My Fan-Fic: When Hate Turns Into...(#2) - Page 2

In the morning- Sharma house:
After Kripa got ready, she ran downstairs and out of her house. She went straight to the shop where her wedding dress was.


In the collection shop:
Kripa ran into the shop with excitement rushing through her. She ran up to the lady who had made her wedding dress.
Kripa: "Hiya, sorry about yesterday. I think I got a bit carried away."
The lady: "No it's o.k. It was my fault. But no everything is perfect. Your dress is ready and nothing is wrong with it."
Kripa (smiling): "Oh thank you so much. I really appreciate it."
The lady let her to the fitting room where Kripa tried on her wedding dress. It fit perfectly.
The lady: "You look beautiful."
Kripa: "Thanks."
As Kripa went to change again into her casual wear, the lady stood outside the changing room. When Kripa came out, she and the lady went to the till.
Kripa put the dress onto the till, ready to pay for it. As the lady was neatly packing Kripa's wedding dress, a strange question ran through her head.
Kripa: "Can I ask you a question if you don't mind?"
The lady: "Yeah sure. Go on dear."
Kripa: "How was it possible, in just a few hours, that my ruined wedding dress went perfect? I mean- wasn't it ripped?"
The lady froze.
The lady: "Well..."
The lady paused.
The lady: "It just comes to show how much he cares for you."
Kripa started smiling as she got the packed wedding dress off the lady.
Kripa: "Well, thanks for that. Bye."
The lady: "bye. And by the way, best of luck with your wedding preparations."
Kripa (laughing): "Yeah you come and see the mess at home. But my mum is going to help today- so hopefully everything will go just fine."
As Kripa left the shop, the words "it just comes to show how much he cares for you" zoomed through her mind. Who did the lady mean by "he"?


At Sharma house- in the evening:
In the evening, when all the guests started coming round, Kripa was in her bedroom with Simmone getting ready for the last sangeet night. They had decided that this night was going to be the craziest nights ever in the Sharma house- as it was Kripa's last night there.
When Kripa came down the stairs, women couldn't stop praising her. Gayathri came and hugged her tight.
Gayathri: "Your last night with us. After that- you're going to be a 'geir'."
Kripa: "No mum. Please don't say that. No matter what happens- I will always be your daughter."
Saying this, they both burst into tears, still hugging each other.
Then Gayathri let go of her.
Gayathri: "Anyway. You enjoy yourself tonight. Enough of the crying!"
As she said this, she wiped Kripa's tears and her own.
The night was indeed the craziest nights ever in the Sharma house. The music was full blast and everyone enjoyed themselves to the maximum.
