Arnav does love him a lot, a lot!!
While both Akash and Dhruv loved, looked up to and respected their elder brother, Akash was more of a silent absorber, but Dhruv seems to be the one to have literally glued to him! The love of both the brothers cannot be compared, but both their have their own set of identities and their own way of loving their Bhai or Bhaiyya!!
Memories and memories!!
Arnav's and Dhruv's bonding is so heart-warming..I love these brothers..I love their bonding!!

Both Akash, Di and the entire family knows that if there's one person who could get through the facade of Arnav, it's Khushi and only Khushi. The Di - the one who's almost a mother to him, Nani - his eternal support, Mami and Mama - his gaurding angels, the ones who welcomed him with open arms, Akash- his loving brother who's by his side at all times and at all costs, Dhruv- his other younger brother holding an equal place in his heart, whom he loves a lot and above all, all of them love him a lot!! A lot!!
Khushi is similar to them yet different! She's been the one to understand him totally and hte only one to have finally crossed all the barriers he'd built around himself!! It's not like who's more important but it's the priority and importance of each them to Arnav. Khushi has own, distinct space in his heart. Like the say, you can't just replace the other but you can only make a place for yourself in the other's heart!! And Dhruv's surprise just proves that not even his Di could have managed that which Khushi can!!
Even in his roaring temper, he heard out her call and waited for her. Love does truly change a person, doesn't it?? The Arnav Singh Raizada who can never think straight in his anger waited for his wife and walked away holding her hand. And the praise goes to Mrs ASR herself!!
She could see his anguish, she could understand his hurt and anger, she could sense his need to vent out, to get comforted, and she gives him everything silently, asking nothing in return, nothing to cross her boundaries or hurt him!! There was this previous OS in which Arnav gives comfort and solace to Khushi without her even having to voice it out and now here we have her giving him the same comfort and solace without him even having to voice it out. They have so much of understanding in between them, so much of love..This gives me a doubt..Do couples like them really exist or it's just another wishful thinking of ours?? *sighs*
She opts the mid-way..She's understanding enough to encroach as well as stay within the limits and give space to him!!
Khushi knows how much it must have Manorama as a mother to be away from her child and to see the resent and anger between the two brothers and in her own ways tries to comfort her! She is a loving soul indeed! A loving wife, a loving Bhabhi, a caring DIL!! She makes excuse in such a way that she defends her husband as well as makes sure that others are not hurt!
And here we having Arnav call out 'Khushi' again..He can't just do without her, can he?!!
Things have changed a lot, Dhruv beta!! Front front see, bhat bhat happens!!

Still reeling in anger, as usual his other words are so glazed yet Khushi knows how to tackle it. He understands her need to comfort him, to be with him. "That be with me, always" shows how much he needs her, how much he needs her care, love, warmth and support.
Even though the flash of pain was for a mere second, Khushi noticed it. And a true brother he is, Dhruv could sense his Bhaiyya's gaze on him!!
"only to be stunned by his Bhaiyya turning at the door to come striding back and give her a tight hug, murmuring something that had her smile at him tremulously. One last lingering kiss on the forehead. Arnav walked out, not sparing even a glance at the rest of the family.
As for Khushi, she was still trembling from her husband's hoarse whisper, "Thank you, Khushi...at times, life reminds me how I would have been, how I would have lived, if I hadn't had you with me. I love you..." - I loved loved this!! I love this a lot!! Just can't explain in words the beauty these sentences potray!! You are the best Dee, the best!! It couldn't have been put in a better way!!
DSR is definitely a lot enticing!! I'm in love with his character already! Three or more parts to it, we'll always be eager to read it :)
