Anjali: No, no, no! I am NOT going to listen to any excuses, Chote. Get in the car now because you're going to Mumbai and you will have a brilliant time with us whether you like it or not! She ordered practically dragging him into the car.

Arnav: Diii, can't I go later with Akash and Payal? He whined like a typical toddler.

Akash: No Bhai. Akash blurted out. I mean you can't come because there really isn't much space in the car, as you know Payal doesn't like to pack light. He joked, trying to improvise a believable lie.

Anjali: Looks like you're stuck with us then Chote, come on now.

Arnav: I expected you to have my back on this one Akaash. He coldly whispered to him. Akash looked back at his brother apologetically as he watched him hesitantly get into the car.

Akash & Payal: Bye, have a safe trip. They waved as the car headed off to Mumbai.

Akash: Well that was a close call, come on let's make a move and collect Khushiji ..

Akash: Khushiji, you're on floor 12 and we're on floor 11. I think we should settle down into our rooms first and then head out to town maybe?

Khushi: Ah, at least you guys are still relatively close to me and okay, that sounds like a good plan.

Payal: So we'll meet you both in the lounge in an hour's time.

Khushi: Alright, see you later. She said to them and then strolled along with Aarav to their room. Payal and Akash made a quick entry to their rooms and then a quit exit out to the poolside where the Raizada family were 'relaxing'. Everyone except Arnav of course was delighted to see them.

Alyssia: Wah, wah.

Akash: Don't cry beti... sh.. sh. He tried to console his cry-baby of a daughter.

Arnav: Akash will you please shut her up; I'm trying to work here. It's bad enough that I was forced to come on this lame trip and now I can't even work in peace because of this whiney child. He groaned, breathing in and out to prevent another outburst of anger.

Akash: I'm trying to Bhai! And he really was but it looked like Alyssia wasn't going to stop. Arnav watched his younger brothers failed attempts of controlling his daughter.

Arnav: Right, Alyssia, what do you want?! He asked her firmly and surprisingly she stopped crying.

Alyssia: I want some ice-cweam. She sobbed.

Arnav: Is that it? She nodded a 'yes' in response. I'll buy you one but only if you promise never to cry again, well in front of Chachu at least.

Alyssia: I promise Chachu! She beamed.

Arnav: See Akash, it wasn't that hard.

Akash: But Bhai she's already on her 3^rd ice-cream of the day, do you want her to become an obese?

Arnav: She is my niece therefore she'll get what ever she wants.

Akash: If that's your attitude then our little Aru is going to adrore you like hell, Bhai. He thought to himself...

Aarav surfed around the cafe, in search of something digestable that will stop his belly from rumbling.

Aarav: Ice-cream ! Yay! He cheered and swiftly skipped over to the kiosk. But I don't have Mummy or money with me. He sighed but then looked at the man in front of him.

Arnav: Arnav felt something tugging his shirt sleeve. What the?!

Aarav: Hello, uncle can you buy me an ice-cream please? He asked with the cutest puppy dog expression on his face.

Arnav: What the?! Do I even know you?

Aarav: No but...

Arnav: Your face looks so familiar. He said trying to work out if he had ever encountered this child.

Aarav: I just want an ice-cream, Uncle.

Arnav: He snapped back from his thoughts, unable to figure out why this boy looked so familiar to him. Why should I buy you an ice-cream? Ask your own mother to.

Aarav: Mummy's not here, she's in her room but she won't let me buy an ice-cream anyway because she thinks I'm going to waste her money. He sighed.

Arnav: Oh how irresponsible! look little boy...will you just find your mother and leave me alone. Aarav started to sulk. Ugh, please don't start to cry. He almost pleaded the boy. I've just dealt with a cry-baby and I can't tolerate another one. Aarav started to sulk even more. Okay! Okay! I'll buy you an ice-cream, just shut-up.

Aarav: Reallly?! Thanks Uncle! His mood magically returned back into his chirpy little self.

Arnav: Stupid kids, all they do is cause me grief. He mumbled under his breath as he purchased the ice-creams. Here, take your ice-cream.

Aarav: Thank you so much!

Arnav: Look little boy, go back to your irresponsible mother now, I'm leaving before I encounter anymore of you annoying kids. With that he left, unaware that he had just met his son, his own flesh and blood and most importantly a part of him and his Khushi...

Khushi: Aarav! She bellowed with relief as she finally spotted her son in the hallway.

Aarav: Hi Mummy! He casually responded whilst taking small licks off his ice-cream.

Khushi: Without any warning, she quickly embraced him into a tight hug, nearly suffocating the child. Aarav, my baby! She cried even louder as she hugged him.

Aarav: Mummy you're going to squash my ice-cream! She pulled out of the hug and glared at him with her swollen eyes.

Khushi: Mr Aarav Singh Raizada, where have you been?! Did you know how scared and upset I was because I.. I.. thought I lost you?!

Aarav: He gulped with guilt, already regretting his selfish needs. I...I... just went to get ice-cream.

Khushi: You went to get a lousy ice-cream without telling me? How dare you?! I clearly told you not to leave the room without my consent and you do the exact opposite and where did you get this damn ice-cream from anyway?

Aarav: Uncle brought it me. He silently mumbled.

Khushi: Oh so you've been disobeying me again by talking to strangers! She was ready to erupt now.

Aarav: No, no he was a nice stranger...

Khushi: I don't care if he was nice Aarav, his still a stranger, he could have taken you away from me!

Aarav: Okay, Mummy, I'm really sorry just please don't cry. Please. You can have my ice-cream if you want?

Khushi: She faintly smiled at her sons attempt to console her. I don't want your ice-cream; I just want you to always listen to Mummy and to never leave me. She calmy told him.

Aarav: I will never leave you Mummy! I got you and you got me, remember?

Khushi: That's my boy and you must never, ever speak to strangers again.

Aarav: What if they're nice uncles?

Khushi: Even if they are nice uncles, I don't want you to speak to them. By the way where is this 'nice uncle' I should pay him back for your ice-cream.

Aarav: His more of an angry uncle but I don't think he likes you Mummy so it's better for you not to see him.

Khushi: Why? What did he say?

Aarav: He called you 'irres-pon-si-ble'. That's a bad word isn't it?

Khushi: Yes it is! How dare he, he doesn't even know who I am! I'm going to give Mr Judgemental a piece of my mind.

Aarav: I saw him walk to the big swimming pools, Mummy.

Khushi: Right, come on! ...

Arnav: Here you go Alyssia.

Alyssia: Thanks, you're the best Chachu! She cheesily grinned causing him to smile a little too.

Payal: You shouldn't have Arnavji.

Arnav: It's okay, anything to stop her from making such an awful sound. I had to buy another bloody ice-cream for another whining child.

Payal: What child?

Arnav: Some little boy.

Payal: Do you know what his name was? Payal curiously asked.

Arnav: No but he looked so familiar.

Payal: He looks like you doesn't he, Arnavji. Payal happily thought to herself as she knew he had in fact encountered his son.You haven't seen his parents have you?

Arnav: No, his mother left the child out alone. How irresponsible.

Payal: I'm sure she didn't mean to... She said, indirectly backing up her sister.

Arnav: Why are you asking me so many questions about that child, anyway?

Payal: Oh nothing... She felt guilty for hiding such a big truth from him but on the other hand she also couldn't betray her sister.
