An update for which I have no words, this chapter is unbelievable.

While Arnav is clearly guilty of placing Khushi in danger, I want to read more before I judge him harshly.

Everyone kept secrets about one despicable, dangerous, person who caused a domino effect of pain to all. Arnav believed he was saving his sister by forcing Khushi to marry him. Khushi believed she was saving her sisters' marriage by accepting his marriage proposal. Communication lacked between both of them.

A little too late he realized his mistake and returned to her. No one deserves what she went through but he is avoiding her because he thinks it is best or her, Khushi is unresponsive to anyone, is it because she wants him to talk to her.

The journal entries provide an insight into a man who rarely brings his feeling to the surface, will they play a role in Khushi recovering?

I thought khushi had fought off shyam with one of those stars but the idea that she had only a tiny broken bangle piece to ward him off was even more heart-rending... arnav's remorse and anguish are clear to see but somehow don't feel anything for him... khushi's silent numbness is killing! had somehow always had more respect for nk than for arnav and that is still true here... he has been a real friend who thought on his feet

had thought shyam had been captured but to have him escape is the outside of enough! must say arnav's family is like those penguins / sheep... the leader goes one way and the rest follow even if it is over a cliff! every second shyam remains free, the greater danger he poses to khushi and then to anjali, arnav and the rest

like this delineation of shyam as an embodiment of pure evil... have always felt that in the show shyam left without a fight! he went with a whimper, quite an anti-climax when seen in the context of how cunning he had been earlier and what he had been capable of!

his sibilant whisper and demonic laughter are blood-curdling... hope arnav doesn't lose his head and threaten him but plays along to get an idea of where he is and what he is up to

eager for next part... thrillers are one of my favorite genres!

well arnie all this self pity like you said will not help you in any way
you will have to be strong for khushi at least for the time being
and when she leaves you then you can break down all you want
well he was of no use in all this
okay i guess he had a shock but technically he is her husband so its possible she might just react to him
well he was the only one who didnt try to get her out of her state
well he thought how could he after all he was responsible for
its possible she might just do or say something if you try
or maybe not but there is no harm to it
not surprised that she is in the state she is after all what happened was to horrific to digest right
but we hope that eventually she can come out of the shell
not for anyone else but herself
so he escaped and now he called him
what more tragedy will we encounter further
okay if that beast can be apprehended and then punished for his crimes then maybe there will be some relief
which is the best we can hope for
what now will she ever overcome this obstacle in her life
will arnav ever find the atonement for his sins
and what happens to the perpetrator of the crime
