Chapter 18

This food stall thing started last year in my school. And hell it was so much fun! A was in my stall & B was in the adjacent one. But we weren't allowed to sell pani puris as they were termed as unhygienic food But yeah, we had had so much fun with samosas, cold drinks, cutlets, chowmin, pastries & ice cream! I still remember that before parents arrived, the students had attacked the counter! Rest of its bit in the next chapter😛

Chapter 19

What a coincidence! the food stalls were brought into plan here to help the poor people in the locality! And what a fun it was. We knowingly used to leave A & B alone for sometime. But A being herself, stayed away from him -_-. And poor B could do nothing but just watch her!

Here sports day, exhibition & Cultural meet takes place in December month!

This reminds me of how A used to wait for B, after the exams so that she could get a glimpse of him though she never agreed to this fact. She always gave an excuse or other. But what are friends for?😛

Hi Chaitali,

I thought I will comment before the thread is closed. Started reading this FF few days ago, so far have finished 16 chapters. You said this was your maiden adventure I mean the first FF 😉

Its refreshing to read and actually compare to our own school experiences especially middle and high school. All the girl talk, the boy talk, the crushes, teasing and just pure fun. Miss those days (exhales).

Arnav and Khushi's interactions have been fun so far, its nice to know both are keen on studies 😊. I like the way you are slowly building their characters. Aman is Khushi's cousin and Anjali is dead 😲

Sanskrit was my favourite subject and I was good in solving 'Sandhi'. I sill remember our Sanskrit teacher 'Galgali Sir', he gave a challenge to all the 9th grade (think) students to separate the word "Charvangi" and I came up with "charu"+"angi" and he was happy that atleast one student got it 😃

This ff also brought back memories of senior students taking classes on Teachers' day 😊

Loving it so far.

Chapter 17 -

Was beginning to feel sorry for Shyam but after reading last few sentences, No, not a chance. Hopefully he won't be as evil as in the show. I can't wait to find out!

Chapter 18 -

Nothing much happened is it, Diwali happened quietly but felt sorry for Aradhana. WOuld like to read more about Auyushmann, does he know he's adopted?

Chapter 19 & 20 -

Akash was hilarious. Boys and their cooking skills, predictable although my husband reminds me, world's greatest chefs are (mostly) men, even the term Nalapaka comes from Nala, the king. Looks like things or rather feelings between A & K clearing up. I thought Shyam babua would be there!

Chapter 21 -

Didn't see that coming -- the separation :( is it because Arnav getting out of Highschool to go to college? Poor Arnav, got injured, who is that mysterious guy, who pushed him? some random person? Hope Arnav is able to write his prelims with not much difficulty!!

Chapter 22 -

Khushi's worries for Arnav was endearing but disclosing to Shyam? not good.. she is inviting trouble albeit unknowingly.Aww.. she waited for Arnav to talk to him!! But the boys, they don't use brains sometimes, instead of grattitude, they made it obvious, grated Khushi!..uf

Separation anxiety, poor Khushi 😕 Is Arnav feeling the same thing?

Oh the phone calls were cute. Khushi is lucky to have perceptive friends, oh all of them are trying to bring them together

We don't have farewell for 10th graders :/ Though we friends had our own fun-filled party. But this farewell reminds me of the farewell we gave last year to out seniors! It had been great fun to call & invite them. Though few had acted dumb -_-

Chapter 24

The phone call thing reminds me of the dare we had given to A during our 10th farewell party, to place a call at B's & tell him that she misses him :D We had put the phone on speaker & were able to hear the shocked voice of B when A had said that! But the after maths, were truly the unexpected~
