Arnav meets with an accident and everyone thinks he is dead. Khushi starts managing AR

Few years later Arnav is back in India with a different name he has lost his memory and a family tells him he is their son/bro. Khushi secretary I think is getting married to Arnav bro(the family who adopts him)

Arnav also meets Prem i think he accidentally comes in Arnav car and later Arnav takes care of him .
