Chapter 33:

Karthik left from there n went to his room n saw shanti waiting for him. He smiled n hugged her from back. Shanti too smiled n faced him n hugged him tight.

I am very happy shanti today.

Main bhi karthik. After many days I am seeing maan bhai n geet happy.

Ha shanti tum sach bol rahi ho.

Karthik then we can take geet to delhi na. Uncle, aunty will be very happy.

Nahi shanti abi nahi.

karthik smiled n kissed her cheeks . Shanti shied n hid her face in his chest.

when shanti n vicky entered into maan's cabin, they saw sid n maan are discussing about some project. When maan saw them he smiled n welcomed them.

Hello shanti, hello Mr. vicky.

Hello bhai.. sorry sir told shanti.

Maan smiled a little seeing her professional.

Hello Mr. khurana wished vicky.

But vicky's expression changed when he saw sid there.

Vicky (st): what is this b****** doing here? Iski wajah se geet di, maan jiju se dur hain. Par jiju ko kuch bhi pata nahi hain. Di took promise from not to tell anything to anyone. Shit man, seeing him infront of me, I wanna kick him black and blue. Thank god that di is in the car only. If she came here the conequences will be different.

Sid saw vicky n smirked seeing him angry look. Sid gave 'U cannot do anything' look. Just then maan called him.

Vicky called maan.

Vicky came out of his trance n told yes Mr. khurana.

Well Mr. vicky we r very much impressed by your project which our officials signed last week. R u ready for the seminar, so that we can discuss more details about the project told maan.

Yes Mr. khurana I will ask ass. Professor n our students to arrange seminar in the college tomorrow. Well is that ok for u Mr. khurana asked vicky.

Ofcourse Mr. vicky. Well I want the students who r doing this project with our company and I want the ass. Professor to include in the project. Well after the meeting in college will will start the project immediately. As the students should submit the project in college within 6 months told maan.

Ofcourse Mr. vicky told maan.

Ok Mr. vicky its almost lunch time so shall we?? asked sid.

Ofcurse Mr. sid told vicky grintting his teeth.

They all headed to lunch. Shanti is silent all the while. During lunch maan asked

so shanti how is your career?

Fine bhai, our company is doing projects with many MNC's told shanti.

Maan liked the way how she told OUR company n smiled but the smiled didnt reach his eyes. Shanti saw that n closed her eyes seeing the pain in his eyes.

Just then sid spoke hey shanti dont u want your bhai to be happy. I cant see my friend so painful plz tell your friend to come back soon.

Vicky's eyes became red due to anger but he composed n spoke when we come to know where is my geet didi, then maan will be the first one to know. So aap chinta mat kijiye Mr. sid told vicky sarcastically.

Sid face became dull, he expected that shanti might be knowing where geet is n he can trap her but all his plans flopped due to this idiot vicky thought sid. Anger on vicky is visible on his face.

Ok maan, I have some work. Meet u in the evening told sid n left from there.

Sid is frustated seeing vicky there n his answer. His anger is building inside n his lust on geet is also increasing day by day. When he came out of the office n was going towards parking lot geet saw him.

~~end of flahsback~~

yeh hua karthik told shanti.

Karthik sighed in relief n thanking god that sid didnt see geet.

Thanku very much shanti.

Karthik tum thik tho hain na? Asked shanti worriedly.

Ha sweet heart, dont worry told karthik n kissed her cheeks.

In maneet's room:

Maanvi is sleeping peacefully on the bed n maan is carassing her hair n looking at her lovingly. Geet came there n sat beside him silently not speaking anything. Before they use to talk all non-sense n fight for each n every thing. But today they have to talk so much, share their pain with each other but no one is daring to talk. Once they speak they easily break down completely.

Maan confirmed that maanvi is sleeping, then he turned to geet. She looked at him, his eyes which are hiding the pain n trying to smile. Maan cupped her face n told I missed u geet, but today I am very happy u r back. My life is back again.

Geet too cupped his face n told why u r lying maan, I can see the pain in your eyes. U can lie to whole world but not me maan.

Thats it maan hugged her tightly n rested his chin on her shoulder n crying like a small baby.

Geet is rubbing his back. Kyun geet kyun chodke chali gayi tum? Tumko pata hain main kitne akela reh gaya hu main. Its like someone has taken my life away from me.

I know maan i know that u went through so much these many years and i know I am the reason behind it..

Maan immediately broke the hugs and nods to stop sayng such thngs..

he wipes tears flowing cntinuosly with hs thumb and kisses on her cheeks then forehead..he cupped her face lovingly Dont u dare geet.. dont u dare to say anything about my geet.. tumhe kya lagtha hai meri geet muje takleef pahuncha sakthi hai jab ki o muje mujse bhi zyada pyar karthi hai..

Geet smiles while tears roll down her cheeks..

Ye sach hai geet ki mein tumhare bina mar gaya tha..pata nahi itne saal kese guzara mein ne..par mein jaantha tha ki meri geet ek din mere paas zaroor ayegi.. muje poora barosa tha mere pyar par.. muje pata tha ki mere pyar tumhe muj tak wapis le ayega..

Geet smiles slighty again and hugs him tigthty.. maan also hugs her back and kisses her hair..he holds her tightly as if he's making himself realize that his geet is with him really..

Maan tum kuch bhi kaho mein jaanthi hu mein ne tumara dil dukaya hai..tumko bahuth takleef pahunchaya..iam sorry maan..

Maan:shh..mein ne kaha na tumhari koi galti nahi hai..galti toh meri hai..mein hi nahi samaj paya tha ki meri geet kis haalat se guzar rahi thi..iam sorry geet..mein tumhara saath nahi de paya jab tumhe meri zaroorat thi. When came back from US I was very happy for seeing after a long time but I didnt see the pain in your eyes. Galti tho meri hain ki main tumko samaj nahi paya. Mujhe laga ki tum bhi khush ho but I was wrong geet. Meri jaan, meri mishty dard mein thi aur mujhe pata bhi nahi tha. Main tumari pyaar ki laayak nahi hu geet.

Nahi maan aisa mat kaho. Galti tumari nahi balki meri thi. Tumko chodne ka galti, tumko maanvi ke baare mein na bolne ki galti. Par main kya karu maan, haalat hi kuch aisa hua ki main ghar chodne ka faisla le liya. Maan tum mujse naraaz nahi ho maanvi ke baare mein nahi batane ke liye?

Maan nodded in a no n took her hand in his n told Nahi geet..mein tumhe tumse zyada jaantha hu geet..tum kabhi bhi aisa kaam nahi karegi jisse muje takleef..rahi baat maanvi ki..muje yakeen hai ki iske peche koi majboori rahi hogi warna meri mishty kabhi aisa nahi karegi..ha muje thoda bura laga ki mein itni dino se meri bacchi ke saath nahi tha par ab aur nahi ab mein meri princess ko aur uski mama ko ek pal ke liye bhi nahi chodunga. Iss baar nahi geet mujhe pata hain ki main tumara waada thoda..

Nahi maan tumne kuch nahi kiya. Ab hamari princess apni mama, papa ke saath rahegi.

Ha geet uske papa usko ek pal ke liye bhi nahi chodega.

Saying so maan kissed his princess forehead. Just then they heard knock at the door.

Maan opened the door n saw karthik n shanti smiling at him.

Bro move mujhe apni princess ke saath baat karni hain, shayad wo chachu miss kar rahi hogi told karthik n entered the room by zabardasti.

Chachu ko miss bilkul bhi nahi wo chachi ko miss kar rahi hogi told shanti.

But they saw she is sleeping peacefully, they both made baby face n looked at maan. Seeing their faces maan burst out into laughter. Karthik is so happy seeing his brother laugh after so long time. He immediately hugged maan n told I am very happy bro.

Maan too reciprocated the hug. Then geet's mobile rang n its vicky.

Hey vicky bolo told geet.

Hii di how r u?? u know I am missing my princess told vicky.

Tum kaha chale gaye the?

Tum khush hona di.

Ha vicky I am happy told geet chirpily.

Pata hain di kitne din hogaye aapko khush dekkar. I am very happy di.

Thanku vicky for helping me.

Kyun di main tumara bhai nahi hu kya? Why u r saying thanku to me. Agar aapne aisa kiya main aapse kabhi nahi baat karunga.

Acha ok ok.. waise meeting ka kya hua?

Ha di main tho bhool hi gaya. Aapko pata hain hum kisse deal sign kiya?

maan, karthik looked at her when she told KHT.. actually no one knows that KT (khurana technologies) banglore branch office name is KHT (khurana-handa technologies).

Wah di wah MD kaun hain?

Vicky mujhe kya pata KHT ka MD kaun hain told geet confusingly.

Just then maan snatched her mobile n told vicky, geet will talk to u later.

Ok told vicky confusingly.

Maan yeh tumne kya kiya main vicky se baat kar rahi thi told geet.

Ek minute, tum job karti ho kya? Asked maan.

Maan yeh kya sawaal hain? Asked geet.

Kaha? Asked maan.

********* university mein asst. Professor.

WHAT?? shouted both karthik and maan.

Kya hua? Asked geet.

Tum.. tum.. professor asked maan unbelievably.

Bechara studenta ka kya hoga told karthik.

Kya kaha tumne asked geet angrily.

Nahi geet tum tum professor. The girl who is afraid of giving seminar in her own class is now professor in university told maan proudly.

Ha geet we r very proud of u told karthik.

Pehle main bhi darr gayi thi. Par I remembered the words which told by maan, that we have to stand on our feet n doesnt depend on anyone. Hum kisi se bhi nahi darna kyunki hum galat kaam nahi kar rahe hain. Isiliye aaj main iss position main hu told geet proudly looking at maan.

Maan smiled at her n they 3 had a group hug.

Aap log mujhe bhool gaye pouted shanti.

They all smiled n all the 4 had a group hug. They broke the hug n smiled whole heartedly. By seeing them laughing our cutie pie maanvi too got up. She started crying as they forgot her in the group hug. All of them turned to her. Karthik took her in his arms n asked why my princess is crying? Ohh aapko gussa aya na ki yeh sab aapko chodke baat kar rahe hain. Koi baat nahi main hu na aapke chachu.

Maanvi smiled at him. Karthik kissed her forehead n started talking with her. All of them laughted at them.

Suddenly geet asked maan mera mobile do mujhe vicky se baat karni hain. Meeting ke baare mein.

Meeting kal 10'o clock in college told maan.

Tumko kaise pata? Asked geet.

Because u have meeting with me Mrs. professor told maan.

Maan hamara company KT hain but I signed with KHT told geet.

KHT khurana-handa technologies told maan.

Geet is shocked to listen this n told iska matlab matlab I have meeting with u. omg.. omg.. I cant believe this my students are going to do project in our company. I am very happy maan told geet n hugged him tight.

Ahem ahem cleared shanti.

They broke the hug feeling embrassed.

Bhai.. actually aaj meeting nahi hua na. So kal afternoon ko meeting ho jaye. Mujhe parso london jaana hain meeting ke liye told shanti,

ok shanti sure told maan.

London kyun ?? frowned karthik n geet.

Nahi yaar meeting hain bus 2 days told shanti.

Ok told geet but karthik face became dull.

Maan n geet smiled at karthik. The whole they all talked with each other even vinod, yash-sudha also joined them. All are happy after 2 long years. They too became children and playing with maanvi n rupa. Rishab is very happy seeing them. He informed pooja, vijaya n anand to come to banglore immediately but didnt tell the reason still. They are worried what might be happened. Maan arranged special flight for them not to stress anand much. By tomorrow evening they will be in banglore.
