idhar sujal ka maan nahi lag raha tha...he kept on thinking about kashish.....so he packed his files and decided to leave for home......

ab scene kuch aisa hai keh sujal road peh hai....almost outside the gift shop where kashish is.....he is again at a signal aur kashish shop se khushi khushi bahir arahi hai....when she bumps into someone......yes the same person who was keeping an eye on her.....
kashish:..ouch...(falls but he grabs her).....

voice:....jee....tooshar!!!!........ajeeb itafaq hai....aaj doosri bar mile to phir takra gaye......(yeah right loser!)......
kashish feels awkward in his arms and tries to stand up but but but but but.................tooooo late.....isse pehle keh kashish apne kaboo mein a sakti...........pati dev ki nazar par chuki thi is manzar pe..............yes sujal....who was sitting in the car looked around as the signal was red saw kashish....his kashish...in someone else's arms......aur woh bhi koi aur nahi.....tooshar ki bahon mein...................................(time for a loud shocking music)...........DHANNNN DHANNAAAA....actaully DHARAK DHARAK! (right juhi!!!)

kashish:..(thinks to herself)...sujal kuch bol kyun nahi raha.....usse yaad bhi hai ya.....nahi zaroor yaad hoga...warna mujhe phone nahi karta.....par phir itna khamosh kyun hai???? (woh jhuki hui nazron se kabhie sujal ko dekhti to kabhie khirki se bahir)
sujal:.....mere saath nahi jana tha to mana kar sakti thi....jhooth kyun bola???....yeh kashish ko kya ho gaya hai.....(he too looked at her and then concentrated on the road....par kaise concentrate karta.....woh to kashish ki is berukhi ki soch mein ghum tha.....ek dum se tooshar aur kashish ka apas mein takrana usse yaad ata hai............and achanak........................

kashish feels sad and gets tears in her eyes.....
kashish:..(to herself)...aaj ka din hi mila tha jhagarne keh liye......
sujal:....(before he could continue sees the tears rolling down kashish's eyes.....usse bura lagta hai...jis chehre peh woh sirf muskurahat dekhna chahta tha aaj ussi chehre peh yeh ansoo,......he bangs his fist on the sterring lightly and then turns towards kashish.....but this time apologetically!)
sujal:...(touches her face and wipes her tears)..tum janti ho in ankhon mein mein kabhie ansoo nahi dekh sakta.........yeh muje apne pyaar ki kamzori ka ehsaas dilate hain kashish.....aur humara pyaar kamzor nahi.......(he says passionately)
kashish:......maintains her silence.....and this makes sujal more curious....he tries to hold onto her.....first her face and then he grabs her hands and brings them closer to himself....................thats when kashish speaks...
kashish:...ahhh!...(she makes a hurted face)
sujal:..kya huwa?.
kashish:..woh......(apni sleeve peeche khichti aur sujal ko chori tutne ki waja se jo chut lagi hai woh dekha ti hai....)
sujal:....yeh to....khoon beh raha hai....kashish.....(he gets worried...apni jeb se ek rumal nikalta hai and ties it up...........aur phir aram se haath apni taraf late huwe kisses it........while kissing it he looks up at kashish.....jo sujal ko bheegi nazron se dekh rahi thi....

kashish:.(suddenly realizes).....haan...chalo.....
sujal:...kahan?.....(gets anxious)...

they both reach there.......and to sujal's surprize the place is set in the most romantic atmosphere that he didnt even imagined.......a table for two...with candles not yet lit.....cutlery....roses etc etc......

they both get close to the table...the near by dhaba gets them their food...yummmy yum!....sehri mein kar chuki hon to better not main the dishes now!!!!)

kashish moves her face from his shoulder and turns around to see what sujal is talking about!

sujal puts her down and pics the envelope.......

sujal:....(puts it in his pocket.)...jo hukumm
they reach home......sab log idhar udhar hote hain........
vasu (comes down from the stairs)....agaye tum log.....
sujal:..(to avoid her says)...jee....chalein kashish....
vasu feels offended......and gives them a stare!
well who cares...sujal and kashish walk away.......
in their room.......kashish goes to change and gets back.......
kashish:...sujal kapre badal lo.....thand lag jayegi.....
sujal:.....(keeps on looking at her while she dries her hair...comes closer and touches her hair.....).....
kashish:..kya?
sujal:.....nahi lage gi
kashish:...sujal.....(she stands up while sujal pushes her against the cupboard and brings his face closer to hers....par isse pehle woh kuch kar pata...kashish pushes him back on the bed.......sujal pulls her with him.....aur dono bed peh ake girte hain............aur phir......nahi kuch nahi hota...lol..........infact sujal ki pocket mein jo envelope tha woh pressure se bahir ajata hai and a few photographs in it start showing.....
sujal aur kashish enevlope ki taraf dekhte hain......
sujal picks up the photographs and sees kashish...he smiles and pulls out the whole pic.................and to his surprize........woh tasveer kashish aur sujal ki hoti hai.....the time when they were dancing thodi der pehle.........barish mein...........sujal and kashish get even more shocked to see red cross marks on sujal's face..................................
dhamakaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!....episode ends.....

rishi cloess his fists and is about to smack akshat on his face jab uska haath koi pakar leta hai.....and doesnt let the punch touch akshat at all...........

Recap:…akshat garewal house ata hai....to meet sujal...par sujal ki jaga rishi milta hai and they get in a tu tu mein mein.....rishi tries to hit him but someone grabs his hand..........

sawyam:...aya to kisi aur kaam se tha par aaj lagta hai tumhara hi kaam tamaam karna parega....
rishi:...himaat kasie hui tumhari is ghar mein ne aneki...
swayam:....tumhari shakal dekhne ka koi shauk nahi hai muje....
rishi:....kyun.....jalan hoti hai dekh keh...(lol....)
swayam:...jalan.....ha..(leaves rishi's hand)...jalo ge to ab tum sab.....meri lagayi hui is aag mein......(he turns round and round.....and then points his finger at sujal whoz tie was half done and was standing on the stairs with kashish..............
swayam:..hey you.....sujal garewal....wahan kya akar keh khare ho....yahan ao...tumhare liye ek toofa laya hon.....(he waves a document in the air)
akshat:..bhai!...yeh sab?
swayam:...relax akshat......yeh to bus shuruwat hai....
while swayam was talking to akshat...sujal steps down.....
kashish sujal ka haath pakarti hai....
kashish:..sujal...khud peh kaboo rakhna.....woh yahan sirf larne aya hai....
sujal doesnt say a word.....but silently with gaze fixed on swayam...steps down slowly and heads towards swayam.....
now swayam and sujal were face to face....eyes in eyes...
sujal:....baako
swayam:..uf...itna garoor to chand ko bhi nahi hai
sujal:..kaise hota....chand phe daag jo hai...hehehehehhe....just kidding......forget this....
sujal:...just silently stares at swayam....with narrowed eyes...
swayam:...(feels agitated).....aise ghurne se muje koi nuksaan nahi hone wala....isse...(he gives him the papers)...isse ghuro....
sujal: (takes the papers from swayam and goes through them.....but doesnt say anything again...
rishi:..big b...kya hai in papers mein?
sujal: (quiet)
rishi:..ap kuch bolte kyun nahi big b...kya hai in papers mein.....
veena:..sujal...bolna..kya hai.....
swayam:..are yeh kya bole ga....mein bata hon......in papers mein hai aap ki barbadi......is ghar ka sukh chain.....is ghar ki ekta...(not mai...lol) jo mein aap se cheen longa.....yun (he clicks his finger)...yun....minto mein......
zor dar dhamake hote hain....the camera focuses on everyones face....
swayam:...is chaat ko bikher donga..sarak peh le aonga...yeh wada hai....
(this time sujal talks...before swayam could finish)
sujal:....wada kar keh pura karna tumhare bus ki baat nahi hai.....sswayam........yeh chand kaghaz keh tukre agar humein sarak peh le ja sakte hain....to yeh mera....sujal garewal ka wada hai keh......(clicks his finger in front of swayam's face).....ek hafte keh andar andar....tumhe kaghaz khareedne ke layak bhi nahi shorunga...........
swayam:....ha ha ha ha.....pehle apna wajood sambhalo...kahin woh bhi muje tumhe kiraye peh na dena par jaye.....
rishi:..(gets hyper and pulls swayam's collar);...big b ke bare mein...
sujal:...stop it rishi...(pulls him back)....
rishi:...mein tumhe jaan se mardon ga....(swayam too confronts him....to udhar se akshat tries to pull back swayam...
akshat:..bhai....bus karo....chalo yahan se bhai...chalo....
rishi lets go of swayam and so does he....
swayam:..tumhe to mein dekh longa....(points at rishi)....
sujal:..agar khud ko dekhne keh kabil bache tab.....
swayam:...aye sujal.....mein.....
akshat:...BHAI.......(and finally manages to drag him out of the house..............
everyone at the garewal house is shcoked to see such behaviour.....
vasu:..dekha lalit.....yeh CG keh jungli bete...
lalit:..vasu....yeh tum kya keh rahi ho
vasu:..theek hi to hai...ek dosre ki janno keh peeche pare hain.....look at my kids....soo innocent.....bilkul
lalit:...meri tarah!
vasu:..whatever!
ok back to the main scene....
veena:..(sujal is standing in the same position)...sujal...yeh swayam dhamki kyun de kar gaya...kya hai in papers mein....bol na....bol...(shakes him)
sujal:....legal papers the......woh is ghar mein apna hissa chahta hai.........hissa chahta hai hissa chahta hai...hissa chahta hai....(his voice echos in everyone's ears and faces coloured se balck and white ho jate hain ek ek kar ke.....lol

recap:...swayam garewal house ake sujal ko court ka notice de ke jata hai...that he also wants his hissa in the property.....sujal tells everyone about this and eveyone gets shocked....extremely shocked.....
veena:....yeh.....yeh woh kaise kar sakta hai....
sujal listens to her words and then stares at CG with "its-all-beacuse-of-you" look........
vasu:....yeh sab CG ki wajah se huwa hai...
veena:...vasu!!!
veena:...ha tum bahut bholi ho veena.....apne is mahan pati dev ki bhool maf kar sakti ho.....par uski saza....hum sab ko bhugatni paregi........shiii! (she shakes her head!!)
rishi kicks the sofa and goes inside in anger......vasu too walks away with lalit following her..........sanjana, mehak, varun and aman...bhi apne apne kaam mein nikal lete hain....very quietly and sadly....sab ko is baat ka bahut shock tha......
now theres sujal, kashish, veena and cg in the hall......
CG:...sujal...kya hum is bare mein kuch....
sujal:..(before letting him complete his sentence sujal bola)....hum nahi.....mein....sirf mein......is ghar ko swayam ke chungal se churaunga mein......par yeh mat samajayi ga keh mein yeh sab apke liye kar raha hon.....hargiz nahi............agar mein koi kadam barhaonga to sirf mama ke liye......aur unlogon keh liye jin ka is mein koi kasoor nahi........mein nahi chahta keh aap mere kisi bhi mamle mein dhakhal dein.....(he had a strict tone)
veena:..sujal!...tum jante ho apne papa se...
sujal: mama plz......yeh mere kuch nahi lagte.....
(sujal turns around and goes to his room while veena gets another shock at hearing sujal's words).....
veena gets tears in her eyes and sits down on the sofa.....
cg puts his hand on her shoulder...
kashish:..mama...mama plz royi mat....ap sujal ko janti hain...uska ghusa bus kuch hi pal ka hota hai....sab theek ho jayega....mein baat karti hon na usse
veena:...kya theek hoga ab......muje to sab kuch bura hi hota dikhayi de raha hai....is ghar se jaise khushiyan ruth gayi hain........(she cries and kashish wipes her tears)....
kashish:..aisa kuch nahi mama.....yeh to upar wala humara imthehan le raha hai......aap plz fikar mat keejiye....mein abhi sujal se baat karungi....(kashsih too leaves from there)....
sujal and kashish's bedroom!!!
kashish: (enters and sees sujal sitting on the sofa with papers infront of him)
kashish:..office nahi jana?
sujal stays quiet
kashish comes and sits by him....and holds his hand....
kashish:..ghusa karne se kya hoga sujal...tum khud ko aur pareshan kar loge......swayam agar is ghar mein aabhi jaye to kya........
sujal..(looks up at her when she says this)....woh is ghar mein kabhie nahi ayega......kabhi bhi nahi....
kashish tightes her grip.....
sujal:...muje pareshani is baat ki nahi keh woh is ghar se taluk jurna chahta hai........shayad kahin na kahin yeh uska haq hai....aur sujal garewal itna kamzor nahi keh khud ki khushi keh liye kisi ka haq cheen le....
kashish:..to phir kyun itna ghusa..????
sujal:...to aur kya karun kashish....kya karun??....yeh jante huwe bhi keh swayam apne is jayaz haq ki badolat....mama aur ......p....papa.....keh itne puarane saath ko najayz karar dede ga.......(ek dhamaka )....kya mein janta nahi keh woh apne saath to garewal naam jur wade ga magar.......magar humse yeh naam...yeh adhikar.....sab kuch cheen le ga........kya yeh ruswayi mama seh payeingi........ek aisi bhool ki saza unhe mil rahi hai jo unhone ki bhi nahi......jiske bare mein woh janti tak nahi hai...........kya yeh sab janne keh baad bhi mein chup chap bheta rahon...........bolo kashish...bolo....(he narrows his eyes and shows the pain .....jo sirf kashish dekh sakti thi....woh dard jo sujal keh dil se ansoo ban ke bhe raha tha.......
kashish:...(touches his face gently with her hands)...sujal......(sujal holds her hand and they embrace)
kashish:.....tum chahe jo bhi kadam lo....muje hamesha pane saath paoge......
sujal:....meri sab se bari takat to tum hi ho kashish......

here swayam and akshat come to the shergill house...
akshat:..yeh apne sahi nahi kiya bhai....unse unka haq cheena....
swayam:..unka haq??....what are you talking about kiddo....woh sab kuch umara hai..kanoni tor peh.....itne saalon se us ghar mein ek najayz rishta pal raha tha......par ab aisa kuch nahi hoga......mom ko unka haq mein dilwa keh rahon ga....aur undono bhaiyon ko to.....
akshat:..apse aur umeed bhi kya ki ja sakti hai.....(he's disgusted)
swayam:..kyun muje kabhie kabhie lagta hai keh tum unki zabaan bolte ho
akshat:...sahi lagta hai bhai....kyun agar mein so bar bhi paida huwa tabhie apki tarah nahi ban sakta...(and leaves abruptly)
swayam:....(to himself).....hmm...youre right akshat.....kyunke swayam shergill ka koi muqabala nahi kar sakta............
a voice:....GALAT!!!!
