PART 8

precap- nupur preganant, gang excited, mayank worried about something, nupur missing her mom

some days later- college

MN walk into the college together. Mayank smiled and squeezed her hand before saying bye to her and walking to the staffroom. nupur turned with a smile in her eyes to face a serious looking ashwini and rohan staring at her their arms folded across their chests.

"kya hua? Tum dono itne serious kyun ho?"

"di aap humse baat hi mat karo"

"haan nupur aapne itni badi baat humse chupaayi?"

" wo rohan...ash..." nupur fumbled

"hum tho aapke dost nahin haina ,humlogon ko kyun bataayengi? "

"sorry sach mein.." and held her ears.

ash gave her a hug," congrats di! Gunjan di ud rahin thi" and all three started walking acroos the corridor to the class.

"main aapko itni aasaani se maaf nahin karnewaala.

"Rohan chalo, tum dono ko mere taraf se treat , tumhe hamaari last time ki study session ki kasam!"

rohan smiled,"okay treat disco mein weekend ko" looking at ash.

"haan mayank ke saath! agar wo mujhe dance karne dega tho" nupur said enthusiastically. Rohans face fell.

"tho chodo. Aap na ghar mein aapke haathon se kuch achha bana do" slightly sarcastic

nupur hit him ,"but wo bhi teek hain. Waise bhi mujhe kuch khatta khaane ka mann kar rahaan hain!"

"aur aapko hamare saare assignments khudh complete karne padega"

"rohan itna bhi mat sapne dekho" and all three burst out laughing standing near the basketball court where as usual someone was playing

"waise di aap apna year complete karpaaogi?"

" bilkul karoongi. Warna mera pati mujhe kachha chabaadega"

"great then kal se study session shuru kyun rohan?"

"actually girls, main tum dono ke saath padne nahin aapaaoonga" both looked at him questioningly

before he could answer back, the basketball came and hit nupur – on her left side , near the chest.she screamed and fell sideways leaning an ash who held her .

"di aap teek ho? "

rohan looked at her for a second and started walking a little angrily towards the guys who had begun to say sorry to nupur, when mayank whizzed past them.

"tum logon ko kitne baar yeh batane ki zaroorat hain ki yeh basketball ko basket ke andher daalna padtha hain" mayank asked in his no nonsense tone

"sorry sir. Humne dekha nahin. "

'wo humne purposely nahin kiya. Sorry"

before he could continue further, nupur called out" mayank, " he turned to her,

" main teek hoon" few tears of pain in her eyes.

"sorry nupur" the guy apologised sincerely. Nupur smiled and shook her head.

maynk walked to her and taking her hand in his walked with her , still looking serious. Rohan and ash exchanged glances while the surrounding students looked at one another surprised at mayanks reaction.

Samrats cabin

mayank s rubbing nupur s shoulder without a word. Nupur s been trying to talk nonsense for sometime. He stopped and nupur held his hand," main teek hoon, mayank. Aur dard bhi nahin hain tum itne achhe se massage kiy..."

"tum careful nahin rehsakthi?"

"main corridor mein walk karrahin thi mayank" she said struggling to keep the irritation away from her voice.

"tho carefully walk karo na. Tum kya nahin jaanthi ki wahaan ladke basketball khelthe hain/ nahin, tumhe hosh kahaan rehtha hain? Tumhe tho baat karne ke elawa aur kuch soojtha hi nahin.Agar kuch hojaatha tab ..."

" ajeeb hain mayank. Tumhe ismein bhi meri galthi kaise nazar aathi hain? Teek hain main kal se college aana bandh karoongi khush? Ghar ke chaar diwaaron ke beech ..."

"hamesha ..nupur hamesha tum overreact hi karthi ho!"

"main overreact karrahin hoon?"

"aur ghar mein bhi kya? Pechle do hafthe mein tumhe yaad hain kitne baar fingers ko cut kiya hain- paanch"he held her fingers in one and held his other showing 5," aur uske upar se tum dusting karne chakkar mein do din tak cheekthi rahin. Phir mana karne ke baad bhi tum dia aur gunjan ke saath shopping gayi. "

"mayank " she interrupted , completely confused why he was screaming at her for such useless things

" aur thak ke ghar aajaathi ho," he continued his ranting,"ek din bhi khudh apne tablets nahin leti, 4 din jab main busy tha, tab tumne tablets ko bhool gayi thi. Khudh apna responsibiity lena abh nahin seekhogi tho kya bachha hone ke baad seekhogi?"

nupurs eyes started filling up as she kept staring at him cluelessly.

Just then the door opened and samrat, gunjan walked in.

"di tumhe zyaada chot aayi hain ?" gunjan came in all concerned

"nahin. Gunjan tu mujhe ghar chode chal" and walked out withut talking to anyone.

he's being unreasonable but i guess its normal in this situation...looking forward to a nice sayank conversation in the next one...and also for a nice mayur scene too 😊...thanks for the update 😊
