he returned his mansion angry , sad , desperate and frusturated at himself and he didn't knew the reason …. He knew that at that time dadi wont be at home and so he headed straight towards his room…after getting freashen up he came down But finding the mansion was so quiet he asked nakul about misthi.. and on his direction he went to her room …. He entered her room and the sight made his heart cleanch ….. she was sitting in the couch with her skirt lifted up till her knees and her right leg streached to the table with the lotion spread on her leg and then as he saw intently he saw that there was alittle red in her leg where her bone had come out …. He walked to her and saw that she was so completely immersed in her work that she didn't notice him coming …. He quietly sat in front of her and touched the mark …

she became conscious of some one's presence in her room when she felt a touch in her leg… looking up she saw maan sitting near her leg and loking at it intently … she became conscious that her skirt was up lifted and she tied to get back her leg when maan held it ….

Maan – its bleeding isn't it ???

MISTHI – ji ….

Maan – how ????

She sain pausing between words and stammeting a little ….

I am sorry mr.khurana but misthi doesn't speaks normally… she had stammering or shuttering problem …. This is the reason she speaks less…. Its of self – consciousness … this is found to be heredity in her case as in 9% of all the stammers… but the sad news is that the shock of her accident was so much that it had led to a severe stammering in her case … and mwdical science has no treatment for it for its related to her most important part of brain… although her brain works normally or rather more easily than any other cases but ……

he closed his eyes as he recalled what the doctor had said …. By the time he opened his eyes misthi had covered her legs and was looking at him … he smiled a little at her …

maan – is it paining very much ???

misthi – no …. Thoda ..thoda she said when maan raised one eye brow …. And smiled a little ….He felt elated to see even a small smile in her face after so many days… he looked at the girl sitting in front of him … was she even aware of what was happening or had happened with her ????

misthi – doc..doctor …ne..k..kya kaha ??? she asked out of no where ….he did mark that she was talking slowly ….

Maan - nothing special… you have a operation this Friday …. So be ready … your reports were normal … so no need to worry….

Then he received a call telling that his friends had come to visit him … before going he looked at misthi once and said …..

Every thing will be alright …. You will be ok ….. you will talk and walk like a normal person again …..

He got up to go but as he was near the door mishthi called him back ….

He looked back to see MISTHI getting up from the couch and walking towards him with the help of the cruches … it pained him to see her like this … although she didn't show it but the pain was visible in her eyes ….. but he couldn't deny the soothing effect it had on him when she called him by his name… he remembered saying her to call him by his name … but then he didn't knew that her voice would have such a effect on him…… she walked towards him and they both walked out of the room quietly when she said ….

Maan looked at her in a shock … how did she know it ???? but the next set of words took away his life …. Misthi saw that maan had stopped walking … she looked at him and asked him to walk down with her eyes …..

With ..one ..bone .. broken … no one can ..walk…pro..perly …. So ..i would .. limp .. my whole life ... doc..doctor did say this … didn't he ????

By this time they were in the end of the stairs … now maan was truly stunned to hear that…. So she did know the truth ….

Maan - how do you know all these misthi ????

Mishthi - bhai had taken me doc..doctors … aur ..maine.. kkal … aapki ba..batein sun lit hi..

She stopped in her tracks and looked at maan … maan searched for some sasdness .. some desperation in her eyes.. but he couldn't find anything…..

That was all she said before she smiled a little at him and turned to walk out of the mansion to the garden…. But her each disoriented step burned him /… while his words had left an deep effect on him and also on the boy who had heard the entire conversation standing upstairs ….

Maan , yash , arnav and arjun were friends from childhood …. Rather the three were mostly in KM … even they were so attached with dadi to such a extent that there were rooms just for them … and they stayed in mansion as a family… Not only were they best friends but also were business partners … every thing they did together …. for they all stayed together ….

Maan – of course not .. she knows what the whole world and meera and mohan knows about us …

Arjun – damn it maan … what are we going to tell them about her ????

But before he could say some thing else … he was informed that dadi and their siblings had come back from the trip…. They rushed down only to see misthi walking inside the mansion with nakul while nakul was chiding her because she hadn't taken her medicines and that dadi would scold him..… she was about to climb the stairs when maan called her from behind ….

Misthi .. our siblings are coming back.. they don't know about you … so please don't tell them from where you have come …. We are telling them that you had an accident and you lost your parents and we have brought you here …. So please go with our story …and one thing.. they are introvert.. don't talk with strangers are also little arrogant so just be little on cheak with them ...

He said and looked at her to see her looking at him with an unreadable expression … she just nodded once and looked at him … but then he saw that she wSA not looking at him.. following her gaze he was shocked to know that she was looking intently at yash…. Out of all people ….

Every one was looking at them intently and saw that she was looking very very intently at him as if she was finding some thing in him… even yash was shocked at the way she was looking at him … after some time she averted her eyes and was just in her first stairs when they heard a shout from behind… and turned to see a boy and a girl who ran and hugged maan and arjun….

It had been two months and geet's surgery was done…. It was successful .. but there was something wrong that he couldn't put finger in…. misthi was mostly quiet and so was meera and mohan … there was no visible conversation between them was seen .. though they had got along well and had no hard feeling towards each other as they had thought at first but their relationship was not growing … misthi would be in her room most of the time reading a magazine or drawing while meera and mohan will be in their own ….

The situation was so that the 4 began to doubt if the three even knew that the other existed…. When the 3 M would be left alone there would be pindrop silence and then one by one every one would leave the place … the only convo between them was a smile they shared in the breakfast table or in dinner … where they came , sat , ate and then went quietly to their own room….

Damn yaar yash … ky aho raha hai ??? neither of them are even looking at the other …. Maan said irritatedly ….

Lets go to office first and then we can discuss something about them .. right ???? yash assured him as they were going to office …..

Soon the 4 were near the door when meera came running down ….

Maan – yah princess …

Bhai – NIFT ke form aa gaye hain… so can you bring it while coming home ???

Maan – thik hai .. I will bring the form for you …. And mohan ??? what will he be doing next ????

Mohan – bhai .. I would also give NIFT …..

Maan – fine … two forms for you …..

Mohan – bhai .. actually three .. one for misthi too….

Now this shocked every one ….

Arjun – misthi ??? why ???

Mohan – because she does awesome designs and also she had done designing in her 12^th class…. So we thought it would be good if she too gives it with us ….

Arjun – but how did you know that she had done designing ???? you gies don't talk much right ????

Mohan – no we do talk … you see our rooms are connected so normally we sit in one room and chat and discuss….

Arnav – thank god .. at least you all are getting along.. we thought we would have to keep you in gun point to make you talk …. Anyways we are getting late … we will bring the forms …

Meera – bye bhai ….

Arnav , maan – bye …

Arjun – meera … whats the age of misthi ??

Meera – 17… this june she would be 18 …..

The results of the NIFT was announced and contrary to their expectation .. misthi was a top ranker in the entrance exam along with meera … though mohan had qualified it but he had topped the journalism exam…. So while misthi and meera were reading in NIFT mohan joined india's top journalism collage ….

Their life had set in a routine … before the 4 would leave for their office these three would leave for their collage… the only time the 7 would meet was during the dinner time which on the insistence of dadi was compulsory to do ….

Still the misthi would talk very less .. and just nod her head … the last time maan had had a desent conversation with misthi was the day she had met with meera … she didn't look at anyone in the dinning table with her head kept down….

Soon their courses were complete and it was the day of declaration of result …. Dadi had wanted to have a desent dinner outside that evening so she had asked misthi , mohan and meera to come to Khurana groups from their collage …

They had set to go to khurana groups unkown that their fate was about to take a 360 degree turn from now ….

Maan and yash had gone nuts while taking the interview for their fashion designer …. They were looking for a best designer for their previous one had left for a pregnancy holiday …. But this time maan and yash were taking the interview …. But the ones who had come did all was to stare at them… so yash had gone to take anathor interview for a second designer nedded then …..

Maan called for the next candidate …. He had turned around when the person entered ….

Sit down .. he said … your CV ….

He asked for the cv.. and while he went through it.. and he found the cv and every thing kown …. He gave a paper back and asked her to make a design for a fusion dress …..

After few minutes she forwarded the design and he was really impressed by her design ….

Congratulations .. you are selected for the job …..

He said as he turned back only to be shocked to see misthi sitting in front of him …..

While the condition was no less for yash … he was also shocked out of his wits to see meera sitting in front of him as the designer he has selected ……

And there mohan was selected to work for khurana media…..
