The incident at the temple brought all the fears that Kashi had to the forefront ...

seeing Arnav in the state of disassociation with no thoughts of "Self-preservation" ... shocked her ...

"She would never have thought that he would be a man who would ever lose that central and vital quality for a man in his position ... "

"Or is it because you worry that I too will die here?" ... alarms her ...

Even she is baffled with the shirt sleeve catching fire and not scorching his arm ...

again an indication towards a supernatural power at play ... ???

Can understand her fear of the unknown though very bravely she asserts that she does not believe in curses ... but the past history of the family living here in Kalarikkal house says something else ...

Love the new pictures put up ... perfect one for Pallavi can totally imagine her ... Devaki too is totally apt ... and the Nataraj is as always so beautiful ...

I am addicted to this story. expect nothing less than perfection each time. I am so glad that they actually talked about what happened including a little bit about her fears. Loved the way he supported her, didn't fall for the obvious red herring. Full of promise. Though I am curious about his statement about the lack of burns. How does that happen?

What an addictive story! Loved the update.

Addiction seems to be the name of the game huh? 1st some of the characters in the story and now most of us who follow this story are also addicted. Albeit to different things...😊

To his credit, it only took a moment before he guessed that he had said something wrong.

He pulled back from her and cleared this throat before he said, "I didn't mean that, of course."

The chill inside her now felt all the more intense without the warmth of his body next to her.

"Of course!" she said

Loved this part... She is most vulnerable at this point and still has to reply to his earlier talk to make him feel comfortable...

There must be an explanation. She just needed to research it. There were always explanations. The unexplained was only the unexplained because someone had not figured out how to explain it.

Liked the confidence here..I too wonder what is it..like many readers...

"There we go. More manhandling again." she said, cocking an eyebrow.

He didn't take the bait and instead asked, "Or is it because you worry that I too will die here?"

Her eyes widened in shock and she felt her strength give out.

His arms went around her waist immediately to prop her up.

She didn't know much time passed before she finally spoke, trying to find the energy to straighten on her own.

"I don't believe in curses." She finally said.

He does it again!

I just feel it for her..its sooo difficult for her..
