This one broke my heart Rae. I really feel for Arnav. :(
How selfish is it of their families to do what they think is best for them. Nani is refusing to see what is right in front of her. I wish Anjali had the will to do more for her Chotte than just bend to Nani's wishes.

So her grandad is Italian and her Grandmom acts as translator. Nani's dialogue about how caring Nisha was literally made me cringe. Not because I have something against Nisha but because we have heard this in so many different ways and so so many times about Khushi.

Nisha has Daddy issues? Whats all this about redemption?

Looking forward to more of Khushi. :)

The pain in both Arnav and Nisha was so well described that I could almost feel the awkwardness, the fear, the helplessness...it was brilliantly written!!

Rae🤗 ( Im hugging you more cause you seriously have got me giddy after this update ! )
The way you just portrayed Arnav here !! Seriously like you said he was laid all bare , and man he's so hurt because of himself because of his family, because he couldnt trust her , love her when she needed him the most !! And I guess there is that guilty conscience of his which made him promise that to Nisha !! That he'd never let their families come in between them..So that probably by never hurting Nisha because of his family or his hasty decisions he's trying to redeem himself ?

And he laughed.

OMG !!! That was one amazing line man...I could actually picturise him giving this totally ironical and heart-wrenching laugh.And just that this time it isnt on a dark road.Cause for him his home is the darkest abode because of what he lost in this place !!

And man Nisha ... OMG Im getting so intruiged by her and her past her parents her grandparents !!She has a great history and Im waiting to know more and more about her too !!

And Nani and her conversation the one line she said about how Nisha is such a nice choice makes me feels that Arnav still hasn't told his family at all about Shyams's ways and if he has his family is so dumb they want to put a blindfold on the very obvious...But Anjali.probably she knows it she even knows that Shyam's cheating on her was and is cheating...But she is blinded by the faith that one day maybe just maybe she might get a tiny bit back in return ! And this update is kind of hinting at Shyam still being at RM

And the promise for the next update !! Wooo !!
A Khushi centred update is something Im damn eager about...And Im dying to read it...

An amazig update once again Rae !! seriously you're gonna get tonnes of thread for this FF

Today is the first time I've cried reading a FF!! Tears were just streaming down my face for Arnav and Khushi😭. She just left without defending herself, no explanation. So it looks like Shyam won and that is so unfair. Arnav knows she did not do anything wrong, she was not to be blamed. She did not see the need to justify herself and he could not go against his family or abandoned them. They say, "If you love someone set them free and if they come back then they did belong to you". I hope this is true for Arnav and Khushi because they must have set each other free thinking it was for the best knowing deep down they cannot live without each other. There is no way he will ever be able love Nisha. The way he proposed the marriage is the same thing he told Khushi when they got married, but the difference is that he loved Khushi and in this case he's not in love. That Raizada house must be one cold and unhappy place right now. Arnav is dying slowly, Anjali can see that but don't have the backbone to stand up, nani is caught up in an illusion, Nisha's grandparents only care about their late son's legacy instead of their grand-daughter's feeling. This is all a big pretense. OMG who is going to stop this disaster waiting to happen. Arnav has started drinking what's next? Arnav will now live in the memory of khushi while he's married to another woman. Nisha will now live with the memory of Sharman while married to Arnav. They are both in the same predicament. This story is REALLY gripping. Thanks for the PM

A laugh full of mirth, irony, broken dreams and tears before he passed out mumbling how much he loved her, how much he wanted, needed her back, how much he died every single day he had been condemned to stay without her. How much he wished he could defy everything and change that moment when she had looked at him the last time with a small hope that he would stop her. How much he wished that he could stand up for her but he couldnt...no one would let him - his responsibilities, his family, his past.
So he hoped.
How much he hoped she was happy and satisfied and well without him there to corrupt her life.

Too bad she wasn't there to listen to any of his cries.😭😭

i had tears in my eyes rae!! it was so heart wrenching and you wrote it baeutifully !! i could feel the pain they were going through!!
