Chapter 7: (LAST PART)

From the next day it was not same for anyone. Everyone is in their own world but here two lives have completely changed. Maan and geet are not in their original selves. They forgot how to smile and they became a stone and working day and night to forget their grief which is impossible.

Finally geet went to London she just informed her dad before going. She didn't talk except with her veerji. She joined college for MBA and maan knows that. He kept track on geet and geet too but they never talked with each other respecting their elders.

Days passed, months passed, years passed. Its been 2 years the separation of maan and geet. They never talked with each other but they did not forget each other. They both are thinking of each other. They spent many sleepless nights. Geet promised her dad that until he is ok with their relation she wont talk or meet maan, but the main thing he forgot that the same punishment he is also suffering. Till today she never talked with her dad or she went to india. Even when meera delivered a baby boy she didn't go. But she is very happy for her brother. Atleast she is happy. But how can a brother be happy when his sister is in pain.

Geet just talked with her veerji and told about her studies and all. But she never asked about her dad. She became a lifeless soul. She is waiting for the day to get back to her life, but will that day come? She questions herself zillion of times but she never got her answer. The sweet and bubbly geet became a stone, there is no smile on her face. She always maintains a straight face and with no emotions on her face. Her eyes are expressionless but only pain is visible.

Here maan is not less. He became a ruthless business tycoon, he gets what he want except geet. Rishab and pooja are worried for him. He never shared his pain. A man who knows only how to smile and make others smile now forgot how to smile. He spends most of his time in office busy with files and meetings. But at the same time he cares for his parents too. He spends atleast some time with his parents and with his sister asking her about her studies and all. He became a terror in the office and his staff are hell scared of him. All the staff are literally shocked to see the drastic change in maan. Now maan is the MD of KC.

Geet completed her MBA in London and after that she didn't return to India. She took charge of MD in London branch of HC. Yash tried to convince her many times to come back to India but she is adamant and stayed back there itself. She became successful and she is also very strict MD same as maan. She didn't care for any one. All are feared of her. Its been 4 years she left India.

On the other side mohinder is depressed seeing his children in that state. He is not able to understand what is going on in their lives. He tried many times to talk with geet but when he calls she just answer in mono syllable. He understood his mistake.

What I have done? All are suffering because of my stupidity, I became so blind in my sister's love that I started hating ranbir for no mistake of his. He apologized me many times but I never listened to him. And now I am suffering. Even I never listened to my princess too, she tried to convince me but I was in my own world. Kaash rano aaj tum mere saath hoti, u might have told me what is right and wrong. No I want my daughter's happiness I need nothing more than that. And I know about ranbir very well, my princess will be happy with them. Maan, he will take care of my princess. He did what my princess told and they never met till today. Yes, geet is made for maan. Pooja I am sorry, your brother is coming to you.

With that determination mohinder got up and went downstairs. He saw no one there. So he only drove the car and headed to KM. but he stopped in the middle not able to know how to talk with them. These many years when ranbir tried to talk with him, he didn't care but now for his daughter's happiness he is going. Somewhere he is selfish and want his daughter's happiness. But amongst love and father, she choosed her FATHER and she respected him, even though she didn't talk with him these 4 years she cannot hate him. If she hated him she might not have taken that decision. And today he is ready to take any insult from khurana's and he deserved that.

He again started his drive to KM. he reached there after 45 min of drive. So many things are going I his mind. His car entered into KM and he got down of the car. For the first time in his life he is tensed to meet his friend.

He went to the entrance and rang the bell. In the hall priya, pooja are in the hall talking about something. When they heard the door bell.

Priya told I will see mom.

Ok.. told pooja. Priya opened the door and saw mohinder but she don't know who is he?

She smiled at him and asked ji??

Can I meet your mom and dad? Asked mohinder.

Dad is not at home and mom is there. Oh sorry uncle come in told priya.

Mohinder entered into the hall and pooja is shocked to see him in their house. Mohinder saw pooja's expression and guilt engulfed in him. When ever she meets him she use to wish him with a smile but today she is shocked. Mohinder tried to smile at her but only tears came out of his eyes.

Pooja smiled at him and told come bhai, sit.

Mohinder sat on the couch and pooja told to priya to bring tea for him. Priya nodded and went to kitchen.

How r u bhai? Asked pooja. Mohinder don't know what to answer only tears came out of his eyes. Pooja lovingly wiped his tears and asked what happened bhai?

Why pooja? Why u r not shouting at me? Why you are scolding me? Before if I did anything wrong then you used to warn me right, then now why you are not? Asked mohinder with pain in his eyes.

Pooja smiled sadly and told I lost that right bhai.

No pooja never say like that will kill me. I am sorry for what I did, I know sorry is a small word but main tumare saamne haath jhodta hu mujhe maaf kardo pooja told mohinder not able to face her.

Bhai yeh aap.. but she was cut off by ranbir who came just then.

Nahi pooja don't stop him let him say whatever he wants, and from years it's the same he will tell and we will listen him quietly. Now today why to stop that tradition told ranbir sarcastically. Mohinder too smiled sadly and he knows he deserves this.

Ranbir what you are saying? How can you talk like that? Asked pooja.

Nahi pooja don't stop him, i deserve this and more than this told mohinder and hung his head low.

Bhai,, ranbir you both stop this, I don't want to listen anything now told pooja.

Mohinder folded his hands in front of them and told mujhe pata hain ki main bohot naainsaafi ki hain mere bachon ke saath, geet ke zondagi ke saath. Uske liye dono maan aur geet khush nahi hain. They both are in pain because of me, just because of my stupid decision. Knowing you all from many years also I took that decision. And because of me you both are also lived in pain these many years. I am sorry for all my deeds. I don't want my daughter to suffer any more. I understood what I did is very wrong. Plz maan aur geet ki shaadi honi chahiye. Phir uske baad I don't show my face to anyone of you. I will be happy that my daughter is in safe hands. There is no mistake of my daughter plz don't punish her.

Ranbir and pooja had tears in their eyes seeing him shattered. Ranbir hugged mohinder and told yeh kya kar rahe ho tum. Yeh sab bolne ki kya zaroorat ek baar aake gale laga the. Tho main sab kuch samaj leta hu.

Mohinder too hugged him and continuously repeating I am sorry.

Ranbir broke the hug and told ab chup kar tu, pooja isko chai wai diya ki nahi nahi tho chillayega.

Pooja and mohinder didn't help but smile. Mohinder went to pooja and held her hand and told kyat um apne bhai ko ma'

Nahi bhai aisa mat kahiye, main aapse kabhi gussa thin na abhi. Mujhe pata hain ek na ek din hum sab milte hain.

Mohinder hugged pooja and told kaash aaj rano yaha hoti.

Pooja broke the hug and told rano bhabhi yeh sab dekh rahi hogi, and she will be happy seeing all this.

Mohinder and ranbir smiled with tears. Just then priya came with tea and sweets.

Wow.. I am so happy maan bhai ki shaadi. Uncle aap geet ko jaldi bulalijiye. Mujhe bhabhi se milna hain aur bohot baat karni hain.

Suddenly mohinder face fell and all of them noticed that and asked what happened bhai?

Geet wont listen to me now. You call her and tell her to come back to India told mohinder. They all understood whats the matter. To ease the situation pooja told arey koi baat nahi I will call my bahu back.

Ranbir and mohinder talked for some time and mohinder left home bidding good bye to them. He went to HM and saw a super happy yash there. He is surprised to see him happy and asked yash u look so happy what happened?

Dad I am so happy today, our geet is coming back to India told yash.

Sach.. but how?? You tried to convince her many times but how? Asked mohinder.

Ha dad, yesterday I called her and told that I am very busy with client meeting and there is a govt. tender which is very important and if we get that tender then our company will be in top. So I convinced that I need her help. And she agreed but she is coming only for 2 days. But atleast she is coming told yash and smiled at mohinder.

Mohinder happiness have no bounds. He immediately called ranbir and told him geet is coming tomorrow. Khurana's and handa's are so happy. Mohinder told every thing which happened in KM and yash happiness have no bounds. He hugged his dad and told I am so happy dad, thanku very much.

Dad tomorrow I have a meeting with maan told yash, then an idea popped in his mind and his smile widened.

Then yash told his plan to mohinder and he is very happy listening that.

Ok yash, I will do my work told mohinder and left for his room feeling happy.

Next day morning:

Geet packed her luggage and headed to airport. She is feeling excited for going to delhi so that she can a glimpse of her maan. But she didn't show it on her face and maintained a straight face. She seated herself comfortably in her private jet and reading some magazine. And feeling bored she opened her lappy and replying to the mails she got from her clients.

Soon she drifted to sleep and she woke up when AT told her that the flight is about to land. She got and freshened herself. Soon she reached airport and came out. She saw yash is waiting for her. She looked at him but didn't smile but yash smiled at her and hugged her. They got into the car and yash is driving the car.

How was ur journey geet? U look tired? Asked yash.

Fine veerji, no its ok. We will go to office and finish our work told geet.

Geet I have a small meeting with client it wont take even 15 min, can u wait? Asked yash.

Geet thought for a second and told ok veerji.

Wow thanku geet you made me all easy thought yash.

Soon yash and geet reached KC but geet didn't see whose office it is? She just followed yash quietly. She felt something, that her maan is around. Even in the office maan too felt the same.

Maan' his name escaped from her mouth.

Geet' her name escaped from his mouth the same time.

Geet u wait here I will complete the meeting and come told yash and went in.

Geet waited in the reception and looked at the office which has excellent interior. She liked the office. Yash went into maan's cabin and they exchanged pleasureies.

They started discussing about the project, it's the same project for which yash told he needs geet help. The tender process all completed and now handa's and khurana's are doing that as joint venture. Hehe poor geet, yash lied her.

The meeting got completed after 45min. suddenly here geet's phone and its from an unknown number. She picked the call before she speak there comes mohinder's voice.

Geet beta'

Geet closed her eyes listening to her dad after a long time. She wanted to go to him and hug him tight and cry her heart out. But she composed herself and told ji boliye.

Geet I know that you are very angry on me. I am sorry beta for what I did. Geet beta tum apni dad ko maaf karogi na, main tumko samaj nahi payi aur tumari baat nahi suni. Agar main uss din tumari baat suni tho yeh sab nahi hota, meri beti mujhse durr nahi jati. I cant undo what I did but I can do one thing by bringing back ur maan in your life.

Dad' gasped geet, she is definitely dreaming.

Ha beti, go to ur maan beti. Mujhe tumari aur maan beta ka rishtey se koi aitraaz nahi hain. And geet beta u r in KC now' go and meet your maan geet told mohinder and cut the call and tears of happiness rolled down his cheeks. Pooja wiped his tears and told ab sab kuch thik hojayega bhai.

Mohinder just nodded.

Here in KC geet looked at her phone with tears in her eyes. She don't know what to do. Is she really in KC. Yes she felt maan's presence. But she want to confirm herself. She went to reception and asked is it KC?

Poor receptionist looked at her weirdly and told yes mam.

Geet's happiness have no bounds, she is really in her maan's place. Mohinder's words ringing in her ear 'go and meet ur maan'.

Is maan there in the office? Asked geet.

Before receptionist answer maan and yash came out of his cabin and heading outside. She then got the glimpse of her life. Ohh how much she missed him. Automatically tears rolled down her cheeks. Here seeing maan came out all the staff are doing their work properly nahi tho they have to face the wrath of MSK.

Just maan turned towards reception and saw geet there. He thought he is dreaming, but seeing her tears he confirmed that he is not dreaming. Omg.. they are seeing each other after 4 long years. No no 4 years 2 months 6 days.

Maan is not able to believe that geet is here in his office. He just rooted on the spot and their world stopped there. They don't want to blink their eyes what if in that mere second his geet may vanish.

Geet slowly walked towards maan, 'go to ur maan geet' those words lingered in her mond and not wasting a second she ran to him. Here even maan also wants to take her in his arms and take her away from the whole world. He saw his life is running towards him and a layer a tears formed in his eyes. All staff saw geet and thought why she is running, they are thinking if their boss saw her then he will surely kill her.

Here geet ran to maan and almost jumped on him and hugged him tight. Maan chuckled but he too hugged her tight. Yash is very happy seeing them. The whole staff is just shocked, a girl is hugging him and he too hugged her. Omg' its really a 8^th wonder.

They both are in the same position for long time and like after ages they broke the hug and and looked at each other with tears in their eyes and the longingness. They have a mixed emotions pain, longing, happy.

Yash caressed geet's hair and told dad have no problem with ur relation.

Maan's happiness have no bounds, they both are waiting for this moment and finally it came. What else they needed. Maan hugged yash and told thanku so much bhai.

They 3 went to maan's cabin leaving a shocked staff behind. they all settled on the couch and geet didn't leave maan for even a second. She held maan's arm tight and rested her head on his shoulders. They had smile on their faces after a long time. And yash came out and called his dad and informed about maneet and he decided to give some private time to them and left the office.

Geet looked at maan lovingly and told missed u senior.

Maan caressed geet's cheek and told me too junior and they both hugged again feeling happy and contended.

Finally all are happy and maan and geet stayed in the office for long hours and told each and every thing happened in their life in these four years, and no one disturbed them. Maan kissed her forehead and he captured her lips pouring out all their pain and grief in that kiss. They lived happily ever after with their families. Finally mohinder is happy seeing her daughter happy.
