Aria, I loved your story.
My favourite character is Ved. He seems to be the only one who is out of the guilt web and in proper sense, meaning to say who is fair in his judgements and fair to all the sides he know.
I'm not blaming Anjali here, Arnav might have done everything for Anjali. But in the way he had hurt Kushi who was innocent. Even if she was guilty, I don't think Anjali would have wanted her brother to do this amount of evil to her. So her finding a new life in Ved or hiding it from Arnav, I don't find wrong. But hiding Kushi's letter for so long?! I don't understand that. Let's see in future chapters what made her do that. Maybe for Kushi to stand on her foot and get her space!
And would love to see how Nani and others are also reeling under guilt, sorry if I sound sadistic. But they were worse than sadistic to Kushi and I don't think they deserve mercy from me.
Arnav didn't try so far to get this mess settled? He till now was in denial mode? And he has La with him? Not that I'm against La, but doesn't he know if Kushi still loves him the rumours will hurt him? And can't he see what this is doing to La? For her friendship she is doing so much while he is being selfish, not thinking about her life once!
I think he is punishing La too in his selfishness and denial.
Akash forgiving Arnav is something I don't know what to say about. It's not that I hoped he would strangle Arnav for this. But even after Payal left...
Payal is struggling with her guilt. Like the Raizadas I don't pity her. She deserves this because if Kushi hadn't gone to see Abhishek that day, maybe Kushi would have had a life she loves, though sans Arnav, and Payal would have ended up in a worse household or been victim to a gas-stove burst. Again if Kushi hadn't become the scapegoat, she would have been thrown on the road for a second time at altar. So to think Payal treated Kushi like that after the marriage. I agree she has every right to be angry with Kushi as she is her baby sister. But for once she didn't think that her sanki sister is not that mad to give up her dreams of wedding and married life for a man like ASR?! She never thought there might be a reason? And she left RM only after she knew the reason. Didn't she feel the need to understand why her sister left this house before? So all in all I'm not that sympathetic to Payal nor Payash relationship. Because if that would have been a relationship if Kushi didn't sacrifice is still a qtn; if Akash would have stood up for her is still a qtn, so they have to recreate a relationship which is for themselves and not based on someone's sacrifice!
Arnav I hate him. Waiting to see a proper repentance.
I loved the scene were you included the radio news of prostetutes and the begging girl of Kushi's age. This world is not safe and if I be frank in many stories it is shown Kushi leaving Arnav and building up a life of her own. But the chances of it happening is very less and the radio news or the begging girl would have been Kushi's life with no degree, no support, and all alone! You need someone's support to start a life like that. Here she had Ved I think.
Waiting for the next update. Please pm me when u update.
