To Say I 'Loved' This FF would be Understatement This FF Has every i mean every single thing in detail as a die hard fan my Heart Craves For i love you for writing this ff somewhere never fullfiled IPKKND wishes and complaints have vanished after reading yOUR WORK <3 <3😳😳

Hello Juhi!!

Finally reading your favourite story part by part. I am excited..haha

Ok so to begin with you are definitely my favouritest prologue (chapter 1 in this case) writer ever!

"It was obvious to anyone who watched that television footage of his Sheesh Mahal fashion show."

We have seen manipulative dadi/saasu ma type characters but what they always lack is perceptiveness, and motivation and ofcourse "REASON" also probably innate goodness.

The way you wrote the check part..was perfect, two Phans having a discussion about IPKKND. Who understand the characters through and through:

"The hatred will fuel their passion, and bring them together!"

Then MATE! truly so..

"It was a very clever plan. But they forgot that they were playing games with me, Arnav Singh Raizada!"

The rest that follows was exactly the truth, passion..confrontation that we never Fully got! Thank you for putting it into words.

And then the juhi element of Surprise! So glad khushi didnt just accept it all. glad she didn't forget all the torture.

Par phir you add no marriage, fake garlands, pretend temple trip..whaaat the?

I was right..this is a story of Perception and maybe a little inception.

Payal, the bed-sharer, the partner-in-staring-at-stars, the khushi's-clothes-folder, the one-falling-into-khushi-kumari-gupta-plans/traps, actually comes to khushi after ASR announces their impromptu wedding! Another moment that never came in the show, cause it would make it borderline realistic and people would term in character building. ok ok this is about your story and not about me taking a phiss at ikppnd.

Thank you for the fierce payal. and a compliant khushi, instead of the martyr khushi.

I also love the game of tennis these two are playing, well khushi is mainly defending herself..while ASR makes the moves. Love that you bring out the partial liar in Arnav, clever businessman aise hi thodi bante hai?

Did not expect him to say the 3 words this early in the story! But then again who knew Khushi was also smart these days..fainting and running for her life and sanity.

Also love the way you weave the desire, the passion through it all..after all thats what these two are about..right?

So with each chapter..there is another character re-introduced to our love-hate story.

NK. The gem. The loyal friend to khushiji..who until couple hours ago might have been in love with her on the real IPK. Par this is about perception, so he already knows how madly arnav and khushi are already joined by so-called destiny (read: naniji and shyamu!), hence comes to arnav's rescue!

LUCKNOW! YAY. Delhi is overrated haha. (speaking as an unbiased third party). Re-introduction of venues is so well done too..the dargah, true bollywood style. And the mysterious sheesh mahal!

ASR to Arnav just in a few paragraphs! Juhi that was brilliant. Him understanding her, himself, things between them..and most of all HIS FLAWS. And how to amend them not by making her repack 50 gift boxes, i hope.

I loved loved loved...

The insults, the fights, the anger..were those the kind of things one expected from a man in love?

I never understood that either.

I really enjoyed khushi's monologue too! A character's sense of rationality is so important to the story, and you do it full justice.

But then in juhi style..u will drop the next bomb on us. At first like khushi I was going punch Arnav for hiding behind "the past"..this past is so much more soundproof, love how you tied the loose ends. THEN BOMB "RANI SAHIBA". How do you think of these things, dammit?!

Having Rain as the Title, I expect more than just the normal IPK faraq padta hai, wall banging..etc. etc.

(ps.i can never get the image of shyam saying "rani sahiba" to anjali out of my head, every*SINGLE*time i hear that endearment, IPK has ruined that for the rest of my life!)

Poor khushi you have just been dropping lagatar bombs on her, right from chapter 1 or lets say in the past 24 hours.

The shoving reminds me of the golden days..thanks for recreating it, specially when I least expected it! I love they way you described khushi's feelings in this one, the progression of it all..

"Trust him?"

"grief for what could have been"

"To mourn now, to cry and grieve, just felt like a betrayal of their lifetime of selfless love."

The rationality in khushi is what I expected of Arnav's character, however it seems their roles are reversed a bit, the Arnav here is more impulsive, even if he is calculative-r, clever-er, business-eque. Especially when he feels guilty about her mother's death. Not just here but in the whole story..And I love that!

Don't tell me Naniji is still lurking around them? (knowing you anything is Possible!):

"As if on cue, the heavens opened up"

THUNDERSTORM. FREAK THUNDERSTORM saves the night! And the rest as they say is history..except not long enough! WHY?! we are from Bharat-vansh, I expected more..although censorship is also another pillar we stand on..so

I think Mr. Raizada jumps to conclusions too early? she can barely think straight when he is around her, let alone saying sorry while making out with her! Unfair! HAHA and he wants to get married pronto..I really like Khushi.

PS. YOU BROUGHT SHEETAL. meri saanse ruk gayi hai, par mujhe bhuk lagi hai so break ke baad?

Sheetal..middle-aged! graying hair! retired! TAKE THAT TAKE THAT TAKE THAT CV's of IPK. Although she had the gall to interrupt rabba vey?

You can turn khushi kumari gupta from girl to woman..BUT even you can't make her forget salman khan.

After reading "Rishi Bankelal Vadra?" 5 times I get the clever referencing you did to the paan chaba-ing, moustache curling, bankelalji.

HELLO Rishi! And whats more he is taller than ASR, even wears the same suits, isnt middle aged, oh what flattery he does! Because for every sheetal there should have been a rishi, but IPK budget issues?

Funny thing this relationship status is no? Love that you brought up that issue..subtly. Also the realisations Arnav has! EXACTLY now the playing field is levelled.

Actually more that I think about it the IPK arnav is expected to be a rationalist, but he never was and will be (maybe in your story)..he is still a boy, jumping the gun always, driven my emotions..Your story makes me understand him better..thank you! Cause I am doing a PHD and all..

Obviously my favourite part was the abuse bit. So well done, at first thought wall banging seems like fun..there is more to this kind of behaviour.

I like from here on in the Arnav-ASR bits too..you know him tooo well! And "confidence" makes a comeback, bringing us from khushi to arnav, the full circle. And whatey Comeback! Love the payal scene..specially the dialogues.

DATE. YAY. except juhi-style bomb.."one condition" ahhh you are the devil! And what is this mystery place? Dhaaba?
