"Leave" she said fuming with anger.

"Excuse me?" Though he contemplated her anger he did not expect her to

be this direct. It was not KKG style...no this was more like his

style! What the hell!!

"Are you deaf? I said leave."

"Why?"

"Because I said so. I don't want to stay with you. We are not married

anymore remember." Her eyes blazing with fury.

"First, you don't own this place so you are no one to kick me out. Second,

if I remember well we haven't signed any divorce papers as such so yeah

we are still married." He finished with a smirk.

"No you got that part wrong, we are not married. We do not require

signing any divorce papers as such because we did not register ourselves

legally as a couple. You married me without any pheres or rituals, that's

barely considered a marriage. There were no witnesses to see our marriage,

and outside our families very few people know that we are married.And you

are The Arnav Singh Raizada, your marriage was supposed to be a big

deal right, but nothing like that happened.

It could have been considered a real marriage had we consummated or

even if you treated me like a wife, but no you hated me remember. And ours

was a contract not a marriage which has come to an end given the time-

period. I have fulfilled all the clauses of the contract, I did not run

away, I did not tell anyone about it and I behaved like a dutiful wife in

front of your family. So now there is nothing between us." She finished

with a flourish.

Wow she could be a lawyer! That was a punch in the gut! But he is

Arnav Singh Raizada for nothing.

"So basically you are saying that you had a live-in relationship with

me?? I thought that was against your morals."

"Again you are wrong. It was a contract and as far as I know live-in

relationship are similar to marriage excluding the bond; that is there is

physical relationship also involved. We had nothing of that sort, we were

practically roommates and nothing else. So no I didn't do anything which

was against my morals."

"Oh so you are implying that if we had consummated our marriage only

then it would have been considered a real marriage?"

"yes"

"Well we can always do that now. I didn't know you were so eager

Khushi. Should have told me earlier I wouldn't have denied you know!"

he answered back with a teasing tone taking steps forward in her direction

till he was standing right front of her.

"N...No its not like that...I don't want any such thing. I was just

stating facts." She replied stammering.

What the hell just happened! He was supposed to be tongue-tied not her,

how the hell did the tables turn so fast! No she can't lose not now, her

pride was at stake and her pounding heartbeats were not helping at all!

Why does he have to stand so close? And why the hell is she letting him

affect her? Act nonchalant Khushi. Maybe if you show him that you don't

care anymore he'll just go away!

"Just go away! I'just go"

"Why? You don't care anymore right, so why should my presence bother

you? And anyways I came here of my own free will and I'll leave when

I feel like it. Last I checked this was a free country, I can do what I

want. And anyways what Iam doing is legal and even if it was not you

are no police to stop me sweetheart!" winking at her he went back to his

room.

Khushi was speechless! How the hell did things go so wrong! She was

supposed to get away from him, she was supposed to live a Raizada-free

life and now she has to share this house with the devil himself.

Mr.Raizada you have brought hell upon yourself! What was he saying

free will, free country, will do as he pleases, she can't stop him! If she

doesn't make him eat his words then her name is not KKG! Now he will

leave this place of his own free will!!
