Trust
Khushi has saved Arnav from the clutches Shyam,
all misunderstandings between them has been
cleared. Everyone in the family knows about
Shyam. It was a hard blow to all of them but they
accepted it bravely. Anjali was the strongest of
them all even though she had suffered a
miscarriage. Arnav khushi's contract marriage
comes to an end in a day's time. They haven't
talked about it since the kidnapping(which
happened very recently, you can assume it as
yesterday).
Arnav enters the room and sees Khushi packing.
"What are you doing??". "You forgot, tomorrow
our six month contract comes to an end so Iam
leaving" replied Khushi with a wistful smile.
"Bu..but why? I thought our misunderstandings
were cleared and everything was okay!"
exclaimed Arnav trying to hide the rising panic
from his
voice. "Sure everything is fine now and all is good
and happy, you married me to save your sister's
life which is saved so no reason to stay back"
answered Khushi without looking up. "Don't go,
stay!!"
"I wish I could but no, the foundation of every
relationship is trust without trust there is no
point of love. Sure now you trust after you got all
proofs'.. but sadly I don't" Khushi said to Arnav
trying her best to be strong and not break down
there. She had to do it this time not for her
family, not for his family, not for him, but for
herself. "I can forgive you for everything you
have done to me but I can't forget it. I cannot
trust you with my heart again, not this time."
"Iam sorry I wish I could stay but I need time'
time to heal, time to forget and time to move on. I
know you are sorry and you repent your mistakes
but this time it is not about you. I just can't forget
everything so easily." As Khushi talked Arnav
realized the extent of damage his actions and
words have done on this girl. She was brought out
of her dream world and was forced to face harsh
realities of the world by him, the person who
claimed to love her and protect her from
everything. She was right she should go away,
away from him where he can't reach her, can't
her. He felt a sudden pain in his chest at that
thought as if his life was sucked out of him. He
tried to imagine a life without Khushi..no he
couldn't do it. No..he can't let her go..He'll make
it up
to her no matter what she has to stay ..she can't
leave him, he was too selfish to let her go. And if
she didn't agree then he'll follow her, yes he'll
follow her to the ends of the world, to hell with
his business Akash and Aman can take care of it till he comes back and if she doesn't want to come back then he can always start a new branch wherever she's going to live. She has to stay with him, she can't leave him not now not ever.
As these thoughts were going through Arnav's
mind Khushi has finished packing. Since he
didn't reply she thought he has accepted it and is
okay with it. How wrong she was!!
