Part 2

3 Years Earlier - 11^th December

" Kripa uth ja bohat dair hogai hai, time dekho barah bajh rahein hai" Gayatri Sharma says while waking her only daughter up who is sleeping peacefully.

" Mom please let me sleep. Aj toh Sunday hai" replies kripa

" I know beta. But aj tujhe larkey waley dekhney arahey hain, yaad nahi hai?"

" Mom how many times should I tell you I don't want to get married so soon? Abhi mujhe parhna hai, kuch banna hai. Shaadi baad main"

" yehi umar hoti hai beta. Achay rishtey issi umar main aatein hain. Shaadi abhi kon kara raha hai. Sirf dekh ley larkey ko. Bohat acha larka hai. Acha parivaar hai."

Kripa hated upsetting her mom so she agreed happily.

" okay meri piyaari mom. Jo apko acha lagey. Ab main sojaon?"

" Tujhey tayaar hona hai. Utha ja. Who log sham ko aaingay."

" okay mama. 15 minutes please."

Khanna Mansion:

" Angad tayyar hojao. Humain tumhari dulhan ko dekhney jana hai" Naina said to her dashing son.

" Yes Mom, 5pm right?" asked Angad.

" yes beta. I am so happy. You finally agreed to see this girl"

" Mom you know I am not interested in all this. I want to first open my Music academy then think about marriage but you and dad forced so much that it left me with no choice"

" I know beta. I am sure you'll like her " replied naina happily

" we'll see mom " wondering how she might be.

Sharma household was busy in preparing for the guests which were coming to see Kripa. They were none other than Khanna's. Naina and Gayatri met in a wedding. There Naina saw Kripa there and liked her instantly. Her simplistic nature and sweetness attracted her. And she thought she would be a perfect match for her son. Angad was egotistical man. He was very choosy and it was out of his pride to talk to someone himself. Kripa on the other hand was a very sweet and loving girl. She would give up her happiness for others. People who met her for the first time always held a good impression about her.

The Khanna's arrived at Sharma's at 5pm sharp. They liked being punctual. Gayatri and Suryaban, Kripa's dad welcomed Dilip , Naina and Angad wholeheartedly. They desperately wanted their daughter to be their bahu. Suryaban hugged Angad. He could almost see his future son in law in him.

Kripa dressed in white shalwar kameez looking simple yet beautiful. She went to the kitchen to help her mom with the tea. Soon Kripa took the tea tray and went to the drawing room where the Khanna's were sitting. Her heart was beating fast. Even though she had no interest in marrying anyone now, she felt attached to this guy already. She was really looking forward to this encounter.

Gayatri opened the drawing door for Kripa. Kripa Stepped in. Angad looked up to see her. She looked at him. Time froze. For her, it was love at first sight. For Angad, He found her mesmerizing. She was the most angel-like girl he had ever seen. But his ego wouldn't let him accept it.

She came in , served the tea to everyone. When she was serving Angad, she couldn't help but notice how manly he was. Deep Black hair, spikes.. Chocolate brown eyes, light stubble. Exactly how she wanted her Mr. Right to be. His hand met hers while she handed him his cup. She felt a shiver down her spine. She was perplexed of what was going on with her. Was he the one she has waited an eternity for?

Angad didn't felt the same way as Kripa did. He had met uncountable girls in his life before and there was no doubt that she seemed different from all of them. He felt something for her for sure.. but his egotistical nature didn't let him feel anything else for her.

Naina and dilip praised Kripa and her manners. Naina In her head had already imagined Kripa as her Bahu. She was sure that she'll make angad say yes to Kripa.

The whole seeing Kripa session went well. Angad and Kripa didn't get a chance to talk alone as gayatri and Suryaban were a bit conservative. Khanna's left a while later blissfully.

Naina : Hum apko kal tak jawab dey dain gay. Ab bhi sochaiye tab tak. Kripa beti sey bhi pochain.

Gayatri : haan zaroor ap Angad sey poch kar batana. So phir kal baat kartey hain.

Naina : Haan yeh theek hai.

Angad wasn't really sure about Kripa. He had met millions of girls before and even though there was something about her which made her different from rest, his mind contradicted.

Kripa was head in heels over him. She was certain that he is THE ONE for her.
