Kunal was engraged and was about to do something when shitij…geet's brother came and blocked his way and punched him hard in his face…making him bleed….

Although shitij was tough and was somewhere was incompetant to show his love and care towards his sister but that doesn't mean that he will leave this pervert for even thinking to play with his baby sister's life……

The officers came and arrest kunal and took him…

Kunal saw maan standing smirking folding his hands….and shouted like mad…pinting at him…..

Kunal: I will not leave you…..you will have to pay for this…..

Hearing kunal shouting everyone saw towards his direction an saw maan standing with shitij and thought he is threatening shitij…..

During all the fuss geet was in her room sitting like a doll dressed like a prey who is going to hunt by someone….. when daarji suspected the truth he instructd rano not to bring geet down…rano was crying seeing the turn of events as she knew it will difficult for them to get their married now …… this so called society will not let her leave and will blame her even if its not her….whether she is innocent or not…she will be claimed as the culprit…..

The guests left only handa's , khurana's and handa's close family members like geet's mamaji…mamiji…and bua's family were there….

Daarji was totally broken ….he slumped down on a chair …maan's dadaji came near him and supported him….

Maan's dadaji: you can't be weak at this moment ….ranjeet …. Hold yourself….you should be thankful to the person who helped us to see his real face….but I still can't understand why did you fixed geet's marriage in a haste…what was the need…..

Daarji was not able to answer when shitij anwered…..

Shitij: dadaji….actually MP…rajat's family approached us and asked for geet's hand for his son and daarji agreed seeing a good family background but we didn't knew that they are such low….

Daarji: yash….( maan's dadaji) I am not worried about our reputation…but you know these customs…..how will geet survive now…..who will marry her….that kunal has already ruined my child's life….

Somewhere all knew that daarji's concern was right….he didn't believe in suppressing his daughters happiness but bind them with some rules and responsibility that geet always followed which had made to fear develop inside her to do according to others …..he is somewhere conservative but knows how to move according to modernity…that's the reason geet was given all the freedom to study…according to her…but a limit was set for the girls……

No one knew what to do or to say when maan came infront and shocked everyone by his next set of wordings…..

Maan: daarji…I will marry geet…..

All were loking at maan as if he has grown horns….his mom was very happy with her son's decision…but still wanted to confirm if she heard right….but before she could react….daadima interrupted…..

Dadima: maan come with me I want to talk to you…..she took maan from there…..

Everyone was looking at savitri devi taking her grandson…..

Maan and his dadima were in a room…when dadima shared her concerns….

Daadima: maan do you even know what are you saying……you want to marry geet….

Maan was annoyed at her dadi's question …..asking like this…..and said…

Maan: dadima what do you mean…..geet is not at fault …it was that kunal….

Dadima: maan just listen to me first…I know geet more than you……

Maan: then what's the matter…

Dadima: do you know even the meaning of getting married….. someone will be your responsibility…..she will be tied to you ….. you have to change your lifestyle…..you cant spent your whole time in office have to take care of her……and moreover you have to make her realize that you did not pity her in getting married……

Maan marriage is a big word…I don't want you or geet to suffer …… and if something like that happen then what will you do….. you will be held her responsible……

Maan was stunned even his mother who was standing on the door…listening to them….

Maan assured dadi….

Maan: dadi….it would have been pity if I had someone in my life……and I do understand what is meant by getting married….. and don't you tell me that it is early for me…..

Now his mother came and hugged him…..

Vani: no….infact I was going to search a bride for you…but looks like my wish is fulfilled….

After sometime dadima with maan came in the hall….she went near daarji…..

And said….

Savitridevi: bhaisahab…I hope you like maan for our geet…..

All were delighted hearing her….and yashraj came and hugged his best friend…..

Yashraj to daarji: now were are not more friends ..samdhisahab….

Dadima and vani went to see geet…..

Both of them entered and saw geet sitting looking outside …they too know how she would be feeling but didn't knew her inner turmoil….rano came near them…..

Vani: rano..i am here to see my daughter in law….

First rano didn't understand then when she looked at geet and then at both the ladies….she was having tears in her eyes knowing what she meant…..

Dadima hugged her….

Dadima: rano save these for bidaai….

Vani came and kissed geet's forehead…..

Dadima: rano…..there is a ritual that we want to follow….i want geet to wear the dress vani will gave her….. there is a custom that we want to follow…I hope it is fine…..

Rano: what are you saying ma… but arrangements that too in a short time….how it will be possible….

Dadima: you don't worry..i have talked to priest and we still have two hours and the shagun will be there in few minutes….

Well maan's dadi was excited for her elder grandson wedding….she herself arranged everything in half and hour….

Maan was dressed in a sherwani….looking extremely handsome….and geet wore all the jewels given by her in laws….now she will totally belong to maan…..

However only family members were there …but all were extremely delighted….

Soon geet arrived she was trully looking like a angel with pure innocence as her only jewel….

She was made sit next to him..sitting holding her knees ..bending her head…..when the preist asked geet to keep her jand on maan she was scared…when her mother does that and her parents did kanyadaan….geet was silently crying….tears were flowing endlessly..they stand up and their knot was tied..biding them for seven lifes….first four rounds maan was ahead of geet and next three was geet…..

When the priest asked to tie mangalsutra…he saw geet same fear as he saw on that day….crying …tears were there…for a split of second she looked at him…with a questioning gaze…..he filled her parting with sindoor….and they were married….
