish:....(comes and sits right infront of him)....aj aur kal mein abhi bahut waqt hai.....hum bahut kuch kar sakte hain sujal.....bahut kuch.......(she holds his hand tightly and he looks at her with "i- know-what-to-do" look!!!

next scene......sujal and kashish are in a restuarant waiting for someone....
sujal:..woh ayega?
kashish:..tum ne bulaya hai...woh zaror ayega
just then that "woh" enterz and walks upto sujal and kashish.....
akshat:..sorry muje der ho gayi.....
sujal:..its ok.....
akshat:...tumne kaha the koi zaroori kaam hai......kyaa baat hai sujal?
sujal:...(looks at kashish and then speaks)....mein ne tumhe yahan sirf ek rishte se bulaya hai.....humari doosti ka rishta.......jo har deewar se uncha aur mazboot hai......hai na?
akshat nods:...kya baat hai.....
kashish:...humein tumhari madaat ki zaroorat hai......
akshat:..kaisi madat....kya bhai ne is bar phir se,....
sujal:....case kiya hai....hum peh.....
akshat:...oh i see.....wohi jis keh bare mein woh muje bata rahe the......muje nahi pata tha keh woh sach mein aisa kuch kar bheteinge......itna gir saktein hain.....
kashish:...akshat plz....kal case ki pehli sunwayi hai....aur hum chate hain keh....
akshat:..keh mein yeh case larun.....
sujal:..agar tumhe koi aitraaz na ho to.....koi zabardast nahi hai....swayam tumhara bhai hai....agar tum uska saath dena chahte ho to......

recap:...sujal ka koi accident karwana chahta hai...but he survives....he gets back home and is tense, kyunke kal court case hai...kashish tells him not to worry and they both go and meet akshat regarding this matter.........akshat tells them that he'll alwayz be there for them when he is interrupted.......

akshat, sujal and kashish all look up to see who it is? yes ofcourse swayam...plus tuushar!!!!
sujal and akshat stand up, facing swayam and tuushar...........face to face...wahhhh..kya scene hai.....villians versus heros.......and kashish standing close behind sujal..............
akshat:...aap yahan?
swayam:......jahan mere dushman....wahan mein kaise na hoon....kyun sujal......
sujal:....tum jaise logon ke doost waise bhi bahut kum hote hain.....

akshat:...(puts his hand on sujal's shoulder)...sujal relax......mein chalta hon...kal keh liye tayari bhi karni hai........
sujal:..(puts his hand on akshat's)....mein ne kabhie kisi ka ehsaan nahi liya par aaj jo tum mere liye kar rahe ho woh mein kabhie nahi bholonga....
akshat:..ek taraf dost kehte ho aur doosri taraf ehsaan ki baat karte ho.......
sujal smiles and all leave......(shukar hai)..lolzzzz
in the car:.......sujal and kashish......
the car suddenly comes to a halt......
kashish:..kya huwa?
sujal:..pata nahi....tum bheto mein dekhta hon.......(its raining outside...but sujal gets down and opens the bonnet to check whats wrong..........he keeps on tuching stuff and finally finds the panga and fixes the prob.
ek dum se peeche se kashish ki awaaz ati hai.....
kashish:..theek huwa ya nahi
sujal:.....hmm.....yeh tar nikal gayi thi.......(he tightens it up and then shuts the bonnet down.....)
kashish:..AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
sujal:...KASHISH?????....KYA HUWA....
kashish:..mera haath.....aaaahhhhhhh. ...(she is screaming in pain....but not showing sujal what has happened....)......
sujal:....kashish dekho to sahi....huwa kya hai.....

sujal:......kyun ke in ansoon ki jagah bhi to tumhari ankhon mein khushi se zaida hai..........hhmmm.....mein dikhon na dikhon yeh ansoo zaroor dikhte hain.......
kashish hits him playfully.......
sujal:....i am really sorry kashish.........
kashish:.....sujal tum nahi sudhro ge......itne lambe lecture keh baad bhi tum muje sorry keh rahe ho......jo kehna chahiye woh nahi....
sujal:...kya?
kashish:....(gets tapofied).......muje nahi pata....(she turns around to sit back in the car).........
sujal holds her hand and kisses is lightly.....haath se he follows her arm kissing very gently.....and from arm he comes up close to her face........kashish feels shy.........oh mein bhi...lolzzz)......
sujal:......mein janta hon is ehsaas ko lafzon ki zaroorat nahi par phir bhi.........i .......love......you.....more than anything kashish!!!!
kashish keh chehre peh ek huge kisam ki smile ati hai and she hugs sujal tight and they go round and round.................on the road...........jab samne se ek truck.....(hehehe ek aur truck.....lagta hai jo bhi yeh kar raha hai uski truck ki factory hai...lolzzz)....anywayz......samne se ek truck ata hai and..................................SUUUUUUUUUJJAAAAALLLLLL LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

recap:..akshat agrees to help sujal and kashish when swayam and tuushar arrive....they have a chat and all leave....phir sujal aur kashish ka pyaar bhara scene , followed by a hug aur phir ek truck ki entry jo unki taraf barta hai.................

truck tezi se sujal aur kashish ki taraf barta hai.....

sujal is holding tightly onto kashish and he pulls her with him to the side road....but as it is raining and slippery...sujal keecher mein phisal jata hai aur side road se neeche khayi (small valley)..mein kashish ke saath gir jata hai.....
truck driver(on the phone):....madam.........kaam ho gaya
woman:....hmm....great.....paise kal pohanch jayeinge........(disconnect)......
here sujal and kashish fall into a small valley....rolling polling over each other....kashish still tightly holding onto sujal.........and finally they come to a stop..............
sujal:..kashish?kashish?kashish?......(he shakes her...but kashish is unconcious)
sujal:..hoosh mein ao kashish......tum theek to ho na....(he slaps her lightly...)
sujal:..KAASHISHH!!!!
kashish slowly opens her eyes......
kashish: (holds her head)....ssuu....sujal...
sujal hugs her tightly:...tum theek ho na?

sujal:....mein us swayam ko zinda nahi chorunga...pehle yeh usne mere saath kiya tah par aaj tum bhi.....

sujal:....(thinks for a while...and then realizes that he shouldnt tell her anything otherwise kashish pareshan ho jayegi)......nahi...kuch nahi......chalo..yahan se bahir nikalte hain....
sujal gets up and makes kashish stand up par woh khare hote hi gir jati hai......
kashish:..AHHH....
sujal:...kya huwa?
kashish:...mere pair mein chot......Ahhhh
sujal:....aao haath do....(he gives her his hand to pick her up)
kashish:...Bhut unchahyi hai sujal....tum thaak jaoge....

kashish hesistantly give sher hand to sujal and he picks her up from teh ground....in his godh........
kashish keeps on looking sujal as he walks up the valley thingy.........

(suddenly sujal slips but manages to get a hold before kashish touches the ground..)

ok lets shift to akshat....hes woking on sujals case, when rewa enters...
rewa:..yeh mein kya sun rahi hon akshat!....tum us sujal ka case lar rahe ho....sawaym ke khilaaf jake

rewa:..magar kyun?
akshat:..kyun bhai galat hain
rewa:...kya ho gaya hai tumhe akshat......swayam jo kuch kar raha hai mere liye kar raha hai..meri khushi le liye...tumhare liye....

ok back to sujal and kashish.......they finally reach the top........
sujal:...chalo tumhe hospital le chalon...
kashish:..magar tum is halat mein drive kaise karoge.....
sujal:...nahi...mein theek hon..par tumhre pair se bahut khoon bhe raha hai........hum der nahi karni chahiye kahin kuch serious na ho............hospital paas mein hi hai..........
sujal kashish ko gari mein bithata hai aur khud langrata huwa gari mein beht jata hai and drives...........they reach the hospital.............
sujal:..kashish..hospital agaya
kashish doesnt reply...............
sujal:..kashish...(he shakes her but she falls on a side...unconcious....)
sujal:..kashish......(he quickly get down....its pretty late now.....and picks her up and rushes into the hospital
sujal:..doctor....doctor......
a nurse arrives....:..jee?
sujal:...dekhiye yeh meri wife hain....ek accident huwa hai.....inhe hosh nahi araha....
nurse:...dekhiye aap ghabrayein nahi....doctor room mein hi hain......
well than the doctor comes and they take kashish inside.......for check up...and patiyan and all.....aur bahir sujal ki bhi bandages ho rahi thi.........
sujal to the nurse:...kashish...kashish kaisi hai ab?
nurse:..doctor check up kar rahe hain.....abhi thodi der mein pata chal jayega.....
sujal is all tense with num eyes.......
finally the doctor arrives......
sujal:..doctor sahib...woh...(he points towards the room)....kashish kaisi hai ab...kya huwa usse?
doctor:...mr garewal...ghabrayi mat...apki wife bilkul theek hai...bus pair mein mamuli si chot ayi hai.....
sujal:...par woh behosh ho gayi thi.....
doctor:...ab woh to hona hi tha?
sujal:..kya matlab.......
doctor:...(smiles).....jab ek larki ma bane wali hoti hai tab aisa hi hota hai.....
sujal:..magar kashish kyun behosh hu............(ek dum se chup ho jata hai......)......maa.......(he gets a smile on his face)
doctor:.....jeee haan.........woh ma bane wali hain aur aap papa..............

ahhhhh........finally pehli baar happy ending hui hai.........likin guys dont worry yeh khushiyan zaid adin tak rehne wali nahi...heheheh...huuhuhhahahahah!...ok then take care!

Sujal:…(suddenly realizes)….kashish!.....kashish…..doctor kya mein kashish se mil sakta hon……
Doctor:..ofcourse you can………par unhe abhi tak iske bare mein humne bataya nahi…(heheh strange na)lol
Cut to the hospital room…..
Kashish is sitting with a minor bandaged foot……
Sujal enters……:…(with a sad face)……
Kashish:..kya huwa sujal?...koi serious baat hai?..doctor ne kya kaha?....test agaye kya?
Sujal comes towards her and quietly sits next to her………
Kashish:..plz sujal kuch to bolo, tumhari yeh khamoshi muje dara rahi hai…….kya huwa hai?
Sujal slowly holds her hand….brings it close to his lips and just lowers his eyes……he tries to hide the smile he had on his face……….
Kashish:….tum chup kyun ho?
Sujal:..kashish…..woh……khabar itni achi nahi hai………..
Kashish:…sujal plz……..(she gets tears in her eyes)
Sujal:…..tum…….
Kashish:..mein kya?
Sujal:…….kashish……ab mein kaise bataon……(he gets up and faces the wall with smile all over his face….

Kashish looks directly into his eyes…..
Sujal:…are pagal jo khabar mein sunane wala hon…who achi hi nahi balke bahuuut achi hai…..

Sujal:…..ab hum dono keh saath saath ek aur naya mehmaan ane wala hai……….

Sujal:..nahi nahi..not done…..chalo century nahi to phir ek dozen bache to hone hi chahiye….
Kashish:..sujal! tum bache gin rahe ho ya sabzi…….(laughs)
Sujal:…..ab dozen mein kya burayi hai?.........ok…….what about a sixer….ab isse kam nahi chale ga kashish…..(he turns around)
Kashish:…acha baba…..sixer hi mareinge…..teen meri taraf se aur teen tumhari taraf se……….
Sujal:…MEIN?
Kashish:…haan itna shauk hai to phir dard bhi saho…..
Sujal:…..dard?.....(inncocently)
Kashish:..nahi to aur kya…
Sujal:….(after thinking for a while)….aisa baat hai to ……ek hi kafi hai……(kashish hugs him tightly and sujal kisses her …….smiles all the way through)………

Driver:..madam…..woh….
The hidden women:…..woh..yeh…..agaye bhi kuch baqwaas karo ge…..akhir who dono bache kaise?.......(she shouts at him)
Driver:..pata nahi madam…mein ne kaam pura kiya tha………
Madam:……JUST SHUTUP……get lost…..tum log kisi kaam keh nahi……….
The driver leaves…..

sujal:...kashish ko rishte jurne nahi, rishta panne bhi ate hain. woh rishton mein dene mein yakeen rakhti hai, chahe woh pyaar ho ya qurbani, woh apne rishton pe anch bhi nahi ane deti........par yeh aap nahi samjhe gi...(he tightens his jaw bone)

well.....now sujal leaves....and kashish and veena get busy in other stuff while vasu feels the anger running up and down her body.....

judge:..order order....(everyone gets shocked and run to stop sujal...cg, lalit, varun, aman and akshat)
sujal:...meri ma keh bare mein issa kaha....(he hits him hard in his stomach....and then face....WHAAACK......tuushar gets a blood running nose...)
judge:...agar aap ruke nahi to app pe bhi case ho jayega..lol)
akshat:...sujal...SUJAL...STOP IT...(they all manage to bring sujal back...
