The bell rang and indicated to everybody that it was time for Lunch. Khushi changed back into her clothes and walked out to the cafe. She got a bottle of orange juice, cheese toast and some strawberries and raspberries. She took out her Kindle and opened her book, she was reading "Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck. She was enjoying her lunch peacefully when Kabir and Sheetal walked up to her and sat down in front of her. "Oh look it's the Charity case. Hey you better move away this is our table." Tanya said nastily. Khushi looked up and said "Oh this is your table? Really? Are you sure? Your name isn't written on it and as for me, no I will not move, I came here first. And the name is Khushi." The three of them looked like they just got slapped. Everybody watched in silence at the scene going on. Just then Arnav had walked in and raised his eyebrows in amusement watching Khushi shut Sheetal and his gang up. Sheetal glared at her and said "Look, this is MY school and Arnav is mine. Plus who would want you?" Khushi smirked broadly but before she could say anything, Arnav had walked up and and said "I would." And just shrugged and Sheetal started spitting out fire. She got up and briskly walked away with Tanya following her lead. Kabir glared at Arnav and said "Buddy why do you hurt Sheetal so much?" Arnav grinned and said "wow since when did you start caring so much for her?" Kabir swallowed roughly and just walked off. "Im sorry." Khushi mumbled. Arnav looked at her amusedly and said "urmm for what munchkin?" , "Because of me you are losing all of your friends and your girlfriend too." Khushi said nervously. Arnav smirked widely and said "aww munchkin it's alright, they are just like that so don't take it seriously." Khushi nodded and smiled awkwardly. "So munchkin what are you reading?" asked Arnav and Khushi looked at him and said "oh urm im reading "Of mice and men." Arnav raised an eyebrow and said "George or Lennie?" Khushi smirked and said "Crooks because he is the most vulnerable but yet strong and urm you read?" Arnav laughed and said "Yes I read! Why is that hard to believe?" "No it's just that you don't seem like a person who likes studying and reading.", "Oh trust me, there are a lot of things you don't know about me." Grinned Arnav. "Anyways what do you plan on doing as in your career path?" asked Khushi curiously. "Aah well I plan on going to Harvard to study business and I hope to take over my father's business one day." Said Arnav. Khushi smiled and said "interesting! Business huh?" before they could continue, the bell ran and they got up to go for class. Arnav suddenly stopped her and said "Thank you munchkin." Khushi smiled and said "for what?" Arnav looked at her and said "oh you know, nobody has ever asked me what I wanted to become, it was always me who has to listen. So thank you, it was different talking about me." He smiled and went off. Khushi smiled thoughtfully and walked off to class.

After class, Khushi was walking while she had her earphones in her eyes listening to music. She was listening to "Begin Again" by Taylor Swift. While the song was playing only for her ears, she looked up towards the caf and saw Arnav and Sheetal hugging, she teared up when she saw Arnav place a kiss on Sheetal's cheek. 'Why the hell are you crying kkg? Why are you so hurt from that? You shouldn't feel bad considering the fact that Arnav and Sheetal are together anyway. You will never get him, so quit thinking about him! Just because he's nice to you, doesn't mean he likes you!! Urr!' Khushi thought.

Arnav pulled away from Sheetal and smiled. They were talking when Arnav noticed Khushi walking down the corridor. He smirked at his munchkin. He thought about how simple she was yet beautiful! She was talented and very intelligent! Beauty and brains huh? But behind that smile, only he knew how much pain she had gone through. But what amazed him was how strong she is! She wouldn't let anyone take her for granted, maybe that's why she had a hard shell. He wanted to bring her out of it. He wanted to show her that it's okay to cry, it's okay to laugh, and it's okay to love. He grinned widely when he saw her frown when he hugged Sheetal. 'So it does bother her! It does affect her! Well done Arnav! You're on the right track!' Arnav thought. He slowly got up and ignored the questions thrown at him. He just ran up to her and'..

Khushi was thinking so much that she completely forgot to take the next step when she tripped and screamed and fell but luckily for her, our Laad Governor was there to help her (as always) !

She felt into his arms and suddenly time just stopped. She stared into eyes and she suddenly started hearing "Rabba Ve", she raised her eyebrows at the kind of music she heard but she liked it, strangely.

Our Laad Governor was also hearing "Rabba Ve" and he smirked at the strange but awesome, epic music! He looked around but only saw men and women in full suits playing the violins and guitars and god knows what!

There was suddenly a throat clearing and they soon snapped out of their dream world and pulled themselves up. Khushi was going to tie her hair up when Arnav held her hand to stop her. He shook his head and said "Munchkin? Leave it down, it looks beautiful." , Blood suddenly rushed up to Khushi's face and she blushed crimson. 'Khushi Kumari Gupta? What the hell is wrong with? Are you just sporting a permanent red face' Khushi thought. Arnav smirked amusedly when he noticed her talking to herself, she mumbling and ranting about sporting a red face. She looked up and said "What?" Arnav swallowed a laugh and said "Nothing, nothing, by the way munchkin where are you going?" Khushi looked at him and said "Oh urm im going home.." "Oh how are you going?" asked Arnav "Well I was thinking of walking, the weather is so beautiful!" said an excited Khushi. "NO WAY MUNCHKIN! I will drop you home." Said an angry and worried Arnav. Khushi was about to say something but before she could Arnav had already dragged her off to the parking lot.

Her jaw fell open at the sight of her. Her eyes widen open when she saw Arnav taking out a freaking 'ASTON MARTIN-VANQUISH'! Khushi's dream car was sitting right infront of her and she just stood there staring at the beautiful black car. Arnav looked at her face and burst out laughing like a manic. Khushi looked up and bit her lip from laughing and said "Sorry for the weird expression but this car right here is my dream!" Arnav raised an eyebrow and said "really? You and cars?" "Why? What's wrong with that?" asked a confused Khushi. "Well there is nothing wrong with that but you see girls are usually annoyed by cars because cars are a guy's second love!" Khushi snorted and said "Well I happen to love a good sports car!" Arnav walked up to her and helped her get into the car. She excitedly got in and put her seatbelt and felt the material as if it was gold. Arnav got in and turned the radio on, Jon Bon Jovi was playing and Arnav sang on loudly. Khushi looked at him and laughed out loudly. Arnav looked at her and looked back while driving and asked "Whats so funny munchking?" "Bon Jovi? Seriously Arnav? You like classics huh?"said Khushi amusedly. Arnav smirked and said "Classics are the best, Bon Jovi is the best and Queen is my soul." "Wow there really is a lot I don't know about you!" exclaimed khushi. "You bet munchkin!" said Arnav while smiling.

"So how many girls have you brought in this car huh?" asked a curious Khushi. Arnav grinned and said "None other than you." Khushi rolled her eyes and said "Yeah right, let me guess you say that to everyone?" Arnav looked at her seriously and said "im serious munchkin, I haven't dropped anyone off other than you, not even Sheetal." Khushi looked at him shocked and smiled thoughtfully and said "then why me Arnav?" Arnav smiled and said "Well let's just say that none of the girls would appreciate it like you did'" Khushi smiled while putting the puzzles into the piece, "you are so not dropping me back home are you?" Arnav grinned and said "Finally you understood! I am not dropping you off yet, there is a small surprise for you!" "Surprise? Seriously? But why?" asked Khushi. Arnav laughed and said "Because I want to spend some time with you'..properly...without any disturbances'"

There's alot I bet I've got to know abt these characters..Like the way you're slowly revealing them!!
