My mind went back to the chapter, where Kashi tells Arnav she has everything and what more could she want. I feel Arnav too is enveloped in that sense of belonging; it is that feeling of being connected to the people, the place and peace he feels, after a long time.

He may call it a distortion of senses but, then he does sense something so it is there, one does not experience anything without a reason.

Thank you for the update D, gosh I was waiting for this update so much.

My heart breaks for Arnav- he is afraid of happiness and the feeling of love incase it turns out to be nothing but something from the imagination but I am glad to see that he isn't giving up- he is choosing to go through this journey.This was written beautifully-captivating in a sense. It's how we live our life- question if our happiness is merely a mirage or is it real? I love how you depicted this... beautiful!

I can't tell you how happy I am to see your update!

and Lovely update! I seriously love how Arnav just blends in the family now. It's almost like he's a part of the house.

Btw, I do not know why I haven't asked you to add me and sent you a buddy request. Maybe I just looove stalking this story way too much. Maybe I should send you a request? I don't know. But I'm sure you already must have too many people to PM...so I guess it's okay. I stalk your story everyday anyway... it's not like I'm ever going to miss out on an update. Well, when I start doing that...I shall add you 😊

But, I just wanted to let you know that this is my favorite FF, no kidding. It's one of its kind and must I say it's the best of all kinds? I really really love it. Love this Arnav and love Kashi. I even love Pallavi and Nalan. Oh and the history you've developed with the house... it's just out of the world amazing, seriously! I wonder if you've actually gone through reading about rituals etc. or you already know? Whatever the case is, I just want to 👏

And I hope you're feeling better now. What happened to you? You were MIA for a long time. Not that I mind, you must take care of yourself. But I really missed your story.

Devi, that was simply beautiful...I can't think of any other word to describe what you've written.

It was as if I was actually there...I could visualize the old house, wrapped in the serenity of dusk, with a beautiful young woman walking through the rooms with a diya in her hand.

Pallavi, Kaveri, Nalan...three people who have left an indelible mark on Arnav Singh Raizada, smart businessman, Young Turk, greedy corporate type. Call him what you may, here he is simply a young man longing for a family -- someone to call his own, some PLACE to call his own. "... feeling strangely as if he belonged somewhere for the first time since his sister died. He didn't know how two women and a boy who had been virtual strangers until four days ago could seem more a family to him than he had allowed anyone to be for fifteen years."

"He was glad then than his mind, in truly uncharted waters, decided to bask in the glow of this illusion rather than reject and dismantle it for its potential for deceit and mockery."

And that, to me, is the essence of the impact this house and its inhabitants have had on Arnav. Just 4 days ago he would have rejected any thought of love or belonging and now he's willing "to bask in the glow of the illusion", almost not wanting reality to intrude.

Up at 3 am? Hope you're alright? Am going to get into mother mode here and tell you how you need to rest as much as possible now because in a few months' time sleep will be an illusion that you will only be able to bask in and not actually experience!! 🥱🤢

Welcome back ... hope you are feeling well ... have missed you and the updates ... 😆

Loved the update ... there is a feel good factor to it ...

just the thought that a person like Arnav Singh Raizada who has been so detached from

everyone since his sister passed away is suddenly feeling as though he has a family to

call his own ...

his sense of belonging to this family leaves a positive feeling in the mind ...

maybe the connection he feels is because of his sisters eyes ... whatever ...

what do human beings want ... to have someone they can call their own ...

have someone takecare of you and be taken care of by you ...

however short girl the update was worth it...it always does mesmerize the readers...i loved the way he coped with his fears and decided to let it be for the present😃...hope to c u soon and read from u soon...
