Kripa had worked mechanically through the morning, preparing Ansh for the school, dropping him at the bus stop, going to the office, meeting with clients. She didn't know what to do about Angad's ultimatum about them getting married. She needed a friend to talk to right now, so she went to Prithvi. Prithvi was surprised to see Kripa when she should be at Aashaye but didn't comment.

When she didn't say anything and just kept staring into space, Prithvi made coffee for both of them and kept the cup in front of Kripa and said, "Spill".

Kripa still didn't continue, just sipped her coffee. Prithvi gave her time as he knew she will eventually share what was troubling her. It happened after he had cleared up the table and was in the kitchen doing dishes when Kripa spoke, "Angad is back."

Prithvi kept the dishes carefully back in the sink and turned towards her.

"He knows about Ansh." Prithvi stared impassively at her, "he wants us to marry."

"What do you want?" Prithvi asked.

"I don't know. Nothing has changed. He doesn't love me and there is Mishti."

"Do you think he will be a good father?"

"I don't know. I have never seen him interact with Ansh or any kid."

"Do you love him?"

"I don't know. Prithvi I am so confused. But I know I don't want to marry him."

"Then don't. He can't make you. He has no hold over you or Ansh. He cannot do anything. If you don't want to marry him, you don't have to."

"But I want Ansh to know his father."

"That doesn't mean you have to marry him. You can let him visit, or send Ansh over to Delhi for his holidays. I think it is time to tell all about this to Kappa and Yuvi."

"But…"

"Kripa they are family. I have telling you all this time, that you should not hide about Ansh from them, but you did, and I understood. But now Angad is in picture, and he will tell them if you don't. Think about how hurt they will be if they here about Ansh from him."

"I will call them."

"No, something like this cannot be said on phone. You have to go to Delhi and talk to them. Introduce Ansh to them."

"I will think about you."

"When is Angad coming?"

"I didn't tell you he is coming."

"You didn't need to. I know you."

Kripa smiled at the truthfulness of the statement. Sometimes he even read her thoughts. If only Angad had that ability, that thought wiped the smile off her face.

"1 p.m. he wants me to sign the request form for marriage."

"Don't worry about it. I will be there with you."

"No, Prits I can handle him. He will turn aloof and abrupt if you are there."

"We will have to deal with that. If he is going to be a part of your and Ansh's life, he will have to accept that I am a part of it as well."

"But not today. Today we will have enough to deal with as it is."

"Okay, let's go. I will walk you home."

"Prithvi I live right next door."

"That makes it easier. Now come on, and put on your smiling face, frown doesn't suit you."

Angad has had a miserable evening. After extending the invitation to Naina for the party, he had had to go. All his executives and Naina had been there. Kripa had been missing, not that he had expected her to turn up. She would not have left Ansh alone at night.

The miserable night has not improved his mood. He just hoped Kripa would be sensible enough to have signed those papers. If not, he had a surprise for her.

Lovely update.Oh Anshu pls make AK marry soon.I am waiting for that. Prithvi is really a great friendand he is right .Kripa has to tell her family about Ansh herself.Waiting for surprise which Angad has on his mind for Kripa.Thanks for the amazing part.
