I understand Khushi's ... shock. I mean one minute they're dancing, Arnav's mood changes before the dance and whilst dancing, this simple act for the two seems so intimate and BANG ... >>> out of absolutely nowhere, he DEMANDS her to marry him. I mean come on Arnav!!! You expect her to say yes to you just like that?!!! Hell no! She isn't Khushi Kumari Gupta for nothing. If she were, she wouldn't be the woman who you so deeply have fallen in love with hmmm ...😆
As for Shyam, he is truely a criminal and pretty insane isn't he?

All these as you have stated amongst other things. He thinks he's pretty smart, but doesn't realise that he's not covered everything that he could. He's being watched. He's that mad that he doesn't see this. Well guess what Shyam, you ain't as smart as you'd like to think ... Your a useless, good for nothing leech.
Arnav going back to the memories that both he and Khushi shared was a pretty nice touch. Enjoyed it 😃😃 Written to perfection. 👏
It seems that Anjali here has doubts in regards with Shyam, her husband and bloody well gladly so! I'm glad the Doctor had enough sense in him to check.
When Khushi was having trouble trying to get her head around Arnav's question I think that was difficult enough for her as it was. Then when Arnav said the part about him hurting her and for that reason her not wanting to marry him ... I actually had tears in my eyes. Touching 😭😭😭
When Arnav counts those things on his fingers about what he knows about ... his Khushi ... that there was a magical moment.

Arnav is getting much better with being gentle, kind and affectionate towards Khushi. He is more open about his feelings for her to her face and that right there is something that he would've definately found challenging but nonetheless had overcome.
Arnav saying the following was really ... something ... 😉😃 ... perhaps beautiful. I don't have the right word/words to describe what this particular part meant to me because it was just bloody awesome!
