Pooja n vijaya turned back n saw cildren with quite worried faces.

All of them sat in the car n maan started driving. Within 20 min they reached hospital. Maan parked the car n all of them ran inside. They asked in the reception

Patient name shanti accident asked maan.
Yes sir she is in ICU. Go to 2nd floor.

Outside the ICU shanti'd dad, geet's dad n maan's dad are waiting for doctor. Just then doctor came out. Geet ran to doctor and asked
doctor how is she?
She lost lot of blood n head injury. We r trying our level best to save her but at present she is not responding to any medicine. Some miracle should happen told doctor.
Doctor dont tell like that. Shanti ko kuch nahi hoga. Mujhe pata hain wo.. mujhe chodke kahi nahi jaayegi told geet n hugged maan tight.

Maan too had tears in his eyes but controlled himself for the sake of geet n told ha geet hamari shanti ko kuch nahi hoga. Hum sab hain na.

Immediately geet went in n saw her best friend, her childhood friend lying there on bed. Her head is bandaged n oxygen mask. Her face is pale. Geet went near her n touched her cheeks.
Shanti yeh kya hua tumko. Chalo jaldi utho. Mujhe tumko bohot saare baat karni hain. Plz shanti utho told geet crying bitterly. But there is no movement in her. She is just like a lifeless body lying on the bed.

By hearing karthik's name there is a slight movement in shanti. Geet saw that n called her shanti.. shanti utho.
Again there is no movement. Geet understood now karthik can save her. Immediately she went out n saw karthik sat on the bench, tears rolling down his cheeks. Geet sat on her knees infront of him n cupped his face n told
chinna dont be upset, shanti ko kuch nahi hoga. Now u should save your love. Yes chinna only u can save her. Go chinna go n talk to her. Plz save my friend told geet n hugged him. Karthik too hugged her.
Will she be alright? Asked karthik.
Maan closed his eyes listening his brother.

Karthik went inside n saw his love lifeless. He went n sat beside her n held her hand.
Shanti main karthik, tumara karthik. Yeh kya hogaya tumko. 1 week ke liye hum nahi the aur tum apna kya haalat bana diya. Chalo utho bohot ho gaya.
Karthik kissed her palm n told plzz shanti tumko meri baat sunna hi hoga. Kyunki main tumse bohot pyaar karta hu. I love u shanti, I love u very much. Bohot dinon se yeh baat kehna chati hu but himmat nahi the but aaj muje tumko aisi haalat mein nahi dekh sakta hu main. Agar tumko kuch hua tho main jee nahi sakta hu.
When those words escaped from his mouth shanti started breathing heavily. When karthik checked the machine her heart beat is rising. Immediately he went out n called doctor.
Doctor doctor.
Kya hua chinna asked maan.
Karthik pointed towards ICU n told shanti ko hosh aya.
Maan n geet felt very happy. Doctor came n checked her n gave some injection. Now she is responding to medicine n her BP level is little high.
Doctor came out n told really its a miracle. She is responding to medicines. But her BP is little high. We will keep her under observation for one day n we will shift her to the room.
Thanku so much doctor told maan.
Even all the elders are relieved n even happy seeing their care for their friend. From past 2 days they r trying to bring her out of that stage but their all efforts went in vain. But today she is responding. They r very proud of their children.
Shanti's dad went near the children n holded his hands n told aaj aap logon ki wajah se meri bachi thik hui hain. I am very much thankful to u beta.
Immediately geet n karthik held his hand n told what r u saying uncle she is our friend. How can we see her in that condition. Hamari jaan bhi de sakte hain hum apni dost ke liye told karthik,
shanti's dad hugged him n blessed him. Then after 4 hours shant opened her eyes n looked here n there.
Papa called shanti in her weak voice.
Her father came near her n asked kaisi ho beta ab tum?
Thoda dard ho raha hain papa.
Tum bulkul chup raho aur aaram karo told geet.
Shanti looked at her n smiled geet tum kab ayi ho?
Geet had tears in her eyes n told I dont wanna talk to u. kya samaj thi ho tum apne aap ko.

Geet carassed her hair n told aaram karo shanti.
All of them smiled with tears.
Ha shanti tum aaram karo. We all r here only told maan.
After sometime shanti slept. Next day she is shifted to ward from ICU. Karthik is taking good care of her.
After one week in hospital room:
how r u now shanti? Asked karthik.
I am fine now karthik told shanti.
Today u r gonna discharge, 1 month tak no college n no work. U have to take complete rest. Ok?
Shanti made a baby face n told ok.

He went near her n held her hand n asked what happened?

Next month passed n shanti became normal n started going to college in the car. She tried to convince karthik, maan n geet but there is no use. They became very careful about her.
Due to all this yash-sudha postponed their marriage after 8 months.
One day all are in the hall in KM n chatting with each other.
Just then maan came there n told seriously muje aap logon se kuch baat karna hain.

All the ladies geet, sudha, pooja n vijaya shouted WHAT??

Maan went infront of her n cupped her face. Geet started punching his chesh with her small fists.

Geet hugged him tight n told thik hain only 2 years n she cried uncontrolably. The thought of being away from him for 2 years is killing her inside but she cant come in the middle of his dreams. So she is hiding her pain inside n smiling at him. But maan can see her pain through her eyes.
Days passed maan didnt leave for even a single minute he is always with her. But here geet is happy that maan is always with her. She again became to her normal self.
But what happened in those 2 years that geet left all of them. When maan came back from london she was happy no no acting as if she is happy. Why didnt she tell anything about her past in those 2 years to maan. Whom she is afrid of? Eventhough she left all of them then why she is dying to meet all of them? Isnt her decision to leave the house. Do anyone of her family knows that she is leaving? No? But the answer is YES. Yes one person in her family knows that she is leaving. But who is that? Why didnt they try to stop her?
