part 24:
The next day all were ready for the sangeet and it was arranged in the KM's lawn as geet could not go inside the home before marrige...all went and sat in the bus arranged to transport them...there was only wait for the bride to come...after some wait the bride came in wearing a pink lehenga...and then they started to the destination to enjoy a night full of masti some were trying to reherse their songs while some were just enjoying the beauty of the night...where as geet was just sitting blank unaware of the fact that her life may take a u turn that night...
when they reached KM they were welcomed by the khurana's in a grand way...all settled and the program was to begin...the performances were dedicated to the family members...the first was of both of them's parents...the brothers and sisters...the last was dedicated to the couple of the day...it was performed by daksh and naina...they came and sat quitely on the stage...all were curious to know what are they doing...teh slowly daksh went to naina and gave her gift where as naina declined it seeing a small rose...all started laughing...then next naina went away angrily...daksh ran back of her to manofy her...people commented that maan would be JORU KA GULAM..but it feel on daef ears of maan...he was aal the time niharofying his life...
after the performances they all settled for dinner...after dinner they were all set to move to their home when naina said geet that maan wanted to meet her...though she became angry that she listened to him and didnt understand her mind but she couldnt do anything...she went to see him on the terrance... when she went there she was shocked to see darkness...
G:koi hai???[is any one there...]
no one answered...she was going to go down when there was a sudden spotlight on a particular place...it was a board decorated with flowers...in the centre was written...

then only her sight went on her watch that it was exactly 12:00...to say she was shocked would be an understatement...she went near the board when a pair of arms engulfed her in hug...she was shocked...she started wriglling...the more she wrigled the more hold became tight...
M:jaan tum jitna hilne ki koshish karogi mein tumhe utha hi kaske pakudanga...[life how much u try to wrigle i will hold u that much tight...]
hearing that she stopped wrigling but a little...
M:gud...now listen to me...i know that u are shocked that i wished u on ur birthday...arent u??
G:yes...
M:i knew...but there was a reason for me for not wishing u till now...do u want to know???
G:no...why will i want to know...u do what ever u want...who am i to know why u didnt do...
M:i knew u will answer this only...but i want to tell u...u know from when i have knew the meaning of LOVE ...i always related it to u and me...i always dreamt of u and me together for life...and from that i always had a wish that i will wish u only that year when i will express u...what ever i feel...so this is the year and i fulfilled my promise...
there was no reply from geet...she was staring at something which she even didnt knew...
maan continued...
M:geet today is ur 18th birthday and today u will become mine before that i want to confess u something...
geet looked at him expecting what will he confess now...
M:i want u in all phases of my live...i want u to be with me as my life...wife...and love...i am incomplete without u...i always wanted to say this from many years...how many i lost the count...but i just want to say that "I LOVE U GEET FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.."
saying so maan took the cake kept in front and feed her and had the remaining(jhoota...)after that he went down...she was standing numb...naina came there and saw geet standing...
