HI U'VE DONE AN AWESOME JOB ON WRITING ABT THE REAL REY AND HIS CHARACTERIZATION.I LOVE IT.U'VE INSPIRED ME TO WRITE A LITTLE NOTE ON HIM TOO.I THINK HE'S ADORABLE AND TRULLY RELATABLE.

And his clear headedness when its most required- he handles the extremely out of control swayam the way perhaps no one could ve done. The scene where swayams busy destroying the classroom and reys slaps him! he sees swayam doing exactly what he wanted to do ' physically take out the frustration. His look when he say love or hate are emotions that make u act strangely- so much sadness( and we complain he forgot kriya On a whim?) The scene where he holds swayam is one of my fav. And just before holding him wipes off his own tears ' its difficult to notice it coz swayam occupies ur brain at that time but looking bac k, the importance of that tears is so felt.😭👏

how i wish he had done something similar to Sharon as well but she comes almost as an afterthought for him. I often wonder why she considers him her best friend?!

Throughout the time both of them fight, its his heart breaking again. 😭He has set his hopes on these two once his love life is in a mess. Thankfully in this case he knows both sides of the story , unlike in his case where he doesn't know the other side of the story and doesn't wholly believe what he knows. So... he stops them, scolds them, just short of destroying all chances of being together thanks to big egos and encourages swayam into becoming attitude swayam while cleverly manipulates(- beating iron when hot-) Sharon into admitting that she s affected by swayam. just that small push but nothing pushy.👏

His reward----Hes the happiest 😃 when they tell him their trial relationship status just as they knew he would be. Suddenly his messed up love life doesn't seem so bad. He runs, grinning, again telling himself taani can be his responsibility till swayam is fine with Sharon.

so, taani asked rey –thats where i was before jumping tracks to reys friendship with SS.

Taani asked rey and rey rejected her rude ly. The next you know he dreams of kriya in the dil se re sequence- and has a sense of displeasure bcoz taani has successfully tainted his memories of kriya- this is the last that kriya s face is shown in reys thoughts and washes his hands off training her . good riddance. Absolutely unprofessional fool that she is.

He continues to be annoyed at her till swayam s simple joy at being acknowledged by Sharon ( when rey and Sharon dance and Sharon is worried that swayam maybe jealous) JOLTS him out of his own feelings of irritation and anger towards Taani s feelings.

Rey all of a sudden is not insulted, not irritated but worried that his rude behaviour could have really bad effect on her... why does he suddenly worry about her ? Bcoz he has fallen for her ? not in my opinion. because he understands her feelings- feelings of partiality towards someone and feelings of being unwanted. Hasnt he been at the receiving end of a rude answer recently? He has been rejected just as badly , hasn't he? And he s still inwardly struggling to come to terms with it. You can sense the oh shit man why the hell did i act like that? I could have been decent

And taani is uncomfortable and obviously upset, she unlike rey, is not able to hide her wounds- swayam notices it, shivam does.. and he gives her one heartfelt apology, no frills attached – im sorry taani. I now i was mean to you when i needn't have been and i definitely don't want you to be hurt bcoz of me. Unsaid words- i don't want to be the reason for you losing your bubbliness, your optimism in life.

He sweetly triies to make her comfortablehe s such a darling when he tries to keep her spirits up .p If only he hadn't done that, maybe taani would ve gotten over her feelings for him!! Does he believe taani s ready reassurance of main teek hoon. not really but he wants it that way so he agrees. He has enough on his head, he s just grateful that she isn't creating more nuisance for him, she isn't making him feel guilty for breaking her heart, shes blaming herself, she isn't telling ppl (swayam) about it. And rey is gracious enough to appreciate it .he wants no complications in his life now.– hes grateful for her quiet vote of confidence.

Rey wasn't very upset when taani decides to quit dancing or put up the notice for 6^th dancer even though he does scold her. He knows the difficulties of being a dancer, he knows taani maynt be able to do it. He has no strength to persuade her, motivate her against her stubborn decision of not wanting to try again.

Do you guys remember? When kriya stood for GS election rey went about telling her don't bcoz u will be upset and cant handle the pressures . And here he s appointing soft taani as AGS when she s not even interested- bcoz he likes her??? No. bcoz he sympathizes with her? Not at all. bcoz he genuinely wants everyone to be given a chance- vishaka, taani, everyone... as if to say, see everyones good at something or the other. Its almost kriya like- didn't kriya put together most unlikely bunch of ppl to form a team? Its not love interest all the time.

funnily, he tries to protect her from the gangs reasonable taunts. she already has so much on her plate seems to be his justification. vishaka and nilesh mocking him about taani first gets him to think about his own reaction towards her. am i partial?Why do i feel bugged if shivam and taani are together?

He s just becoming fine - swayam and Sharon are coping, his gang s happy, 6^th dancer stuff for footloose is over and taani s being ags has put him at ease.. His smile is almost back when the article happens.
